    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;L'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics (IEB) és una entitat pública empresarial creada per l'article 40 de la Llei 13/2014, de 29 de desembre, de pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2015 (BOIB núm. 178, de 30 de desembre de 2014). L'IEB, d'acord amb els seus Estatuts, aprovats mitjançant el Decret 48/2018, de 21 de desembre (BOIB núm. 160, de 22 de desembre de 2018), té personalitat jurídica pròpia i diferenciada, i capacitat d'actuar i autonomia de gestió plenes, sens perjudici de la relació de tutela de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Entre els objectius de l'IEB, segons l'apartat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de l'article 5 dels seus Estatuts, es troba el foment d'activitats culturals relatives a l'intercanvi i la relació entre Mallorca, Menorca, Eivissa i Formentera, i entre les Illes Balears i l'exterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2024-2026, aprovat mitjançant l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 19 d'abril de 2024 (BOIB núm. 52, de 20 d'abril de 2024), a l'apartat III.7.12 preveu les línies de subvenció per donar suport a l'edició de llibres de recerca científica o de divulgació de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 30.26 de l'Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears, aprovat per la Llei orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer (BOIB núm. 32, d'1 de març de 2007), disposa que la Comunitat Autònoma té la competència del foment de la creació i la producció teatral, musical, cinematogràfica i audiovisual, literària, de dansa i d'arts combinades, així com la competència de fer-ne la difusió nacional i internacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A aquest efecte, l'objecte d'aquesta Resolució és convocar subvencions d'acord amb el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre (BOIB núm. 196, de 31 de desembre de 2005), i l'Ordre del conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports de 13 de desembre de 2024 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria de cultura i foment de la llengua catalana (BOIB núm. 166, de 19 de desembre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, d'acord amb el que disposen l'article 15 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, els articles 107.3, apartats &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, 108.4 i 109 de la versió consolidada del Tractat de funcionament de la Unió Europea (DOUE C 326, de 26 d'octubre de 2012), el Reglament (UE) núm. 1497/2013 de la Comissió, de 18 de desembre de 2013, relatiu a l'aplicació dels articles 107 i 108 del Tractat de funcionament de la Unió Europea a les ajudes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de minimis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (DOUE L 352, de 24 de desembre de 2013), i fent ús de les facultats que m'atribueix l'article 10.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; dels Estatuts de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprovar la convocatòria de les subvencions per donar suport a l'edició de llibres de recerca científica o de divulgació de les Illes Balears durant l'any 2025, d'acord amb els termes que figuren en l'annex 1 d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aprovar el pressupost d'aquesta convocatòria, que té un import màxim de 100.000 € (cent mil euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Autoritzar una despesa de 100.000 € (cent mil euros), amb càrrec al capítol IV del pressupost de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Publicar la convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el president de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Objecte i finalitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1. Aquesta convocatòria té per objecte fomentar la investigació en temes relacionats amb les Illes Balears, donant suport a l'edició de llibres dedicats a la recerca científica o a la divulgació de temes relacionats amb la cultura, el patrimoni, la llengua o la ciència de les Illes Balears, i que es comercialitzin a través de llibreries o plataformes de venda de llibres digitals, durant el període comprès entre l'1 de desembre de 2024 i el 31 de desembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La finalitat d'aquesta convocatòria és ajudar a la recerca científica i a la divulgació de temes relacionats amb la cultura, el patrimoni, la llengua i la ciència de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2. Aquesta convocatòria comprèn una sola línia de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3. No es poden subvencionar projectes que vulnerin els drets dels col·lectius LGTBI, els drets de les dones o els drets humans.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Despeses subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1. Es consideren despeses subvencionables aquelles que de manera indubtable responguin a la naturalesa de l'activitat objecte de la subvenció, que s'efectuen en el termini establert en la convocatòria per dur a terme les accions subvencionables i que no superen el valor de mercat. Es considera despesa efectuada la que s'ha pagat de manera efectiva abans que acabi el període de justificació determinat en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2. Les despeses subvencionables són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— drets d'autor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— traducció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— correcció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— disseny i maquetació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— impressió (pot incloure subconceptes com l'enquadernació i el transport)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.3. Es poden subvencionar les nòmines de treballadors, si estan donats d'alta en el règim general de la Seguretat Social i si el cost de la Seguretat Social és a càrrec de l'empresa, fins a un import màxim equivalent al 30 % de les despeses subvencionables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.4. Les despeses no subvencionables són les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Les publicacions en format revista, els llibres de ficció, els catàlegs d'art, les partitures musicals, els textos escolars, les obres de referència (diccionaris, llibres d'estil, etc.), els manuals d'informació pràctica (receptaris de cuina, de bricolatge, d'autoajuda, guies de viatge, manuals, mapes, jocs, etc.), les obres col·lectives en l'àmbit de la recerca (actes de congressos, treballs de recerca, publicacions relatives a estudis històrics locals, etc.), les tesis doctorals i aquells llibres en els quals el text només faci de suport de les imatges.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Les autoedicions, tret dels casos en què l'autor publiqui una obra pròpia mitjançant una editorial constituïda amb una antiguitat superior als dos anys. No es poden presentar obres autoeditades en editorials per encàrrec o l'autoedició digital.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Si es tracta d'una coautoria, un mínim d'un 50 % dels autors ha de ser d'origen balear o resident a les Illes Balears. En cas contrari, l'edició d'aquest llibre no serà subvencionable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Les reimpressions i les reedicions de llibres publicats fa menys de cinc anys.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Els honoraris del beneficiari de la subvenció i, en el cas de les persones jurídiques, els honoraris dels administradors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Els imposts, les taxes i els tributs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Les despeses corrents de funcionament de la seu, com ara lloguer, subministrament d'aigua, electricitat i gas, taxes, imposts i despeses de comunitat de l'immoble, neteja i assegurances.