&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'Estatut d'Autonomia de les Illes Balears atribueix a la Comunitat Autònoma competències exclusives en activitats recreatives en aigües interiors, en el transport marítim interinsular, en la gestió del domini públic marítimoterrestre, pesca i salvament marítim. També atribueix a la Comunitat Autònoma competència exclusiva en matèria de joventut i l'aplicació de polítiques, plans i programes destinats als joves. Igualment té les competències exclusives en matèria d'esport i oci, i el foment, planificació i coordinació d'activitats esportives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En virtut de tot això, fent ús de les competències que la Comunitat Autònoma exerceix mitjançant la Conselleria de la Mar i del Cicle de l'Aigua en la gestió del domini públic marítimoterrestre, la gestió dels ports i de la nàutica recreativa, la intervenció administrativa en matèria de navegació o titulacions nàutiques esportives, es considera adient la creació del programa «Setmana Blava de les Illes Balears».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La importància i la influència de l'entorn marí i del mar Mediterrani en l'arxipèlag de les Illes Balears i en els seus residents i visitants és innegable, tant des d'un punt de vista turístic i econòmic com des d'un punt de vista mediambiental, recreatiu i esportiu. Es considera necessari i interessant oferir als joves la possibilitat, a través de la pràctica, de poder conèixer i familiaritzar-se amb el món nàutic i l'entorn marí, i del litoral de les nostres illes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mitjançant la «Setmana Blava de les Illes Balears » es pretén acostar els joves a l'entorn marí amb la realització d'activitats que permetin fomentar-ne el respecte, la preservació del medi i de l'ecosistema. Des del Govern de les Illes Balears es vol promocionar, entre els joves en edat escolar, el contacte i gaudi de l'entorn marí, fomentar l'autonomia en la pràctica dels esports nàutics introduir-los en la pràctica de la navegació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;D'altra banda, la Comunitat Autònoma és un arxipèlag on la indústria nàutica i el sector nàutic hi tenen un paper important en l'economia. Les Illes Balears són internacionalment conegudes per ser una excel·lent destinació nàutica, però també per les empreses de manteniment i reparació especialitzades en el sector, per les empreses destinades al turisme nàutic, per les escoles dedicades a l'esport nàutic i pels clubs nàutics. Per tot això, s'entén adient la participació d'aquest sector en l'organització i desenvolupament de la «Setmana Blava».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Des del Govern de les Illes Balears, amb la intenció d'afavorir el contacte dels joves en edat escolar amb l'entorn marí i potenciar la pràctica dels esports nàutics, s'ha creat la «I Setmana Blava” de les Illes Balears». &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Crear el programa d'activitats nàutiques denominat «I Setmana Blava de les Illes Balears», adreçat a l'aprenentatge i difusió dels esports nàutics i al coneixement, conservació i respecte del medi marí, destinat als alumnes de cinquè i sisè d'educació primària dels centres educatius sostinguts amb fons públics de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar les bases que han de regir el programa de la «I Setmana Blava de les Illes Balears» i que s'adjunten com a annex a aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Reservar a la Conselleria de la Mar i del Cicle de l'Aigua el dret a modificar l'oferta i el programa d'activitats i adaptar-lo a les necessitats que puguin sorgir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Preveure que es podran incorporar noves entitats en les que desenvolupar les activitats, així com suspendre alguna de les activitats ofertes, si, circumstàncies de qualsevol tipus, n'impossibiliten o posen en risc el normal desenvolupament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Preveure que la Conselleria de la Mar i del Cicle de l'Aigua dictarà les instruccions necessàries per al desenvolupament d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Aquesta Resolució entrarà en vigor l'endemà de la publicació en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el conseller de la Mar i del Cicle de l'Aigua, en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015,d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears, en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Conselleria de la Mar i del Cicle de l'Aigua organitza, a través de la Direcció General de Ports i Transport Marítim i, en col·laboració amb la Conselleria d'Educació i Universitats i la Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports, organitza la «I Setmana Blava de les Illes Balears» que s'ha de regir per les bases següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;L'organització de la «I Setmana Blava de les Illes Balears» té com a objectiu introduir els joves de les nostres illes en la pràctica dels esports nàutics i en el coneixement del medi marí. A més a més, pretén promoure l'educació ambiental, afavorir la pràctica de la cultura nàutica des de joves, i fomentar un estil de vida saludable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Amb la «I Setmana Blava de les Illes Balears» es dona a conèixer als joves l'oferta nàutica del nostre arxipèlag per fomentar la connexió amb l'entorn natural i possibilitar la participació d'infants i joves de diferents entorns socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Participants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La «I Setmana Blava de les Illes Balears» s'adreça als alumnes de cinquè i sisè d'educació primària de tots els centres educatius sostinguts amb fons públics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els centres educatius interessats a participar en el programa han d'inscriure els grups mitjançant el qüestionari que la Conselleria d'Educació i Universitats oferirà en el programa de gestió acadèmica GestIB. Cada grup participant ha de comptar almenys amb un docent responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.1. Requisits que han de complir els alumnes participants:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;– Formar part d'un grup de cinquè o sisè d'educació primària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;– Saber nadar correctament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;– No presentar contraindicacions medicosanitàries per a la pràctica de les activitats nàutiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els centres escolars han d'informar a l'entitat organitzadora de l'activitat de la participació d'alumnes amb necessitats especials, els quals han d'assistir amb l'acompanyament apropiat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.2. Obligacions dels participants:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els alumnes i els docents participants són els responsables del bon ús de les instal·lacions i del material, i han d'abonar, si s'escau, el cost dels danys que es produeixin per negligència o mal ús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Activitats&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El programa s'ha de desenvolupar durant la setmana del 5 al 9 de maig de 2025 en les instal·lacions de les entitats adherides a la «I Setmana Blava de les Illes Balears» Les activitats que es durant a terme durant cada dia en les entitats adherides són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.1 Activitat nàutica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es desenvoluparan activitats a la mar com vela, piragua o caiac. En funció de l'entitat adherida es podrà practicar una o més d'aquests activitats. Les entitats adherides han de disposar de tot el material necessari i de monitors que expliquin el funcionament bàsic de les activitats que ofereixen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.2 Tallers&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es duran a terme tallers teòrics, que podran ser de caire mediambiental (per conscienciar els joves sobre l'impacte de la contaminació en els ecosistemes marins), tallers nàutics (per introduir conceptes bàsics de navegació, seguretat a la mar, etc.) i tallers de nusos (per manifestar la importància dels nusos en la navegació) amb activitat pràctica per a l'aprenentatge dels nusos as de guia, vuit i pla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3.3 El programa de cada jornada de la «I Setmana Blava de les Illes Balears», amb les adaptacions que escaiguin en funció del número de participants i les activitats disponibles, serà la següent :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Sortida del centre educatiu cap a les instal·lacions de l'entitat adherida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Distribució dels grups per a la realització de les activitats nàutiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Preparació i explicació de l'activitat concreta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Realització de l'activitat nàutica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;En la pàgina web de la Direcció General de Ports i Transport Marítim &lt;em&gt;(www.caib.es/sites/transportmaritim)&lt;/em&gt; hi ha d'haver un apartat dedicat al programa «I Setmana Blava de les Illes Balears» en el que els centres participant o aquelles persones interessades puguin consultar tota la informació actualitzada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.3 Les entitats adherides han de respectar els preus de les activitats acordats en el marc d'aquest programa i n'han de gestionar el cobrament directament amb els centres educatius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les entitats adherides han d'adaptar les activitats per als alumnes amb discapacitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les entitats adherides al programa han de col·locar a l'entrada del recinte, de forma visible, la banderola que subministrarà la Conselleria de la Mar i del Cicle de l'Aigua amb informació sobre el programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4.4 Els centres educatius que participin al Programa han d'inscriure directament els alumnes en les activitats i recollir el preceptiu consentiment dels pares o tutors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els centres educatius han d'organitzar el transport d'anada i tornada dels alumnes fins la instal·lació en què es realitzi l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;També han d'aportar el personal docent de suport i coordinació necessari durant el desenvolupament de l'activitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Mitjançant l'aplicació per a la gestió educativa de les Illes Balears (GestIB) es posarà a&lt;s&gt; &lt;/s&gt;disposició de tots els centres educatius el&lt;s&gt; &lt;/s&gt;formulari per a la sol·licitud de participació a la «I Setmana Blava de les Illes Balears», per un termini mínim de 10 dies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el cas que es registrin més peticions que les places disponibles, es prioritzarà l'ordre d'entrada en el GESTIB de les peticions de participació. No obstant això, es procurarà reubicar en un altre dia o entitat, d'acord amb la disponibilitat de places.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;A mesura que es vagin formalitzant les sol·licituds, els centres rebran, amb una antelació mínima de 15 dies, la confirmació del dia, entitat i places assignades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Preus&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Conselleria de la Mar i del Cicle de l'Aigua assumirà el cost de l'activitat. Per això, la participació dels alumnes en les activitats que integren la «I Setmana Blava de les Illes Balears» serà gratuïta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Els participants només hauran d'abonar l'import corresponent al desplaçament, d'anada i tornada, des del centre educatiu fins a la instal·lació de l'entitat nàutica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Assistència sanitària i assegurança&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Les entitats adherides han de comptar amb una assegurança per als participants de les activitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Equipació recomanada&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Es recomana que els participants de les activitats de la «I Setmana Blava de les Illes Balears» tenguin en compte que les activitats són de caire nàutic i esportiu i portin el material següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;– Sabatilles d'esport, escarpins o sandàlies subjectes (amb sola antilliscant).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;– Calçat esportiu i mitjons de recanvi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;– Samarreta esportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;– Vestit&lt;s&gt;s&lt;/s&gt; de bany.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;– Impermeable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;– Tovallola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
