    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local, en sessió celebrada el dia 25 de febrer de 2025 va aprovar la convocatòria per a concedir subvencions per a associacions i altres entitats sense ànim de lucre que desenvolupen programes de control i esterilització de colònies situades en el terme municipal de Calvià, i es procedeix a publicar en el Butlletí Oficial de la Comunitat Autònoma dels Illes Balears l&amp;apos;acord adoptat, les bases reguladores i la convocatòria de subvencions, per a la seva difusió i el seu coneixement públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACORD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera. &lt;/strong&gt;APROVAR una convocatòria d&amp;apos;ajudes econòmiques per a associacions i entitats sense ànim de lucre, constituïdes com a tal que tinguin entre els seus objectius les funcions de protecció i conservació dels animal en general, per al desenvolupament d&amp;apos;actuacions de control i atenció de colònies de moixos al carrer, que desenvolupin programes de control i esterilització de colònies felines en el terme municipal de Calvià, per a l&amp;apos;any 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segona.&lt;/strong&gt; Autoritzar la despesa de 29.500,00€ per a les ajudes objecte d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria a càrrec de la partida pressupostària 302170034800000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera. &lt;/strong&gt;Ordenar la publicació de les bases de la convocatòria d&amp;apos;ajuda en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, en la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions, així com en el tauló municipal i a la pàgina web de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;CONVOCATÒRIA DE SUBVENCIONS PER A ASSOCIACIONS I ALTRES ENTITATS SENSE ÀNIM DE LUCRE QUE DESENVOLUPEN PROGRAMES DE CONTROL I ESTERILITZACIÓ DE COLÒNIES DE FELINS AL TERME MUNICIPAL DE CALVIÀ ANY 202&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. OBJECTE I FINALITAT DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La present convocatòria de subvencions té per objecte la concessió, en règim de concurrència competitiva, d&amp;apos;ajudes econòmiques a les Associacions i Entitats sense ànim de lucre, constituïdes com a tals que &lt;/span&gt;tingui&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; entre els seus objectius les funcions de protecció i conservació dels animals en general, per al desenvolupament d&amp;apos;actuacions de control i atenció de colònies de moixos al carrer, consistent bàsicament en la captura, esterilització i retorn de moixos assilvestrats al terme municipal de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. BENEFICIARIS DE LA CONVOCATÒRIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Podran concórrer a aquesta convocatòria de subvencions totes les associacions i les entitats sense ànim de lucre que complint els requisits i finalitat d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria fomentin el control i l&amp;apos;atenció de colònies de moixos assilvestrats, i &lt;/span&gt;tinguin&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; com a àmbit d&amp;apos;actuació el terme municipal de Calvià.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. REQUISITS DELS BENEFICIARIS &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Per ser beneficiàries dels ajuts, les associacions o entitats sense ànim de lucre han de complir els següents REQUISITS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Estar legalment constituïdes com tals que tinguin com a finalitat concreta la protecció i defensa dels animals i inscrites com entitat col·laboradora de la Conselleria d&amp;apos;Agricultura d&amp;apos;acord amb el que preveu el punt 2 de l&amp;apos;article 41 de la Llei 1/1992. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;No estar incurses les persones jurídiques o les entitats o les persones que ostenten la representació legal d&amp;apos;aquestes, en algun dels supòsits de prohibició per obtenir la condició de beneficiari de subvencions per incapacitat o &lt;/span&gt;incompatibilitat&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;, establertes en l&amp;apos;art. 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Trobar-se al corrent de les seves obligacions amb la Seguretat Social i amb l&amp;apos;Administració Tributària, i no ser deutor de l&amp;apos;ajuntament de Calvià, els seus organismes autònoms i Entitats de dret públic dependents d&amp;apos;aquesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Amb la presentació de la sol·licitud de Subvenció, l&amp;apos;interessat podrà de forma expressa autoritzar a l&amp;apos;Ajuntament a consultar la informació corresponent de l&amp;apos;Agència Tributària Estatal i autonòmica i de la Seguretat Social. En cas de no autoritzar expressament aquesta consulta, el mateix interessat haurà d&amp;apos;aportar els certificats acreditatius oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. ACTUACIONS SUBVENCIONABLES&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Són objecte de subvenció les actuacions que estiguin executades o s&amp;apos;hagin d&amp;apos;executar entre l&amp;apos;1 de gener i el 31 de desembre de 