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— L'adquisició de material inventariable, com paper per a la impressió de llibres o altres usos, ordinadors, fotocopiadores, faxos, mobiliari o altres d'anàlegs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Les despeses de manutenció i dietes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Amb caràcter general, els dinars i sopars, o despeses de representació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Les despeses el pagament de les quals es justifica mitjançant una captura de pantalla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.5. Cap obra subvencionada en aquesta convocatòria no pot ser editada per una empresa diferent del beneficiari ni tan sols quan es trobin integrats en el mateix grup empresarial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Import i imputació pressupostària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. El crèdit assignat a aquesta convocatòria és de 100.000 € (cent mil euros) amb càrrec al capítol IV del pressupost de l'IEB del 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest crèdit s'assigna a pimes i autònoms.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les pimes i autònoms hauran de realitzar declaració responsable al respecte (Annex 3). Podrà requerir-se en qualsevol moment més informació sobre l'acreditació d'aquesta condició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2. La concessió de les ajudes previstes en aquesta convocatòria queda condicionada a la disponibilitat pressupostària establerta en l'apartat anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3. Sempre que la disponibilitat pressupostària ho permeti, es pot incrementar l'import d'aquesta convocatòria. L'import consignat inicialment es pot ampliar mitjançant una resolució de modificació de la convocatòria d'ampliació del crèdit assignat. Aquesta ampliació, tret que s'estableixi una altra cosa, no implica que el termini per presentar sol·licituds s'ampliï, i no afecta la tramitació ordinària de les sol·licituds presentades i no resoltes de forma expressa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Beneficiaris i requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. Són beneficiaris de les subvencions d'aquesta convocatòria les persones jurídiques o físiques que estiguin donades d'alta en el cens tributari i/o l'impost d'activitats empresarials (IAE) en epígrafs vinculats al sector editorial o bé que tenguin com a objecte social el desenvolupament d'activitats de caràcter professional en el sector editorial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. Totes les persones físiques o jurídiques que sol·licitin aquestes ajudes han de complir els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Estar al corrent de les obligacions amb la Seguretat Social i de les obligacions tributàries amb l'Estat i amb la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Estar al corrent de pagament d'obligacions per reintegrament de subvencions en els termes que es determinin legalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Presentar la sol·licitud en els termes i amb els requisits que s'estableixen en els apartats 6, 7 i 8 d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Complir els principis de l'article 3 de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Presentar una sola sol·licitud per projecte. En cas de presentació d'una nova sol·licitud, s'haurà de desistir expressament de l'anterior; en cas de no fer-ho, només es tindrà en compte la primera sol·licitud registrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de desistiment exprés, la data en l'ordre de prelació dels expedients serà la de la nova sol·licitud registrada o la data de registre de desistiment en cas que aquest sigui posterior a la segona sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Disposar de l'organització i la capacitat suficients i necessàries per garantir el compliment de l'activitat objecte de la subvenció en el moment de la publicació de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3. Queden excloses com a beneficiàries les entitats de dret públic o privat vinculades o dependents d'administracions públiques, així com qualsevol empresa o organització en la qual la participació d'aquests ens sigui majoritària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.4. No poden ser beneficiàries d'ajudes les persones físiques o jurídiques següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les que incorrin en qualsevol de les prohibicions establertes en l'article 10 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears, entre les quals hi ha haver sol·licitat la declaració de concurs, haver estat declarades insolvents en qualsevol procediment, estar declarades en concurs, estar subjectes a intervenció judicial o haver estat inhabilitades d'acord amb la Llei concursal sense que hagi conclòs el període d'inhabilitació fixat a la sentència de qualificació del concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les entitats sol·licitants que hagin estat sancionades o condemnades per exercir o tolerar pràctiques laborals considerades discriminatòries per raó de sexe o de gènere, per resolució administrativa ferma o sentència judicial ferma, d'acord amb la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes, i les que es determinen en la Llei orgànica 3/2007, de 22 de març, per a la igualtat efectiva de dones i homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les que hagin estat sancionades amb les sancions accessòries de pèrdua del dret a obtenir subvencions i ajuts en els termes prevists en l'article 46.1.b) del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2000, de 4 d'agost, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei sobre infraccions i sancions en l'ordre social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les que hagin estat sancionades per resolució administrativa ferma per alguna de les infraccions qualificades com a molt greus, en els termes i terminis que estableix el títol IV de la Llei 15/2022, de 12 de juliol, integral per a la igualtat de tractament i no discriminació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les que hagin estat sancionades mitjançant resolució ferma en via administrativa amb la pèrdua de la possibilitat d'obtenir una subvenció, d'acord amb els apartats 2.a) i 3.a) de l'article 37 de la Llei 8/2016, de 30 de maig, per garantir els drets de lesbianes, gais, trans, bisexuals i intersexuals i per erradicar l'LGTBI-fòbia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les que incompleixin els terminis de pagament establerts en la Llei 3/2004, de 29 de desembre, per la qual s'estableixen mesures de lluita contra la morositat en les operacions comercials si l'import de la subvenció és superior a 30.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les que hagin estat sancionades amb la pèrdua de la possibilitat d'obtenir un ajut o subvenció mitjançant qualsevol altra norma aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les empreses en crisi. Als efectes d'aquestes bases s'entén per empresa en crisi l'empresa en què concorre alguna de les circumstàncies que estableix l'article 2.18 del Reglament (UE) núm. 651/2014 de la Comissió, de 17 de juny de 2014, pel qual es declaren determinades categories d'ajuts compatibles amb el mercat interior, en aplicació dels articles 107 i 108 del Tractat de funcionament de la Unió Europea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les empreses que estiguin subjectes a una ordre de recuperació pendent com a conseqüència d'una decisió prèvia de la Comissió Europea que hagi declarat un ajut il·legal i incompatible amb el mercat interior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Normativa aplicable&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria es regeix per l'Ordre del conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports de 13 de desembre de 2024 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria de cultura i foment de la llengua catalana (BOIB núm. 166, de 19 de desembre de 2024); el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005; la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, i la resta de normativa comunitària, estatal o autonòmica aplicable a les subvencions atorgades per l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Termini i presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. El termini per presentar les sol·licituds és del 10 de març al 2 de juny de 2025. No s'admet cap sol·licitud presentada amb posterioritat al termini indicat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. Les sol·licituds de subvenció i la documentació adjunta s'han de presentar de forma electrònica mitjançant el tràmit telemàtic que estarà disponible en el procediment publicat en la Seu Electrònica de la CAIB, al qual es pot accedir des de la pàgina web de l'IEB,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; http://www.iebalearics.org&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 12.2 de l'Ordre 40/2024, de 13 de desembre, en què s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria