    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;A la Ciutat de Llucmajor, la batlessa que subscriu, en presència del secretari de la corporació, venc a dictar la següent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;L&amp;apos;article 47.1 del RD 2568/1986 de 28 de novembre, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova el Reglament d&amp;apos;organització, funcionament i règim jurídic de les entitats locals (ROF) estableix que correspon als tinents de batle substituir en la totalitat de les seves funcions i per l&amp;apos;ordre del seu nomenament, el batle en els casos d&amp;apos;absència, malaltia o impediment que l&amp;apos;impossibiliti per a l&amp;apos;exercici de les seves funcions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;L&amp;apos;apartat 2 del mateix article precisa que, en els casos d&amp;apos;absència, malaltia o impediment, les funcions del batle no podran ser assumides pel tinent de batle a qui correspongui sense expressa delegació, que haurà de reunir els requisits dels apartats 1 i 2 de l&amp;apos;article 44 del mateix ROF:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;a. Art. 44.1: les delegacions s&amp;apos;han de realitzar mitjançant decret de Batlia, el qual haurà de contenir l&amp;apos;àmbit dels assumptes als que es requereix la delegació, les facultats que se li deleguen i, les condicions específiques per al seu exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;b. Art. 44.2: la delegació d&amp;apos;atribucions del batle tindran efectes des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la data del decret, tret que en ell es disposi una altra cosa, sense perjudici de la seva preceptiva publicació en el butlletí oficial que correspongui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Així mateix, l&amp;apos;art. 44.4 ROF exigeix que es doni compte de totes les delegacions i de les seves modificacions, al Ple de la corporació en la primera sessió que es realitzi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Atès que en els propers dies 4,5 i 6 de març, serè fora de Mallorca per assistir a la ITB de Berlín &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;En conseqüència, RESOLC:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Designar la Sra. Maria Cristina Pomar Bonnin, primera tinenta de batlessa, per substituir la meva persona al front de la Batlia els dies 4,5 i 6 de març, en totes les funcions inherents al càrrec, tret de la revocació de les delegacions actualment atorgades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.&lt;/strong&gt; Comunicar aquesta resolució a la resta de membres de la corporació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
