&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;En data 28 de febrer de 2025 es va dictar la resolució de batlia número 2025-0281, en virtut de la qual es va aprovar la convocatòria de subvencions de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;Alaró a les associacions esportives inscrites al registre municipal per a l&amp;apos;exercici 2025, així com les bases reguladores de l&amp;apos;esmentada convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;En data 3 de març de 2025 es va dictar la resolució de batlia número 2025-0284, en virtut de la qual es va corregir una errada material detectada en l&amp;apos;esmentada &amp;nbsp;resolució de batlia 2025-0281.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.&amp;nbsp;En data 9 de març de 2025 (RGE 2025-E-RE-513), l&amp;apos;entitat Alaró Tennis Taula Club interposa recurs de reposició davant la resolució 2025-0281, per tal de modificar el contingut de la base 11 de la convocatòria pel que fa als mitjans per justificar els pagaments de les despeses subvencionables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4.&amp;nbsp;Respecte aquesta qüestió, tot i que dintre del concepte dels comprovants de transferències bancàries també s&amp;apos;entenen inclosos els moviments bancaris del pagament de les domiciliacions i l&amp;apos;extracte bancari dels moviments de la targeta, s&amp;apos;opta per modificar el contingut de la disposició onzena per tal de clarificar el seu contingut i evitar confusions a l&amp;apos;hora de justificar les despeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Article 109 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En exercici de l&amp;apos;atribució que preveu l&amp;apos;article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú, resolc:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.&amp;nbsp;Estimar el recurs de reposició presentat per l&amp;apos;entitat Alaró Tennis Taula Club.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.&amp;nbsp;Rectificar la resolució de batlia número 2025-0281, de 28 de febrer, en el sentit següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;On diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Justificació del compliment de la finalitat de la subvenció i de l&amp;apos;aplicació dels Fons&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;(…)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Factures, nòmines o documents amb validesa legal corresponents a l&amp;apos;activitat o projecte subvencionat en aquesta convocatòria i els corresponents justificants de pagament (&lt;strong&gt;transferències bancàries, només&lt;/strong&gt;). Només s&amp;apos;acceptaran com despeses justificables les factures presentades, tal com s&amp;apos;estableix a l&amp;apos;article 6 del Reial Decret 1619/2012, de 30 de novembre, pel que s&amp;apos;aprova el Reglament pel que es regulen les obligacions de facturació. Per tant, no seran admeses les factures simplificades, proforma o tiquets; ni els pagaments corresponents en efectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