de cultura i foment de la llengua catalana, no es tindran per presentades en el registre les sol·licituds que es presentin per qualsevol altre mitjà diferent del tràmit telemàtic establert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3. Les persones físiques o jurídiques estrangeres, que no disposin de certificat digital, hauran de presentar les sol·licituds a l'apartat habilitat a tal efecte a la pàgina web de l'IEB, dins cada convocatòria. Les comunicacions entre l'IEB i els sol·licitants que presentin les sol·licituds a través d'aquesta via, es realitzaran, obligatòriament, a través de l'esmentat apartat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.4. La presentació de la sol·licitud implica l'acceptació de la persona o entitat interessada de les prescripcions contingudes en el TRLS, l'Ordre de bases i aquesta convocatòria, i obliga l'Administració a verificar la identitat de les persones interessades en el procediment administratiu, d'acord amb l'article 9.1 de la Llei 39/2015 i les dades d'empadronament, llevat d'oposició expressa. També suposa, llevat d'oposició expressa, l'autorització a l'òrgan instructor del procediment perquè, si és procedent, obtingui de manera directa l'acreditació que està al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions amb la Seguretat Social i tributàries davant l'Administració de l'Estat i davant l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.5. Atès que tots els sol·licitants estan obligats a relacionar-se electrònicament, en el cas que algun sol·licitant presenti la sol·licitud presencialment, l'òrgan instructor l'ha de requerir perquè l'esmeni mitjançant la presentació electrònica, sense perjudici que la data de la presentació presencial es tengui en compte a efectes del còmput de presentació en termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.6. Si la sol·licitud no compleix els requisits legals, els establerts a l'Ordre de bases reguladores i en aquesta convocatòria, o no incorpora els documents exigits, s'ha de requerir la persona interessada perquè, en el termini improrrogable de deu dies hàbils, esmeni l'error o presenti els documents preceptius, amb la indicació que, si no ho fa, es considera que desisteix de la seva sol·licitud, amb la resolució prèvia que s'ha de dictar en els termes prevists en l'article 21 de la Llei 39/2015 d'acord amb l'article 68 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.7. Aquest requeriment es pot fer en qualsevol moment del procediment administratiu i sempre abans de la proposta de resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Nombre de sol·licituds i termini d'execució de les actuacions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1. No hi ha establert un màxim de sol·licituds que es poden presentar, sinó que es tindrà en compte l'import màxim per convocatòria que es pot atorgar a cada beneficiari, recollit al punt 17.2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2. L'activitat subvencionada s'ha de dur a terme entre l'1 de desembre de 2024 i el 31 de desembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1. La sol·licitud s'ha de presentar degudament emplenada i signada, i ha d'anar acompanyada de la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La documentació acreditativa de la personalitat física o jurídica. En el cas que l'IEB ja disposi d'aquesta documentació vigent, cal indicar en quin expedient es va presentar i no fa falta lliurar-la:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Un document acreditatiu de l'alta en el règim especial de treballadors autònoms i de la vigència d'aquesta alta en el moment de fer la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Un document acreditatiu d'estar donat d'alta en l'impost d'activitats empresarials (IAE) en epígrafs vinculats al sector editorial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a.2)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Persona jurídica:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— NIF de la persona jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Els estatuts socials inscrits degudament en el registre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Un document acreditatiu de la representació legal amb la qual actua la persona física que signa la sol·licitud, el qual ha d'estar vigent en el moment de presentar la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Un document acreditatiu d'estar donat d'alta en l'impost d'activitats empresarials (IAE) en epígrafs vinculats al sector editorial de l'exercici corresponent a 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Un document de la junta directiva actual, si és diferent de la constituïda als estatuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Una declaració responsable per mitjà del model normalitzat (annex 3), en què el sol·licitant manifesti els punts següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Que compleix les obligacions que estableixen l'article 11 del TRLS i l'article 17 de l'Ordre del conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports de 13 de desembre de 2024, com també les que estableix aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Que aporta la documentació adjunta a la sol·licitud, vertadera i correcta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Que no incorre en cap causa de prohibició o d'incompatibilitat per percebre l'ajuda, de conformitat amb la normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Que no ha estat sancionada o condemnada en els darrers tres anys per haver exercit o tolerat pràctiques laborals considerades discriminatòries per raó de sexe o de gènere, per resolució administrativa ferma o per sentència judicial ferma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Que no ha sol·licitat ni rebut cap altre ajut per a la mateixa finalitat de qualsevol administració pública o ens privat o públic, tant nacional com estranger, o en cas contrari ha d'aportar una relació amb les ajudes sol·licitades o concedides, amb indicació de la quantia sol·licitada o concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Que compleix la legalitat vigent i aplica criteris d'igualtat d'oportunitats pel que fa a la contractació de treballadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Que està al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social davant l'Administració de l'Estat, i de les obligacions tributàries davant la hisenda autonòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Que està exempta, si escau, de deduir-se l'IVA i no està obligada a fer la declaració d'aquest impost, d'acord amb l'article 20.14.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Llei 37/1992. I que no es retribueix aquest impost de cap altra manera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Que compleixen els requisits per ser considerats pimes o autònoms, si escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Ha de presentar una declaració de tots els ajuts &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;de minimis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; rebuts en el període establert, conforme s'estableix en el Reglament (UE) núm. 2023/2831 de 13 de desembre, de la Comissió o normativa que el substitueixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Si escau, la sol·licitud d'autorització per fer despeses amb persones o entitats vinculades (annex 4), juntament amb la documentació acreditativa que la despesa està feta a preu de mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Una memòria descriptiva i detallada del projecte, amb els apartats detallats a continuació, seguint el model descarregable a la seu electrònica de la CAIB i a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://www.iebalearics.org&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Aquesta memòria servirà perquè la Comissió Avaluadora puntuï el projecte i, per tant, només es valorarà la informació inclosa en aquesta memòria. Dins la memòria s'ha d'emplenar també l'acreditació del compliment dels requisits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La memòria ha d'incloure la informació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Els objectius del projecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— El pla de treball del projecte editorial que indiqui les dates en què es duu a terme cada tasca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Les trajectòries professionals de les persones, col·lectius, empreses o entitats implicats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— El tiratge que es fa del llibre i el nombre aproximat de paraules que té.