&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“ 3.1. – PRP2025/96. PROPOSTA D'APROVACIÓ DEL PERÍODE D'APLICACIÓ DE LA LIMITACIÓ DE L'ENTRADA, LA CIRCULACIÓ I L'ESTACIONAMENT EN LES VIES PÚBLICQUES DE L'ILLA DE FORMENTERA PER A L'ANY 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;....&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sotmès a votació dels 16 membres presents (dels 17 del Ple de la corporació), per majoria simple, amb la següent composició i votació: el vot a favor del president i dels 7 representants presents del grup polític Sa Unió de Formentera PP-Compromís (que formen l'equip de Govern) i l'abstenció dels 4 representants presents del grup polític Gent x Formentera, dels 3 representants del grup polític PSIB-PSOE; i del conseller no adscrit, Sr. Córdoba Marí, adopta, sobre la base de la proposta transcrita, el següent&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ACORD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Únic.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprovar el període d'aplicació de la limitació de l'entrada, la circulació i l'estacionament en les vies públiques de l'illa de Formentera per a l'any 2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Part introductòria o justificació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Ple del Consell Insular de Formentera, en compliment del seu Acord de data 20 de desembre de 2017 i a l'empara del l'article 47.2 de l'Estatut d'Autonomia de les Illes Balears, instà el Govern de les Illes Balears a tramitar una llei per tal de poder implantar limitacions d'accés a l'illa, així com establir un sostre en el nombre de vehicles que hi circulen durant el període estiuenc i tot l'anterior amb un clar propòsit, corregir la problemàtica derivada de la congestió del territori insular en els períodes de l'any de més afluència de persones i vehicles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest sentit, el Parlament de les Illes Balears, aprovà el 29 de gener la Llei 7/2019, de 8 de febrer, per la sostenibilitat mediambiental i econòmica de l'illa de Formentera (publicada al BOIB núm. 21, de 16 de febrer de 2019), en endavant LSMEIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segons l'exposició de motius de la LSMEIF on cita que “Les xifres d'afluència turística, i especialment les d'entrada i circulació de vehicles a l'illa, són sens dubte alarmants perquè evidencien l'existència d'un risc elevat per a l'equilibri mediambiental. No es pot deixar de valorar el fet que es tracta d'un territori insular molt reduït en què coexisteixen múltiples elements, àrees i espais naturals que ja gaudeixen de diversos nivells de protecció ecològica, paisatgística o urbanística, com ara les àrees integrades a la xarxa ecològica europea de la Xarxa Natura 2000 (ZEC, LIC i ZEPA), així com les declarades àrea natural d'especial interès (ANEI) pel Parlament balear, totes inevitablement afectades per la saturació turística, atesa la proximitat als centres de població i a la xarxa viària. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les característiques biogeogràfiques especials de Formentera posen de manifest, en efecte, la fragilitat de l'illa. Els seus valors naturals, paisatgístics i patrimonials es veuen amenaçats per la sobre càrrega d'afluència turística que pateix durant la temporada alta”.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segons determina la LSMEIF, que faculta a la corporació insular per a la determinació del gruix de les disposicions necessàries per aconseguir els objectius perseguits amb l'establiment d'un marc conforme als principis de necessitat, eficàcia, proporcionalitat i no-discriminació, el Consell Insular de Formentera convoca en dues sessions al Consell d'Entitats, la primera el 6 de febrer de 2025 i la segona el 13 de febrer de 2025, per portar a terme el pertinent tràmit d'audiència prèvia contemplat en la llei. El Consell d'Entitats valida mitjançant votació la proposta de modificació del sostre de vehicles i la modificació de l'ordenança fiscal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Havent-se donat compliment al preceptiu tràmit d'audiència prèvia al Consell d'Entitats, s'inicien els tràmits per l'aprovació de la proposta per a l'any 2025 que inclogués les limitacions en quant a l'afluència, la circulació i l'estacionament i el sostre de vehicles, mesures que de conformitat amb l'article 2 consisteixen en:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Limitar l'afluència de vehicles de motor a l'illa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Limitar la circulació en vies públiques per a determinats tipus de vehicles de motor d'acord amb criteris mediambientals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Establir el nombre màxim de vehicles de lloguer en circulació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Potenciar l'ús del transport públic i de la mobilitat sostenible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Fixar el nombre òptim de títols habilitats per al servei de taxi i vehicles de lloguer amb conductor, seguint la proporció establerta legalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Afavorir l'ús progressiu de vehicles elèctrics i no contaminants tant en el sector públic com en el privat, com també garantir la implantació progressiva de punts de recàrrega elèctrica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Finançar projectes encaminats a aconseguir més sostenibilitat mediambiental.