&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Al BOIB núm. 12, de 25 de gener de 2025, es va publicar l&amp;apos;Acord d&amp;apos;encomana de gestió de la Direcció General de Cultura a l&amp;apos;Agència d&amp;apos;Estratègia Turística de les Illes Balears per l&amp;apos;execució del projecte &lt;em&gt;Difusió i valorització del patrimoni cultural de les Illes Balears com a&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;element de posicionament turístic: Ruta cultural «Les Illes Balears: fenicis, púnics i&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;talaiòtics» i Congrés Internacional sobre Ramon Llull, &lt;/em&gt;finançat amb l&amp;apos;Impost de Turisme Sostenible, de 20 de gener de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. S&amp;apos;ha advertit una errada a la clàusula primera I.1) Subprojecte 1&lt;em&gt;: Ruta cultural «Les Illes Balears: fenicis i talaiòtics». &lt;/em&gt;En concret, es va incloure un punt, el número 5, que, segons el projecte &lt;em&gt;Difusió i valorització del patrimoni cultural de les Illes Balears com a&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;element de posicionament turístic: Ruta cultural «Les Illes Balears: fenicis, púnics i&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;talaiòtics» i Congrés Internacional sobre Ramon Llull, &lt;/em&gt;que es va aprovar per Acord del Consell de Govern de data 19 de juliol de 2024, no ha de &lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;formar part de les tasques encomanades a l&amp;apos;AETIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Així mateix, s&amp;apos;ha advertit també una errada a la clàusula primera I.2) Subprojecte 2:&lt;em&gt; Congrés Internacional sobre Ramon Llull &lt;/em&gt;atès que l&amp;apos;actuació «Coordinació» s&amp;apos;ha de traslladar a la FUEIB com a ens executor així com s&amp;apos;especifica al final de la clàusula, però apareix també entre les actuacions a realitzar específicament per l&amp;apos;AETIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. L&amp;apos;article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estableix que “les administracions poden rectificar, així mateix, en qualsevol moment, d&amp;apos;ofici o a instàncies dels interessats, el errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.L&amp;apos;article 56 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, disposa que la revocació dels actes de gravamen o desfavorables i la rectificació dels errors materials, aritmètics i de fet en actes i disposicions administratives correspon a l&amp;apos;òrgan que ha dictat l&amp;apos;acte o disposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Corregir les errades advertides a la clàusula primera de l&amp;apos;Acord d&amp;apos;encomana de gestió de la Direcció General de Cultura a l&amp;apos;Agència d&amp;apos;Estratègia Turística de les Illes Balears de l&amp;apos;execució del projecte &lt;em&gt;Difusió i valorització del patrimoni cultural de les Illes Balears com a&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;element de posicionament turístic: Ruta cultural «Les Illes Balears: fenicis, púnics i&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;talaiòtics» i Congrés Internacional sobre Ramon Llull, &lt;/em&gt;finançat amb l&amp;apos;Impost de Turisme Sostenible en els termes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;On diu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primera.&lt;/strong&gt; Aquest acord té per objecte materialitzar l&amp;apos;encomana de la gestió a l&amp;apos;AETIB de parts del projecte conjunt &lt;em&gt;Difusió i valorització del patrimoni cultural de les Illes Balears com a&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;element de posicionament turístic: Ruta cultural «Les Illes Balears: fenicis, púnics i&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;talaiòtics» i Congrés Internacional sobre Ramon Llull&lt;strong&gt;.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Concretament :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;I.1) Subprojecte 1&lt;em&gt;: Ruta cultural «Les Illes Balears: fenicis i talaiòtics»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Actuacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Assistència tècnica per a la qualitat dels continguts: assessorament i participació en l&amp;apos;elaboració dels continguts per part d&amp;apos;especialistes reconeguts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Elaboració de continguts, disseny de rutes i d&amp;apos;elements integrants de la smart way: preparació i redacció dels continguts i material gràfic tant generals com els relacionats amb cada punt d&amp;apos;interès, disseny i construcció de la pàgina web, disseny i impressió de fulletons&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Adequació de punts d&amp;apos;interès i senyalització: preparació de diverses zones i adequació dels accessos i d&amp;apos;espais museogràfics amb cartelleria explicativa i enllaços a la pàgina web mitjançant codis QR.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Elaboració i implementació d&amp;apos;eines digitals per a la millora de la interpretació del producte (Mallorca i Menorca): creació de models tridimensionals que seran incorporats a eines de realitat virtual i/o realitat augmentada, visualitzats en espais ad hoc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. Elaboració i implementació d&amp;apos;eines digitals per a la millora de la interpretació del producte (Eivissa) creació de models tridimensionals que seran incorporats a eines de realitat virtual i/o realitat augmentada, visualitzats en espais ad hoc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. Eines per a la difusió del producte: transferència de coneixement al voltant de la xarxa, jornades, encontres de treball per a la millora i participació en la xarxa internacional Ruta dels Fenicis, celebració d&amp;apos;un congrés internacional, campanya de comunicació i difusió de la nova ruta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;I.2) Subprojecte 2:&lt;em&gt; Congrés Internacional sobre Ramon Llull&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La part més important del congrés l&amp;apos;executa l&amp;apos;AETIB amb la UIB-FUEIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El projecte Congrés Internacional sobre Ramon Llull fomentarà la recerca, l&amp;apos;intercanvi i la divulgació