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— El pla de comunicació i difusió exterior, que inclou la distribució del llibre que és objecte de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Si és un projecte que contribueix a la igualtat de gènere (text o creació d'una dona, o d'un mínim d'un 40 % de dones si es tracta d'un equip o col·lectiu, o el contingut del qual contribueixi a la sensibilització i educació de la societat envers els drets de les dones, les perspectives de gènere i/o LGTBI).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El pressupost detallat del projecte, seguint el model descarregable a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://www.iebalearics.org&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, amb ingressos i despeses i amb el pertinent IVA desglossat. Cal que el pressupost reculli tots els conceptes per als quals es demana ajuda, en què s'han de desglossar les despeses subvencionables, d'acord amb el punt 2 de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El contracte amb l'autor o agent que permeti la publicació del llibre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Si escau, el pla de patrocinis i de finançament de l'esdeveniment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La declaració de veracitat de les dades bancàries, inclosa en l'annex 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2. La documentació s'ha de presentar en català o castellà. Excepcionalment, en el cas que els beneficiaris disposin de documentació original redactada en anglès, aquesta serà acceptada (com, per exemple, escriptures, factures, contractes...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de llengües estrangeres distintes a l'anglès, sempre s'ha de presentar una traducció precisa i fidel de l'original al català o al castellà. No es necessària la traducció jurada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Criteris per seleccionar els beneficiaris, règim del procediment i òrgan instructor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1. El procediment per concedir aquestes subvencions s'ha de tramitar en règim de concurrència competitiva, de conformitat amb l'article 17.1 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions i amb l'article 6.2 de les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria de cultura i foment de la llengua catalana, amb la finalitat de comparar en un únic procediment totes les sol·licituds presentades i d'establir una prelació entre aquestes d'acord amb els criteris de valoració fixats en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2. L'òrgan competent per instruir el procediment de tramitació de les sol·licituds és la direcció de l'Institut d'Estudis Baleàrics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Esmena d'errors en les sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1. Una vegada que l'òrgan instructor hagi revisat totes les sol·licituds rebudes, ha d'elaborar una llista provisional de sol·licituds admeses i excloses, en la qual s'ha d'especificar, si escau, les deficiències i les mancances detectades en la documentació presentada. Aquesta llista es publicarà a la seu electrònica de la CAIB i al web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://www.iebalearics.org&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.2. Els sol·licitants disposaran de deu dies hàbils a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista per esmenar les deficiències detectades en la sol·licitud o la documentació que l'acompanyi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.3. Transcorregut el termini per presentar esmenes, i després que l'òrgan instructor les hagi revisades, es considerarà que les sol·licituds que no s'hagin esmenat desisteixen de la sol·licitud. L'òrgan instructor ha de dictar la resolució que determini el desistiment, en els termes prevists en l'article 21.1 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i s'arxivarà l'expedient sense cap més tràmit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.4. La llista definitiva de sol·licituds admeses i excloses s'ha de publicar en la Seu Electrònica de la Comunitat Autònoma i al web&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;http://www.iebalearics.org&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 13.2 de les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria de cultura i foment de la llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Criteris de valoració i import de la subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.1 Els projectes presentats es valoren amb els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Rellevància científica o divulgativa del projecte (segons el tipus d'obra): de 0 a 25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Trajectòria professional de l'autor o dels autors: de 0 a 20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aspectes innovadors i originalitat de la proposta: de 0 a 20 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Si és un original escrit en català, la traducció d'un original escrit en català o la traducció al català d'un text escrit originàriament en qualsevol altre idioma: 15 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Trajectòria professional de l'editorial sol·licitant i coherència del catàleg: de 0 a 15 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Si és un projecte que contribueix a la igualtat de gènere (text o creació d'una dona, o d'un mínim d'un 40 % de dones si es tracta d'un equip o col·lectiu, o el contingut del qual contribueixi a la sensibilització i educació de la societat envers els drets de les dones, les perspectives de gènere i/o LGTBI): de 0 a 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Puntuació total màxima: 100 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.2. Es preveu que es puguin valorar amb deu punts addicionals els projectes per publicar obres que hagin obtingut anteriorment una subvenció en les convocatòries d'ajudes per donar suport a projectes d'investigació d'humanitats i de la cultura vinculats amb les Illes Balears (resolucions de concessió BOIB núm. 8, de 19 de gener de 2021; BOIB núm. 21, de 10 de febrer de 2022; BOIB núm. 6, de 14 de gener de 2023; BOIB núm. 173, de 23 de desembre de 2023; BOIB núm. 134, de 12 d'octubre de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, es preveu que es puguin valorar amb cinc punts addicionals les obres següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Obres amb temàtica relacionada amb Formentera o realitzades per creadors, empreses, entitats o col·lectius d'aquesta illa (5 punts addicionals).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Obres que tenen relació amb l'Any Llompart, la commemoració dels 50 anys de la publicació del llibre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Te deix, amor, la mar com a penyora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, de Carme Riera, o el centenari de la mort d'Antoni Maura (5 punts addicionals).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.3. La puntuació mínima per obtenir subvenció és de 50 punts, d'acord amb els criteris establerts en l'apartat 11.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.4. Una qualificació d'1 punt correspon al 0,8 % de l'import subvencionable, que s'incrementa gradualment fins al 80 %, que correspon als 100 punts. Tot i això, en cas que el crèdit de la convocatòria no fos suficient, s'hi aplicarà una reducció proporcional al crèdit disponible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.5. En cas que algun beneficiari renunciï a la subvenció, o en cas que es produeixi una minoració en l'import final justificat, l'import de l'ajuda es pot adjudicar a altres expedients de la resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.6. En cap dels casos no s'abonarà un import superior al que s'hagi justificat mitjançant factures.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Composició de la Comissió Avaluadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.1. Per a l'avaluació de les sol·licituds presentades, es constitueix una comissió avaluadora composta per les persones següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– President: el director de l'IEB o la persona en qui delegui la presidència de la Comissió (amb veu, però sense vot).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– Vocals: un mínim de tres professionals de prestigi nomenats per l'IEB (amb veu i vot) i un tècnic de l'IEB (amb veu, però sense vot).