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell Insular de Formentera va convocar, en data 5 i 6 de febrer de 2025, al sector de les empreses de lloguer de vehicles sessió per donar audiència prèvia de la proposta pel període d'aplicació i el sostre a aplicar en les limitacions quant a l'afluència, circulació i estacionament per a l'any 2025 dels diferents tipus de vehicles, donant compliment al tràmit que determina la LSMEIF d'oir les empreses de lloguer de vehicles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tal de garantir els principis de necessitat, proporcionalitat i no discriminació en l'adopció de mesures s'han tingut en compte els informes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Informe tècnic de l'empresa IDOM. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Elaborat en data 27 de gener de 2020, aquest informe analitza la capacitat de càrrega de la xarxa viària de l'illa de Formentera. L'estudi es basa en la metodologia establerta pel manual del Transportation Research Board, recomanat pel Ministeri de Foment per a la realització d'anàlisis de trànsit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Dades de la Declaració Responsable d'Inici d'Activitat Turística (DRIAT). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informació recopilada de les empreses de lloguer de vehicles i les actualitzacions de les seves flotes. Aquestes dades permeten obtenir una estimació detallada del parc de vehicles de lloguer disponibles a l'illa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Dades de camp sobre els patrons de mobilitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Recollida d'informació a través d'enquestes realitzades durant el procés d'embarcament de vehicles al port, corresponents a setmanes tipus dels mesos de juliol, agost i setembre dels anys 2018 i 2019. Aquests estudis, combinats amb comptatges automàtics, han permès obtenir dades sobre l'origen i destinació dels vehicles, la residència dels conductors, els motius dels viatges, la durada de les estades i la tipologia dels vehicles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Informe tècnic de l'empresa CINESI. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Redactat en data 5 de febrer de 2024, aquest document detalla les mesures de mobilitat previstes per a l'any 2024, amb una anàlisi específica de les seves implicacions sobre la gestió del trànsit i la sostenibilitat a l'illa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Informe tècnic d'aforaments a les xarxes de mobilitat de Formentera de la temporada d'estiu de 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Campanya d'aforaments que va permet obtenir dades sobre l'estat actual de la mobilitat a Formentera i avaluar l'efecte de les mesures de regulació implementades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Informe tècnic d'avaluació de l'aplicació de la Llei de sostenibilitat mediambiental econòmica de l'Illa de Formentera (Llei 7/2019) que regula l'entrada, circulació i estacionament de vehicles a l'illa per a l'any 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dades de la temporada de 2024 així com dades comparatives de l'evolució de la regulació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist l'informe del serveis tècnics de l'àrea de Mobilitat de data 17 de febrer de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist l'informe dels serveis jurídics del Consell Insular de Formentera de 17 de febrer de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pel que fa al desenvolupament del règim inspector i sancionador que estableix la LSMEIF, és necessari establir els mecanismes de control del compliment de les activitats regulades a la mateixa i que es desenvolupen en la present proposta. Per aquest motiu es defineixen els diferents sistemes i agents de control i denuncia de les infraccions, resultant:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Policia local de Formentera: control d'acreditacions de vehicles en circulació i estacionats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Controladors d'estacionament regulat: control d'acreditacions de vehicles estacionats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Personal d'inspecció i tècnic de l'àrea de mobilitat: control d'acreditacions de vehicles en circulació mitjançant els lectors de matrícules fixes i/o mòbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En quant a la millora en la difusió de la informació es considera adient la publicació periòdica de l'ocupació de les diferents quotes de vehicles particulars i de les empreses de lloguer, així com les sancions que s'estan tramitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Part resolutiva:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER.- PROHIBIR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; des del dia 1 de juny al 30 de setembre de 2025, l'afluència, la circulació i l'estacionament en via pública a l'illa de Formentera de qualsevol vehicle que no disposi de la corresponent autorització, a excepció dels vehicles recollits a l'article 3.2 de la LSMEIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També estaran exceptuats, si no hi ha autoritzacions disponibles, els vehicles de visitants que disposin d'una reserva, d'allotjament a l'illa i/o vaixell amb destinació a Formentera, prèvia a l'aprovació i publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) de l'acord present.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap dels casos anteriors queden exceptuats els quads, les caravanes i les autocaravanes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON.- POTENCIAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; l'ús del transport públic i la mobilitat sostenible millorant el servei de transport públic en autobús, respecte l'any 2024, on es fixa el nombre de títols habilitats pel servei de taxi en vint-i-cinc llicències ordinàries i vinc-i-quatre llicències estacionals d'acord amb el Pla d'actuació en matèria de transport públic de viatgers en vehicle turisme pels anys 2024 i 2025, aprovat el 19 d'abril de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER.- INSTAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; a les empreses navilieres, així com les empreses mediadores o expenedores de títols de transport marítim, per a que en compliment de l'article 5 de la LSMEIF:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Disposin de forma visible a les seves oficines de venda de passatges dels cartells, fulletons i d'altre informació proporcionada pel Consell de Formentera en relació a les limitacions de l'afluència, circulació i estacionament de vehicles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Incloguin de forma visible a les seves pàgines web i/o aplicacions mòbils de reserves la informació que a tal efecte aporti el Consell de Formentera en relació a les limitacions de l'afluència, circulació i estacionament de vehicles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informin durant el procés de compra de bitllets amb obligada verificació, mitjançant el corresponent quadre, del coneixement per part dels seus clients de l'existència de les limitacions de l'afluència, circulació i estacionament de vehicles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Informin en les targetes d'embarcament de l'existència de les limitacions de l'afluència, circulació i estacionament de vehicles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Difonguin mitjançant megafonia i/o en format audiovisual a les embarcacions, durant els trajectes que tenen com a destinació l'illa de Formentera, la informació que a tal efecte aporti el Consell de Formentera en relació a les limitacions de l'afluència, circulació i estacionament de vehicles. Aquest punt, només serà exigible a les empreses navilieres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUART.- ESTABLIR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;que els sistemes i agents de control d'autoritzacions i denuncia de les infraccions seran:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Policia local de Formentera: control d'acreditacions i denuncia d'infraccions de vehicles en circulació i estacionats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Controladors d'estacionament regulat: control d'acreditacions i denuncia d'infraccions de vehicles estacionats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Personal d'inspecció i tècnic de l'àrea de mobilitat: control d'acreditacions i denuncia d'infraccions de vehicles en circulació mitjançant els lectors de matrícules fixes i/o mòbils.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;CINQUÈ.- PUBLICAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; periòdicament l'ocupació de les diferents quotes de vehicles particulars i de lloguer que s'autoritzin, així com les sancions que s'estan tramitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SISÈ.- PUBLICAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; íntegrament al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) el present acord, als efectes de donar publicitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest acord posa fi a la via administrativa i se'n podrà interposar potestativament recurs de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant del Ple, tot això de conformitat amb l'establert als articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, termini comptador a partir de l'endemà de la publicació al BOIB o bé, interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat del Contenciós Administratiu amb seu a Palma (Mallorca), en el termini de dos mesos comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació al present BOIB, tot això en relació amb els articles 8, 25, 46.1 i 46.4 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La qual cosa es publica per a general coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
