Decret de batlia&amp;nbsp;núm. 3152, de 17 de febrer de 2025, ha resolt el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.- &lt;/strong&gt;Com a conseqüència de l'estimació del recurs de reposició interposat per l'aspirant ***2942** s'aprova la llista de la persona aspirant que ha superat el procés selectiu corresponent a la taxa addicional d'estabilització de l'ocupació temporal prevista a l'article 217 del RD Llei 5/2023, de 28 de juny, per cobrir 1 plaça d'Enginyer/a de camins, canals i ports, com a personal funcionari de carrera de l'Ajuntament de Palma, pel sistema de concurs de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