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;– Secretari: un tècnic de l'IEB (amb veu, però sense vot).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.2. La composició de la Comissió Avaluadora es farà pública amb la relació definitiva d'admesos i exclosos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.3. Pel que fa al règim de constitució i funcionament, la Comissió s'ha de regir pel que disposen els articles 15 i següents de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Instrucció del procediment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.1. Correspon a la direcció de l'IEB la instrucció i tramitació del procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.2. La instrucció del procediment es durà a terme d'acord amb l'article 24 de la Llei estatal 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions; l'article 16 del Decret legislatiu autonòmic 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, i l'article 13 de l'Ordre del conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports de 13 de desembre de 2024 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria de cultura i foment de la llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.3. La Comissió Avaluadora, una vegada hagi examinat i valorat les sol·licituds admeses, ha d'aixecar acta i redactar un informe en el qual s'han d'indicar, de manera provisional, les persones beneficiàries i l'import adjudicat a cada projecte en virtut de la puntuació obtinguda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.4. Aquest informe s'ha de publicar en la seu electrònica i s'ha de concedir als interessats un termini d'audiència de deu hàbils a fi que puguin formular les al·legacions que considerin oportunes a través del tràmit establert en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Com a avís, i sense efectes de notificació, l'IEB ha d'informar per via telemàtica, a l'adreça electrònica indicada en la sol·licitud, del fet que s'ha publicat la proposta de resolució provisional al web de l'IEB, així com de la data de publicació i l'enllaç al web. Aquest avís no afecta els terminis de presentació d'al·legacions o de la justificació de la sol·licitud, que es regulen per la publicació al web de l'IEB i a la seu electrònica de la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.5. El director de l'IEB, finalitzat el tràmit d'audiència, a la vista de l'expedient i de l'informe definitiu de la Comissió Avaluadora, una vegada revisades les al·legacions presentades n'ha de formular la proposta de resolució. Aquesta proposta s'ha de publicar a la seu electrònica de la CAIB i al web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://www.iebalearics.org&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.6. Les persones interessades proposades com a beneficiàries de les subvencions han de comunicar a l'òrgan instructor l'acceptació (annex 5) o la renúncia (annex 6) de la subvenció proposada en el termini de deu dies hàbils comptadors des de l'endemà que s'hagi publicat. Es considera que la persona beneficiària accepta la proposta de resolució si no manifesta la renúncia dins el termini atorgat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.7. El president de l'IEB ha de resoldre el procediment mitjançant una resolució motivada en què s'ha de fixar, amb caràcter definitiu, la quantia de la subvenció concedida. Així mateix, la resolució ha d'especificar els aspectes següents: la identificació de la persona o l'entitat beneficiària, la descripció de l'activitat o projecte que s'ha de subvencionar, el pressupost total de l'activitat subvencionada, l'import de la subvenció concedida i la inclusió o l'exclusió, si pertoca, de l'IVA suportat. La resolució ha d'acordar tant l'atorgament de les subvencions com la denegació i la no concessió, per desistiment, renúncia al dret o impossibilitat material sobrevinguda. La resolució s'ha de publicar en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.8. Les resolucions del president de l'IEB que concedeixin o deneguin la subvenció sol·licitada exhaureixen la via administrativa i, contra aquestes, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes, o bé un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors a partir de l'endemà que s'hagin notificat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.9. El termini per dictar i notificar la resolució expressa és de sis mesos a partir de la data en què finalitza el termini per presentar les sol·licituds. S'entenen desestimades les sol·licituds no resoltes en el termini esmentat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.10. En cas de renúncia fora del termini establert al punt 12.8, s'ha de comunicar mitjançant el model normalitzat (annex 6) i, en cas d'haver rebut algun pagament, pertoca el reintegrament de les quantitats rebudes i l'exigència de l'interès de demora des del moment del pagament de la subvenció fins a la data de registre de la renúncia, en els supòsits prevists en l'article 44.1 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Reformulació i factors de correcció del projecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per assegurar l'eficàcia dels fons atorgats a les ajudes, la Comissió Avaluadora pot plantejar que la subvenció es limiti a alguna part separable del projecte, de manera que sigui aquesta part la que es valori i la que s'hagi de justificar després, sempre que això no desvirtuï la finalitat de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'altra banda, la Comissió Avaluadora pot aplicar algun factor de correcció consistent a reduir o excloure determinades despeses relatives al cost total del projecte, amb una motivació prèvia, que ha de constar en l'acta de la Comissió Avaluadora, en la proposta i en la resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Subcontractació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.1. La persona o l'entitat beneficiària pot subcontractar fins a un 80 % de l'execució de l'activitat subvencionada, sempre que això impliqui un valor afegit al contingut de l'activitat. En tot cas, s'han de respectar els límits i les condicions que estableixen els apartats 3 a 7 de l'article 38 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.2. D'acord amb l'article 38.7 de la Llei esmentada, en relació amb l'article 29.7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la Llei 38/2003, el beneficiari no pot concertar l'execució total o parcial de les activitats subvencionades amb les persones o entitats següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Persones o entitats sotmeses a alguna de les prohibicions de l'article 10 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Persones o entitats que han percebut altres subvencions per a la realització de l'activitat objecte de contractació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Intermediaris o assessors en els quals els pagaments es defineixin com un percentatge del cost total de l'operació, llevat que el pagament estigui justificat amb referència al valor de mercat del treball efectuat o dels serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Persones o entitats vinculades amb el beneficiari, llevat que la contractació s'efectuï d'acord amb les condicions normals de mercat i s'obtengui l'autorització prèvia expressa de l'òrgan concedent de la subvenció (annex 4).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Persones o entitats sol·licitants d'una ajuda o subvenció en la mateixa convocatòria i programa que no l'han obtinguda perquè no compleixen els requisits o no assoleixen una valoració suficient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.3. Per determinar les persones vinculades s'aplica, supletòriament, l'article 68.2 del Reglament de subvencions, aprovat pel Reial decret 887/2006, de 21 de juliol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.4. Per tal d'obtenir l'acceptació prèvia i expressa per fer despeses amb persones o entitats vinculades, s'ha d'adjuntar a la sol·licitud l'annex 4 (sol·licitud d'autorització de despesa amb persones vinculades) i la documentació acreditativa que el preu pressupostat respon a un preu de mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Comprovació del valor de mercat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas, l'import de les despeses subvencionables no pot ser superior al valor de mercat. L'IEB pot comprovar el valor de mercat de les despeses subvencionades, d'acord amb l'article 41 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. Imports màxims de les ajudes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.1. L'import màxim que es pot atorgar a cada projecte és de 6.000 € (sis mil euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.2. L'import màxim que es pot atorgar a cada sol·licitant en aquesta convocatòria per totes les sol·licituds és de 18.000 € (devuit mil euros).