&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. El 26 de desembre de 2023, en el BOIB núm. 164, es va publicar la Resolució del conseller d'Empresa, Ocupació i Energia de 22 de desembre de 2023 &lt;/span&gt;per la qual s'aprova, mitjançant el procediment de despesa anticipada, la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a l'any 2024 per al foment d'instal·lacions d'energia solar fotovoltaica i microeòlica adreçada a persones físiques dins el Programa FEDER 2021-2027.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El&amp;nbsp; 11 de febrer de 2025, es va publicar la&amp;nbsp; Resolució del conseller d'Empresa, Ocupació i Energia per la qual s'accepta la renúncia a les subvencions per al foment d'instal·lacions d'energia solar fotovoltaica i microeòlica adreçada a persones físiques dins el Programa Operatiu FEDER 2021-2027 (FOTOPAR 2024)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. Amb posterioritat, s'ha detectat un error a l'annex de la Resolució esmentada pel que fa a l'expedient FOTOPAR24-685/2024, atès que en data 10 de gener de 2025 es va efectuar el pagament de la subvenció i, per tant, l'expedient no hi hauria de figurar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estableix que les administracions públiques poden rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. L'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposa que la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratives correspon a l'òrgan que ha dictat l'acte o la disposició. Així mateix, la rectificació d'errors ha d'especificar, si escau, els efectes jurídics que se'n deriven i s'ha de notificar o publicar preceptivament quan faci referència a actes que han estat notificats o publicats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Corregir l'Annex «Llista de beneficiaris que han renunciat a la subvenció concedida&amp;nbsp; per al foment d'instal·lacions d'energia solar fotovoltaica i microeòlica adreçada a persones físiques dins el Programa Operatiu FEDER 2021-2027 (FOTOPAR 2024)» de la mateixa Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
