En data 18 de febrer de 2025 es va publicar, en el BOIB núm. 22, la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 14 de febrer de 2024, per la qual es modifica el cofinançament de la Resolució del president &amp;nbsp;del FOGAIBA de 25 de gener de 2024, per la qual s&amp;apos;aprova la convocatòria, mitjançant el procediment anticipat de despesa. Per a l&amp;apos;any 2024 de les ajudes destinades al pagament compensatori per a zones amb limitacions específiques a les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. De conformitat amb l&amp;apos;apartat sisè de la resolució anterior, modificada per Resolució del president del FOGAIBA de 2 de juliol de 2024 i publicada al BOIB núm. 88 de 4 de juliol,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;de determinats ajuts corresponents a les intervencions en forma de pagaments directes que preveu el Pla estratègic de la PAC (PEPAC) per a l&amp;apos;any 2024, el termini de presentació de sol·licituds de determinades intervencions al desenvolupament rural es va modificar. Aquest nou termini de presentació va acabar dia 15 de juny de 2024 i varen tenir entrada en el registre del FOGAIBA un total de 1298 sol·licituds d&amp;apos;ajuda de pagament compensatori per a zones amb limitacions específiques a les Illes Balears. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Els òrgans gestors del Servei d&amp;apos;Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural han dut a terme el control administratiu de les sol·licituds i de la documentació aportada d&amp;apos;acord amb les normes reguladores d&amp;apos;aquesta ajuda.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En data 1 de gener de 2025 &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;es va notificar, mitjançant la publicació al BOIB núm15, l&amp;apos;informe desfavorable i la proposta provisional de denegació de les ajudes, emesa per Servei d&amp;apos;Ajudes al Desenvolupament Rural als interessats, on es va concedir a les persones interessades un termini de 10 dies hàbils per a presentar les al·legacions escaients. Aquesta proposta de resolució provenia d&amp;apos;un requeriment de documentació anterior.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6. Una vegada avaluades les sol·licituds d&amp;apos;ajuda pels òrgans gestors, d&amp;apos;acord amb els criteris d&amp;apos;elegibilitat establerts, i un cop finalitzat el termini per presentar al.legacions, les persones interessades que figuren a l&amp;apos;Annex I adjunt no compleixen amb algun/s dels requisits prevists a les convocatòries per poder ser beneficiaris de les ajudes &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;o no es pot demostrar que el/s compleixen de la documentació aportada.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1. Considerar denegades les sol·licituds presentades pels interessats relacionats a l&amp;apos;Annex I adjunt, de la línia d&amp;apos;ajuda pagament compensatori per a zones amb limitacions específiques 2024, per no complir el/s requisit/s abans esmentats.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Declarar conclòs el procediment i arxivar els expedients detallats a l&amp;apos;Annex I.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Notificar la resolució a les persones interessades de l&amp;apos;Annex I adjunt mitjançant la publicació en el BOIB.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Informar els interessats que els seus expedients es troben a la seva disposició i consulta al Servei d&amp;apos;Ajudes de Desenvolupament Rural del FOGAIBA (carrer de Reina Constança, núm. 4 de Palma).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