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.3. Per a màxims acumulats amb altres ajudes, vegeu el punt 20.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.4. En cas que algun beneficiari renunciï a la subvenció, o en cas que es produeixi una minoració en l'import final justificat, l'import de l'ajuda es pot adjudicar a altres expedients seguint el mateix criteri que s'estableix en el punt 9.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18. Pagament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.1. L'abonament de les ajudes es fa efectiu, amb caràcter general, en un únic pagament, que s'efectuarà una vegada acreditat el compliment de la finalitat per a la qual s'ha atorgat la subvenció i una vegada justificada la realització de l'activitat subvencionada en els termes d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.2. En el cas de les subvencions superiors a 2.000 €, el pagament es pot fer efectiu a partir de la data en què es resolgui definitivament la concessió. S'ha de fer de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Un primer pagament del 50 % de la subvenció, en el moment en què es publiqui al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la resolució de concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Un segon pagament amb la resta, una vegada finalitzada l'activitat i presentada la documentació justificativa, tal com indica el punt 19 d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.3. Excepcionalment es poden fer bestretes per un import màxim del 75 % de l'import de la subvenció concedida quan s'acrediti que no es disposa de recursos suficients per finançar transitòriament l'execució de l'activitat subvencionada. En tot cas s'ha d'aportar una garantia en la forma i el procediment prevists en el Decret 13/2019, de 7 de març, pel qual es regula el règim jurídic de les garanties i dels dipòsits custodiats per la Dipositaria de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. La garantia aportada ha de ser per un import mínim del 125 % de les quantitats que es volen demanar anticipadament. Abans de formalitzar l'aval bancari o altres tipus de garanties és convenient trametre l'esborrany a la Dipositaria perquè prèviament el revisi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.4. Si l'import subvencionable justificat és inferior a l'import subvencionable presentat en la sol·licitud, s'aplicarà la reducció, en la mateixa proporció, de la quantia de la subvenció atorgada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.5. Si en el moment de presentar la sol·licitud ja s'ha fet tota l'activitat, es pot adjuntar la documentació referida a la liquidació i justificació, tot i que només tindrà efectes si es concedeix la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19. Justificació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.1. El termini per justificar la subvenció acaba en el termini de 20 dies hàbils després d'haver duit a terme l'activitat objecte de la subvenció. Si en aquesta data encara no s'ha publicat la Resolució de concessió en el BOIB, s'entén que la justificació s'ha de fer en els 20 dies hàbils següents a aquesta publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si, transcorregut aquest termini, no s'ha presentat la justificació, l'òrgan administratiu competent ha de requerir el beneficiari que en un termini improrrogable de quinze dies hàbils la presenti, tal com s'estableix en l'article l'article 70.3 del Reglament general de subvencions. La falta de presentació de la justificació en el termini que estableix aquest apartat comporta la revocació i, si escau, l'exigència de reintegrament i altres responsabilitats que estableix la legislació aplicable en matèria de subvencions. La presentació de la justificació en el termini addicional establert en aquest apartat no eximeix el beneficiari de les sancions que, d'acord amb l'article 58 del TRLS, corresponguin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.2. Les factures han de ser emeses i pagades amb anterioritat a la finalització del període de justificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.3. La justificació de l'activitat subvencionada s'ha de dur a terme amb la presentació del compte justificatiu a través del model normalitzat (annex 7), amb la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una memòria d'actuació (seguint el model descarregable al web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://www.iebalearics.org) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;justificativa del compliment de les condicions imposades a la concessió de l'ajuda, amb la indicació de les despeses objecte de l'ajuda. Així mateix, ha de contenir tota la informació necessària per a la correcta interpretació i comprensió de la justificació de despeses presentada i la seva imputació al projecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Una memòria econòmica justificativa (seguint el model descarregable al web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://www.iebalearics.org&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) del cost de les activitats o despeses objecte de la subvenció, degudament signada pel beneficiari, que ha de contenir el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Una relació classificada de les despeses de la sol·licitud, amb la identificació del creditor i del document, l'import, la data d'emissió i la data de pagament. Si escau, s'han d'indicar les desviacions que es produeixin en el pressupost inicial. Només es tenen en compte els conceptes imputats al pressupost presentat amb la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— La indicació, si escau, dels criteris de repartiment dels costs generals i indirectes incorporats a la relació classificada de les despeses abans esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Una relació detallada d'altres ingressos o subvencions, si escau, que hagin finançat l'activitat subvencionada, amb la indicació de l'import i la procedència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:80px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La memòria econòmica justificativa, a més, s'ha de trametre a l'adreça &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;justificacio@iebalearics.org&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en format digital com a full de càlcul que es pot descarregar del web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://www.iebalearics.org&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les factures que, completes o simplificades, han de complir els requisits que estableix el Reglament pel qual es regulen les obligacions de facturació, aprovat pel Reial decret 1619/2012, de 30 de novembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— La descripció de l'operació ha d'aportar informació suficient sobre el concepte i el període objecte de facturació per tal que es pugui verificar la seva correspondència amb la despesa objecte de l'ajut. Si el concepte de la factura no és prou explicatiu, cal adjuntar els albarans de lliurament corresponents o altra documentació justificativa. En tot cas s'ha de poder verificar el preu unitari de l'operació. En el cas que en algunes de les factures sol·licitades no hi consti l'IVA, és obligatori fer referència a la disposició normativa en virtut de la qual és aplicable l'exempció d'acord amb l'article 6.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del Reglament pel qual es regulen les obligacions de facturació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— No s'admeten les factures que no desglossin amb detall els serveis contractats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Les factures han de ser emeses i pagades amb anterioritat a la finalització del període de justificació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Es considera documentació justificativa per acreditar el pagament de manera suficient:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— En el cas que es tracti de transferències, l'ordre de transferència en què es carregui en compte el pagament. Les ordres de transferència han d'incloure la identificació de la persona beneficiària i la de l'ordenant del pagament. L'ordenant ha de ser la persona beneficiària de l'ajut i hi ha de constar el seu NIF i la denominació social. Així mateix, les ordres de transferència han d'indicar el concepte amb què s'ordena el pagament i la remissió al número o números de factura a què correspon. Si el document de pagament no fa referència a les factures, ha d'anar acompanyat de la documentació complementària que permeti verificar la correspondència entre la despesa i el pagament. En cas que l'import de la transferència no coincideixi amb l'import de la factura, s'ha d'entregar una nota d'aclariment i els documents addicionals que demostrin aquest import.