202&lt;/span&gt;5&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;, per les entitats relacionades al punt segon d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria, consistents en la realització d&amp;apos;activitats de control de la població de colònies de moixos assilvestrats i de promoció d&amp;apos;aquest control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Són despeses subvencionables a la present convocatòria les despeses d&amp;apos;esterilització i control sanitari dels moixos assilvestrats. Aquestes despeses inclouen les despeses de gestió per a la captura dels felins, millora de les condicions de vida i alimentació dels individus de &lt;/span&gt;les&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; colònies, tractament veterinari com analítiques, tractaments epidemiològics, vírics,bacterians, fúngics i parasitaris, així com la vacunació, esterilització i sacrifici. No seran subvencionables les despeses per altres tractaments que no siguin necessaris per a la protecció, control i vigilància no relatius a zoonosis, ni aquells que essent preceptiu no estiguin realitzats per professionals veterinaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. CRÈDIT PRESSUPOSTARI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Durant l&amp;apos;exercici pressupostari 2025 es destina la quantitat de 29.500,00€ a les subvencions objecte d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria, amb càrrec a l&amp;apos;aplicació pressupostària 302170034800000&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. PRESENTACIÓ DE SOL·LICITUDS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds és de 20 dies naturals a comptar a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les sol·licituds, juntament amb la documentació que els acompanyi, s&amp;apos;han de presentar i formalitzar a través del registre electrònic en compliment l&amp;apos;article 14.2 a) de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les Administracions Públiques, que obliga a una serie de subjectes (persones jurídiques entitats sense personalitat jurídica, entre altres) a relacionar-se a través de mitjans electrònics amb les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les sol·licituds s&amp;apos;han de formalitzar mitjançant el model oficial aprovat en aquesta convocatòria (Annex I). Les sol·licituds s&amp;apos;hi ha d&amp;apos;adjuntar la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Memòria descriptiva de les actuacions que justifiqui la seva capacitat de gestió per dur a terme els programes o activitats presentades, on consti de manera concisa les despeses del projecte a realitzar, així com tots aquells aspectes definits com a criteris de valoració l&amp;apos;apartat 6 d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Declaració responsable de no incórrer en prohibicions per ser beneficiari de subvencions i de trobar-se al corrent en el compliment d&amp;apos;obligacions tributàries amb l&amp;apos;Estat, amb l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià i amb la Seguretat Social (Annex I).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ol&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. CRITERIS DE VALORACIÓ DE LES SOL·LICITUDS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Les sol·licituds seran valorades d&amp;apos;acord amb els següents criteris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A) Característiques del projecte o programa:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. Viabilitat i idoneïtat del projecte presentat, tenint en compte el grau de coneixement del medi, diagnòstic i/o afecció pel que fa a nombre d&amp;apos;animals beneficiaris de les actuacions, qualitat i condicions en què es desenvolupen, tot això en concordança amb l&amp;apos;activitat subvencionada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fins a 20 punts&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;2. Relació detallada de la localització territorial (determinant àrees i enclavaments on es realitza l&amp;apos;activitat objecte de la subvenció). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fins a 20 punts.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Actuació en dues zones: 5 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Actuació en tres zones: 10 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Actuació en quatre zones: 15 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Actuació en més de quatre zones: 20 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;3. Presentació d&amp;apos;informe sobre Colònies felines al T.M. De Calvià, indicant aproximadament el nombre de membres, nombre d&amp;apos;esterilitzacions realitzades i pendents de realitzar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; Fins a 20 punts&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;B) Característiques de l&amp;apos;associació:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;1. Experiència (antiguitat) i especialització en l&amp;apos;atenció als animals a què dirigeix les seves activitats. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fins a 10 punts&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La comissió ha d&amp;apos;elaborar un informe o proposta de resolució en el qual han de constar les valoracions efectuades, d&amp;apos;acord amb aquestes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;D&amp;apos;acord amb el que preveu l&amp;apos;article 22 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, l&amp;apos;import global de la subvenció es prorratejarà entre els que resultin beneficiaris, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;aplicació de la següent fórmula:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Puntuació total és la suma de les puntuacions de tots els sol·licitants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. RESOLUCIÓ DE CONCESSIÓ DE LES SUBVENCIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local, a la vista de la proposta de la comissió de valoració, ha de concedir o denegar aquestes subvencions mitjançant resolució expressa. La resolució de concessió, posa fi a la via administrativa, excepte en els supòsits que estableix la Llei.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. PAGAMENT DE LES SUBVENCIONS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El pagament de les subvencions que corresponguin s&amp;apos;efectuarà prorratejada trimestralment, mitjançant transferència bancària, a favor de les Associacions o entitats beneficiàries, un cop justificat el compliment de les condicions imposades i l&amp;apos;aplicació dels fons rebuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;12. JUSTIFICACIÓ DE LES SUBVENCIONS.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els beneficiaris de la subvenció estan obligats a justificar documentalment el compliment de les condicions imposades i l&amp;apos;aplicació dels fons rebuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La justificació de les despeses d&amp;apos;acord amb la finalitat per a la qual l&amp;apos;ajuda fou concedida, s&amp;apos;ha de fer aportant el compte justificatiu que, en tot cas ha d&amp;apos;incloure:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Declaració de l&amp;apos;import a justificar segons model annex II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Memòria d&amp;apos;actuació justificativa, amb indicació de les activitats realitzades i dels resultats obtinguts, segons model de l&amp;apos;annex III. Aquesta memòria ha d&amp;apos;incloure el nombre d&amp;apos;intervencions realitzades, nombre d&amp;apos;animals atesos, procedència i destí dels animals i quantificació de grau de compliment dels objectius proposats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Relació de les factures i altres documents de valor probatori equivalent de totes les despeses que es pretengui justificar, amb identificació del creditor, import, data d&amp;apos;emissió i data de pagament (segons models de l&amp;apos;annex II)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;13. OBLIGACIONS DELS BENEFICIARIS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Són obligacions de les entitats beneficiàries de la subvenció:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;ul&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Disposar dels permisos i autoritzacions que, si escau, siguin exigibles per la legislació vigent per a la realització de l&amp;apos;objecte de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Realitzar les activitats que van fonamentar l&amp;apos;atorgament de l&amp;apos;ajuda de conformitat amb el descrit en la memòria presentada amb la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Destinar l&amp;apos;import íntegre de la subvenció a la realització de les activitats objecte de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aportar els documents requerits per a la seva justificació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Comunicar al Servei de Medi Ambient i Transició Ecològica qualsevol variació de les condicions que van motivar la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Sotmetre a les actuacions de comprovació i inspecció que el Servei de Medi Ambient i Transició Ecològica consideri pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Conservar els documents justificatius de l&amp;apos;aplicació dels fons percebuts, en tant puguin ser objecte d&amp;apos;actuacions de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;14. PUBLICACIÓ I RECURSOS&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquestes Bases seran publicades al tauler d&amp;apos;anuncis de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Calvià, al web municipal, així com en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;extracte de la convocatòria serà publicada a la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions en els termes previstos a la Llei 38/2003 de 17 de novembre, i al Reial Decret 130/2019 de 8 de març, que regula la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions i la publicitat de les subvencions i altres ajuts públics, així com el règim de tramitació i registre de les convocatòries i de les concessions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquest acte, que posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes, en els termes que preveuen els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, o directament, mitjançant la interposició de recurs contenciós administratiu, en els termes que estableix l&amp;apos;article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
