&lt;p&gt;Resolució de data 14 de juliol de 1997 de la directora general de Règim Hidràulic per la&amp;nbsp;qual es concedeix a l'entitat Aguas son Company S.A. una autorització per a l'explotació&amp;nbsp;d'un aprofitament d'aigües subterrànies a partir de la captació situada a la finca de son&amp;nbsp;Saletes (TM de Sencelles) amb un cabal màxim instantani de 19,7 l/s i un volum màxim&amp;nbsp;anual de 300.000 m&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;sup&gt;3&lt;/sup&gt; amb destí al subministre d'aigua potable als sectors 3, 4 i 5 del&amp;nbsp;terme de Sencelles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Causa de l'extinció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Per caducitat del títol habilitant&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Cosa que es comunica als titulars dels drets per tal que, dins del tràmit d'informació&amp;nbsp;pública previ a l'expedient de declaració d'extinció i en el termini d'un mes a comptar des&amp;nbsp;de la data de publicació del present anunci al BOIB, formulin les al·legacions que&amp;nbsp;considerin pertinents o presentin, si escau, la sol·licitud de nova concessió d'aigües&amp;nbsp;subterrànies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Així mateix, i de conformitat amb allò que disposa l'article 163.3 del Reglament de Domini&amp;nbsp;Públic Hidràulic, s'obre un termini d'un mes, comptador a partir des de l'endemà de la data&amp;nbsp;de publicació d'aquest anunci en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears perquè qui ho desitgi&amp;nbsp;pugui examinar la documentació de l'expedient a la pàgina web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