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— En el cas que es tracti de pagaments fets amb targeta de crèdit o de dèbit, o PayPal, l'ordre de pagament en què es carregui en compte el pagament. Les ordres de pagament han d'incloure la identificació de la persona beneficiària i la de l'ordenant del pagament. Si el document de pagament no fa referència a les factures, ha d'anar acompanyat de la documentació complementària que permeti verificar la correspondència entre la despesa i el pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— En el cas que es tracti de pagaments agrupats, el desglossament de cadascun dels pagaments inclosos en la tramesa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— En el cas de pagament mitjançant un xec nominatiu, un pagaré, lletres de canvi o similars, el beneficiari ha d'aportar una còpia del document i una còpia de l'extracte bancari que acrediti el càrrec.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— No s'accepta cap document acreditatiu del pagament que sigui en efectiu o en espècie.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— No s'accepta cap justificació de pagament per compensació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Les factures i els justificants de pagament s'han de lliurar en el mateix ordre en què apareixen en el compte justificatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Cinc (5) exemplars del llibre editat amb motiu de l'activitat subvencionada (vegeu el punt 21.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; sobre l'aplicació del logotip de l'IEB). Si el llibre conté altres logotips que no siguin de l'IEB, cal explicar-ne el motiu a la memòria d'actuació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Nòmines dels treballadors desglossades, amb la indicació de l'import retingut a compte de l'IRPF, i justificants de pagament dels sous.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Documents de relació nominal de treballadors (RNT, antic TC2) i rebut de liquidacions de cotització (RLC, antic TC1), juntament amb una llista en què figurin de manera detallada, per mes i treballador, els imports corresponents al total meritat a la nòmina i justificants de pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Documents d'IRPF i d'altres tributs no susceptibles de recuperació o compensació, i justificants de pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.4. En el cas que el compte justificatiu no tengui la documentació necessària per comprovar que s'ha justificat i aplicat l'ajuda, l'òrgan competent ha de sol·licitar al beneficiari que esmeni els defectes de la justificació dins un termini de&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;deu dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l'endemà d'haver rebut el requeriment amb l'advertiment que, en cas que no ho faci, no es farà el pagament de les despeses incorrectament justificades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Seguint l'article 43.2. de la Llei 39/2015 de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, quan la notificació per mitjans electrònics sigui de caràcter obligatori, o hagi estat expressament triada per l'interessat, s'entendrà rebutjada quan hagin transcorregut deu dies naturals des de la posada a disposició de la notificació sense que s'hagi accedit al seu contingut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.5. En el cas que no es justifiqui totalment l'activitat objecte de l'ajuda, però s'hagi complert parcialment la finalitat per a la qual es va concedir l'ajuda, aquesta s'ha de revisar i s'ha de minorar proporcionalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.6. Qualsevol alteració de les condicions que s'hagin tingut en compte per concedir l'ajuda i, en tot cas, l'obtenció concurrent de subvencions o ajudes atorgades per altres administracions o entitats, públiques o privades, nacionals o internacionals, poden donar lloc a la modificació de la resolució de la concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.7. La falta de justificació en els termes i en els terminis que estableixi la resolució d'atorgament de l'ajuda, així com els altres incompliments prevists en la normativa aplicable, poden determinar la revocació de l'ajuda. L'òrgan instructor és l'encarregat de dirimir-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.8. La Intervenció de la Comunitat Autònoma, en el marc d'un control financer, pot sol·licitar una còpia dels extractes de moviments bancaris, demanar informació als emissors de les factures, dur el control material de les inversions i fer altres comprovacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.9. La despesa mínima, realitzada i justificada, de l'activitat objecte de la subvenció exigible per poder considerar acomplerts l'objecte i la finalitat de la subvenció ha de ser, com a mínim, del 50 % del cost de l'activitat. L'incompliment d'aquesta despesa mínima destinada al compliment de la finalitat subvencionada comporta la revocació total de la subvenció atorgada i, si escau, el reintegrament de les quantitats rebudes. Si es compleix la despesa mínima, però el cost final efectiu de l'activitat és inferior al cost inicialment pressupostat, s'ha de reduir, en la mateixa proporció, la quantia de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.10. D'acord amb l'article 40.3 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, quan l'import de la despesa subvencionable superi les quanties establertes en la Llei 9/2017, de 8 de novembre, de contractes del sector públic per als contractes menors (15.000 €), l'entitat ha de sol·licitar com a mínim tres ofertes de diferents proveïdors, amb caràcter previ a la contractació del compromís per a la prestació del servei o el lliurament del bé.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'elecció entre les tres ofertes presentades, que s'han d'aportar en la justificació, s'ha de fer d'acord amb els criteris d'eficàcia i economia. En cas que l'elecció no recaigui en la proposta econòmicament més avantatjosa, s'ha de justificar expressament en una memòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No és necessari sol·licitar les tres ofertes quan, per les característiques especials, no hi hagi en el mercat un nombre suficient d'entitats que prestin el servei o subministrin el bé, o quan la despesa s'hagi efectuat abans de la sol·licitud de la subvenció. No obstant això, la persona beneficiària haurà de presentar, junt amb la sol·licitud, la informació suficient sobre l'adequació d'aquestes despeses de contractes superiors a 15.000 euros als preus de mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.11. S'entenen justificades les despeses relatives a liquidacions de tributs i retencions de la Seguretat Social que, conforme amb el dret, s'hagin meritat en la data màxima d'execució de l'activitat, amb independència que s'hagin abonat o no a les persones creditores corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20. Concurrència d'ajudes o subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20.1. L'import de les ajudes que estableix aquesta convocatòria no pot ser, en cap cas, d'una quantia que, aïlladament o en concurrència amb subvencions o ajudes d'altres administracions públiques, o d'altres entitats públiques o privades, nacionals o internacionals, superi el 100 % del cost de l'activitat objecte de l'ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20.2. Els beneficiaris no poden obtenir ajudes pels mateixos conceptes que es derivin d'altres convocatòries d'ajudes de la Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports, l'IEB mateix, l'Institut d'Indústries Culturals de les Illes Balears o l'Institut Ramon Llull.