&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La Junta de Govern Local de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Felanitx, en sessió ordinària realitzada el dia 18.02.2025 ha adoptat, entre altres, el següent ACORD que en la seva part dispositiva diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;«&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Aprovar inicialment el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Projecte de regeneració de la zona verda de s&amp;apos;Arenal i finalització del tram pendent de la via verda del carrer del Far de Portocolom, sense visar, redactat per l&amp;apos;enginyer de camins, canals i ports&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Mateo Estrany Pieras, de data 26 de novembre de 2024 E-RE &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;4786&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;, amb subjecció al compliment de les condicions especificades a:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- El Decret número 31077, de dia 16 de desembre de 2024, sobre l&amp;apos;autorització del conseller executiu de Territori, Mobilitat i Infraestructures del Consell de Mallorca, tota vegada que les actuacions previstes s&amp;apos;han d&amp;apos;executar a la zona de servitud de trànsit (ZST) i a la zona de servitud de protecció (ZSP) de costes, en sòl classificat com a urbà i excloses del domini públic marítimoterrestre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El promotor de les obres és l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Felanitx.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. &lt;/strong&gt;El &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;pressupost d&amp;apos;execució material&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;(P.E.M.) de les actuacions es fixa en la quantitat d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; 374.115,95 €. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Aquesta quantitat inclou &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;ls capítols corresponents a gestió de residus&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; i a l&amp;apos;estudi de seguretat i salut, i es desglossa de la següent manera: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;P.E.M.=és de 374.115,95 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;B.I. (6%)=22.446,96 € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;G.G. (13%)= 48.635,07 € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Total sense I.V.A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;.= 445.197,98&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;I.V.A. (21%)= 93.491,58 € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;TOTAL P.B.L.= 538.689,56 € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;(P.B.L.: pressupost base de licitació) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;(*) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El cànon per residus és de: 0&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; € &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El pressupost d&amp;apos;execució per contracta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;(P.E.C) ascendeix a la quantitat de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;538.689,56 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La partida referida a l&amp;apos;1&amp;apos;5 % cultural, determinada per l&amp;apos;article 80 de la Llei 12/1998, de 21 de desembre, del patrimoni històric de les Illes Balears, per aquestes obres es fixa en la quantitat de 8.080,34 € (IVA inclòs).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(30, 69, 143)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255)"&gt;El termini per començar les obres s&amp;apos;establirà a l&amp;apos;adjudicació del contracte i el termini d&amp;apos;execució serà de 4 mesos des de l&amp;apos;inici de les obres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. &lt;/strong&gt;Exposar els Projectes al públic per un termini de 15 dies hàbils mitjançant anunci en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i en la seu electrònica de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Felanitx (ajfelanitx.eadministracio.cat), a la qual també es pot accedir a través de la pàgina web de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Felanitx (www.felanitx.org).»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Contra aquest acte, que és de tràmit, no escau interposar cap recurs. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