de l&amp;apos;obra de Llull, i comptarà amb les següents fites:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- VI Col·loqui Internacional Llull (sant Francesc – Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Secretariat per gestionar la Call for Papers, i la coordinació de totes les institucions interessades en sumar-s&amp;apos;hi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- VII Col·loqui Internacional Llull (sant Francesc – Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;- Celebració del Congrés Internacional Ramon Llull. Actes científics i visites culturals. Ponències a Palma i conferències annexes a les altres Illes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;AETIB haurà de realitzar el procediment oportú per a la formalització de l&amp;apos;encàrrec a la FUEIB com a mitjà propi de l&amp;apos;Administració de la CAIB&amp;nbsp; de conformitat amb l&amp;apos;acord del Consell de de Govern de 7 de febrer de 2022 (BOIB núm. 20, de 8 de febrer de 2022), per la realització de les següents actuacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Consisteix en la generació d&amp;apos;una ruta «Smart Way» dins l&amp;apos;Itinerari Cultural del Consell d&amp;apos;Europa «Ruta dels Fenicis», titulada «Les Illes Balears: fenicis, púnics i talaiòtics» L&amp;apos;import total, IVA inclòs, del subprojecte a executar en 4 anys és de 1.801.639 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Subprojecte 2: Congrés Internacional sobre Ramon Llull&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es realitzarà un congrés internacional i una sèrie de col·loquis que figuren al cronograma general. La coordinació general d&amp;apos;aquest projecte recaurà en l&amp;apos;AETIB i la UIB, que comptarà amb la col·laboració de la Direcció General de Cultura de la Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports del Govern Balear per a l&amp;apos;organització d&amp;apos;activitats complementàries. L&amp;apos;AETIB donarà l&amp;apos;enfocament divulgatiu i turístic necessari dels esdeveniments, així com la gestió de la logística de transport, hostatge i manutenció dels convidats ponents, amb un cost total de 573.000 euros impostos inclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Per Acord del consell de Govern de data 19 de juliol de 2024, s&amp;apos;aprova la proposta de la Comissió d&amp;apos;Impuls del Turisme Sostenible relativa als projectes per finançar amb el Fons per afavorir el turisme sostenible corresponents al Pla Anual Extraordinari de 2023 (BOIB núm 96, 20/07/24), va aprovar el finançament del ITSEXT 2023-150&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;A l&amp;apos;Acta d&amp;apos;Inici i Planificació de data 28 de agost de 2024, els instruments jurídics per la posada en marxa del projectes son:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;«Subprojecte 1: Transferència per part de la Direcció General de Cultura a l&amp;apos;ens executors/col·laborador de les quantitats assignades al projecte, una vegada signats els acords pertinents. Aquest projecte té dues entitats executores: una part la du a terme AETIB mitjançant la transferència ja apuntada, i l&amp;apos;altra, el Museu Arqueològic d&amp;apos;Eivissa i Formentera, adscrit a la Direcció General de Cultura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Subprojecte 2: La part més important del congrés l&amp;apos;executa AETIB amb UIB-FUEIB a través de la transferència abans exposada. Per Resolució del director de l&amp;apos;AETIB de data 13 de gener de 2025 s&amp;apos;ha concedit el finançament del projecte &lt;em&gt;Difusió i valorització del patrimoni cultural de les Illes Balears com a&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;element de posicionament turístic: Ruta cultural «Les Illes Balears: fenicis, púnics i&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;talaiòtics» i Congrés Internacional sobre Ramon Llull&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: white"&gt;5. En data 20 de gener de 2025 es va signar &lt;/span&gt;l&amp;apos;Acord d&amp;apos;encomana de gestió de la Direcció General de Cultura a l&amp;apos;Agència d&amp;apos;Estratègia Turística de les Illes Balears per l&amp;apos;execució del projecte &lt;em&gt;Difusió i valorització del patrimoni cultural de les Illes Balears com a&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;element de posicionament turístic: Ruta cultural «Les Illes Balears: fenicis, púnics i&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;talaiòtics» i Congrés Internacional sobre Ramon Llull, &lt;/em&gt;finançat amb l&amp;apos;Impost de Turisme Sostenible, que es va publicar al BOIB núm. 12, de 25 de gener de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. Atès que s&amp;apos;han advertit diverses errades a la clàusula primera de l&amp;apos;Acord, en data 19 de febrer de 2025, la directora del projecte ha dictat la resolució d&amp;apos;errades de l&amp;apos;Acord d&amp;apos;encomana de gestió de la Direcció General de Cultura a l&amp;apos;Agència d&amp;apos;Estratègia Turística de les Illes Balears de l&amp;apos;execució del projecte &lt;em&gt;Difusió i valorització del patrimoni cultural de les Illes Balears com a&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;element de posicionament turístic: Ruta cultural «Les Illes Balears: fenicis, púnics i&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;talaiòtics» i Congrés Internacional sobre Ramon Llull, &lt;/em&gt;finançat amb l&amp;apos;Impost de Turisme Sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Elaboració i implementació d&amp;apos;eines digitals per a la millora de la interpretació del producte (Mallorca i Menorca): creació de models tridimensionals que seran incorporats a eines de realitat virtual i/o realitat augmentada, visualitzats en espais ad hoc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Eines per a la difusió del producte: transferència de coneixement al voltant de la xarxa, jornades, encontres de treball per a la millora i participació en la xarxa internacional Ruta dels Fenicis, celebració d&amp;apos;un congrés internacional, campanya de comunicació i difusió de la nova ruta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color: null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La part més important del congrés l&amp;apos;executa l&amp;apos;AETIB amb la UIB-FUEIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