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20.3. En els casos no prevists en l'apartat anterior, aquestes subvencions són compatibles amb altres subvencions concedides als beneficiaris per a la mateixa finalitat, si bé l'import derivat de la suma de totes les subvencions no pot ser d'una quantitat que superi el cost de l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21. Obligacions dels beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són obligacions dels beneficiaris de les ajudes les que estableix l'article 11 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears. Els beneficiaris han de complir, a més de les obligacions que s'estableixen en aquest article, les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Comunicar a l'òrgan que ha emès la proposta de resolució l'acceptació o la renúncia a la proposta de resolució, mitjançant el model normalitzat en el cas de renúncia (annex 6), en els termes de la resolució de la convocatòria. En qualsevol cas, l'acceptació s'entén produïda automàticament si en el termini de deu dies hàbils des de la publicació de la proposta de resolució en el web de l'IEB no es fa constar el contrari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Acreditar davant l'òrgan que els ha concedit l'ajuda el compliment efectiu dels requisits i les condicions que s'exigeixen per a la concessió de les ajudes i, si s'escau, el manteniment de l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació i control que siguin procedents per part de les administracions autonòmica, estatal i comunitària, la Sindicatura de Comptes o altres òrgans de control extern, i també facilitar tota la informació que aquests requereixin en relació amb les ajudes concedides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Comunicar a l'IEB l'obtenció de subvencions i ajudes per a la mateixa finalitat, amb la sol·licitud de l'ajuda o amb l'obtenció de l'ajuda concurrent i, en tot cas, abans de la justificació de l'aplicació que s'hagi donat als fons.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Acreditar, en la forma que s'estableixi reglamentàriament i abans de dictar la proposta de resolució de concessió, que estan al corrent de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social davant l'Administració de l'Estat i de les obligacions tributàries davant la hisenda autonòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Deixar constància de la percepció i l'aplicació de l'ajuda en els llibres de comptabilitat o en els llibres de registre que, si escau, ha de dur el beneficiari d'acord amb la legislació mercantil o fiscal aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Conservar els documents justificatius de l'aplicació dels fons percebuts, amb la inclusió dels documents electrònics, mentre puguin ser objecte d'actuacions de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Fer constar obligatòriament el suport de l'IEB en tots els llibres que rebin una subvenció. A la pàgina de crèdits, cal afegir la frase «Aquest llibre ha estat publicat amb l'ajuda de» i el logotip de l'IEB i de la Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports. També s'ha de fer constar el suport de l'IEB en els programes, cartells i elements propagandístics i de comunicació de l'activitat mitjançant el logotip de l'IEB i de la Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports. El logotip està disponible al lloc web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;http://www.iebalearics.org&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, a la pàgina d'identitat corporativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que no es faci constar, la penalització pot anar de la reducció del 50 % de la subvenció concedida a la revocació total de la subvenció. La Comissió Avaluadora és l'encarregada de dirimir la penalització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que el beneficiari faci difusió del projecte subvencionat a les xarxes socials, cal que esmenti el suport de l'IEB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Convocar l'IEB a la presentació pública de l'esdeveniment o activitat subvencionada, fer constar la col·laboració de l'IEB a les notes de premsa i altre material similar de publicitat i mencionar els comptes oficials de l'IEB a les diferents xarxes socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;j)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Reintegrar els fons percebuts en els supòsits prevists en l'article 44 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Qualsevol alteració de les condicions tingudes en compte per a la concessió ha de ser declarada i, en tot cas, l'obtenció concurrent de subvencions atorgades per qualsevol entitat pública o privada, nacional o internacional, poden donar lloc a la modificació de l'ajuda atorgada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Comunicar a l'IEB, amb una antelació mínima de deu dies hàbils, la realització de qualsevol acte públic relacionat amb l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;m&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;) Dur a terme l'activitat o la inversió que fomenta la concessió de la subvenció en la forma i dins el termini establerts en aquesta convocatòria. Qualsevol canvi en el projecte o calendari s'ha de comunicar amb anterioritat a la finalització del termini d'execució a l'òrgan instructor, el qual pot acceptar o no la modificació sol·licitada. Els canvis que no s'hagin comunicat poden donar lloc a la revocació total o parcial de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;n)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Destinar l'import de la subvenció al finançament de l'actuació per a la qual s'ha sol·licitat, i mantenir l'afectació de les inversions a l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22. Interpretació i execució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El president de l'IEB pot dictar les resolucions, les circulars i les instruccions que siguin necessàries per interpretar i executar aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;23. Revocació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;23.1. D'acord amb l'article 43 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears, pertoca la revocació de la subvenció si, posteriorment a la resolució de concessió vàlida i ajustada a dret, el beneficiari incompleix totalment o parcialment les obligacions o els compromisos contrets als quals està condicionada l'eficàcia de l'acte de concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;23.2. Com a conseqüència de la revocació de la subvenció, queda sense efecte, totalment o parcialment, l'acte de concessió i pertoca el reintegrament de les quantitats percebudes indegudament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;24. Reintegrament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;24.1. Pertoca el reintegrament, total o parcial, de les quantitats rebudes i l'exigència de l'interès de demora des del moment del pagament de la subvenció fins a la data de la resolució per la qual s'aprovi el reintegrament, en els supòsits prevists en l'article 44.1 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més, si la resolució de concessió de subvenció ha estat declarada invàlida per qualsevol de les causes de nul·litat de ple dret o d'anul·labilitat establertes en l'ordenament jurídic aplicable, l'òrgan competent ha d'iniciar, si escau, el procediment de reintegrament de les quantitats abonades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;24.2. Les quantitats reintegrables tenen la consideració d'ingressos de dret públic i poden ser exigides per la via de constrenyiment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;24.3. En cas d'incompliment parcial o de justificació parcial, s'ha de reintegrar la quantitat rebuda mitjançant l'aplicació d'un percentatge de minoració i segons la naturalesa de l'incompliment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;24.4. En el cas que la persona beneficiària vulgui dur a terme la devolució voluntària de part o de la totalitat de la subvenció percebuda, ho ha de comunicar per escrit a l'IEB perquè li faci arribar la documentació necessària per fer efectiu el reintegrament dels romanents no aplicats així com dels interessos que se'n derivin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;25. Règim d'infraccions i sancions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Constitueixen infraccions administratives en matèria de subvencions, quan hi intervengui dol, culpa o simple negligència, les accions o omissions dels beneficiaris previstes en els articles 51, 52 i 53 del Text refós de la Llei de subvencions de les Illes Balears, i s'ha d'aplicar el títol V d'aquesta norma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
