    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En sessió de 5 de febrer de 2025, el Consell Executiu del Consell de Mallorca va aprovar el següent Acord: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Antecedents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;1. En data 10 de gener de 2025 el cap de Servei d'Esport Base ha elaborat la memòria justificativa per la tramitació de la convocatòria de subvencions dirigida a entitats sense ànim de lucre consistent en un ajut pel desenvolupament de l'activitat esportiva a Mallorca. Any 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. En data 14 de gener de 2025, el vicepresident segon i conseller executiu del Departament de Medi Ambient, Medi Rural i Esports va dictar la resolució d'inici d'expedient de la convocatòria de subvencions dirigida a entitats sense ànim de lucre consistent en un ajut pel desenvolupament de l'activitat esportiva a Mallorca. Any 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;3. Existeix crèdit suficient en l'aplicació pressupostària 50.34101.48901 del pressupost de despesa de l'exercici 2025 amb número de RC 220250000251.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;4. En data 22 de gener de 2025 la cap de Servei Jurídic de la Direcció Insular d'Esports ha emès informe favorable a l'aprovació de la present convocatòria de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;5. En data 30 de gener de 2025 la Intervenció Delegada de la Misericòrdia ha emès informe de fiscalització prèvia favorable a l'aprovació de la present convocatòria. (Núm. Ref. 2025/0270).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Fonaments de dret:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;1. La Llei 6/1994, de 13 de desembre, d'atribució de competències als consells insulars en matèria de patrimoni històric, de promoció sociocultural, d'animació sociocultural, de dipòsit legal de llibres i d'esports (BOCAIB núm. 159 de 29/12/1994), va transferir al Consell de Mallorca, amb caràcter de pròpies totes les competències que havien estat assumides per la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears en matèria d'esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;2. L'Estatut d'Autonomia de les Illes Balears, en la redacció donada per la Llei orgànica 1/2007, de 28 de febrer, de reforma de l'Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears, atribueix com a competència pròpia dels consells insulars la matèria de l'esport i, en concret, el foment i promoció de les activitats esportives. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3.&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;La Llei 2/2023, de 7 de febrer, de l'activitat física i l'esport de les Illes Balears, atribueix als consells insulars, en l'article 9 les competències de:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a) planificar, en col·laboració amb la resta d'administracions públiques, fomentar i executar els programes d'esport en edat escolar i d'activitat física per a totes les persones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;n) Organitzar, regular i patrocinar competicions i manifestacions esportives d'activitat física en l'àmbit de les competències insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4. La Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars atribueix al Consell Executiu, a l'article 28.1 m), aprovar les convocatòries d'ajudes i subvencions. L'Acord del Consell Executiu del Consell de Mallorca de data 2 de març de 2023 (BOIB núm. 30 de 09-03-23) delega&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;en els consellers executius i les conselleres executives, competents per raó de la matèria, l'aprovació de les convocatòries d'ajudes i subvencions i aportacions de quantia inferior a dos-cents cinquanta mil euros. Per tant, l'òrgan competent per aprovació d'aquesta convocatòria, atès el seu import total de 900.000,00 €, correspon al Consell Executiu del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;5. L'article 33.2 k) de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars atribueix als consellers executius com titulars dels seus departaments, resoldre les convocatòries d'ajudes i subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;6. El Departament de Medi Ambient, Medi Rural i Esports, d'acord amb el Decret de la Presidència del Consell Insular de Mallorca pel qual s'estableixen les competències dels departaments del Consell Insular de Mallorca de data 28 de juliol de 2023 (BOIB núm. 106 de 09-07-23), té atribuïdes les competències de fomentar i promoure les activitats esportives, entre d'altres. Per això, el vicepresident segon i conseller executiu de Medi Ambient, Medi Rural i Esports serà l'òrgan competent per resoldre aquesta convocatòria de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;7. El Pla Insular d'Esports aprovat pel Ple del Consell de Mallorca de data 14 de març de 2024, (BOIB núm. 100 de 30-07-24) estableix a l'eix 2 d'actuació (Pla de suport al sistema esportiu de Mallorca) ajuts econòmics a associacions i clubs amb l'objectiu de fomentar la pràctica de l'esport en edat escolar a tots els municipis de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;8. L'article 17.2 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de subvencions estableix que les bases reguladores de les subvencions de les corporacions locals s'han d'aprovar en el marc de les bases d'execució del pressupost, a través d'una ordenança general de subvencions o mitjançant una ordenança específica per a les diferents modalitats de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;9. Les bases reguladores de la present convocatòria són les establertes en l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell Insular de Mallorca, aprovada per Acord del Ple de 23 de desembre de 2016 (BOIB núm. 21, de 18.02.2017), modificada per Acord del Ple de 14 de juny de 2018 (BOIB núm. 96, de 04.08.2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;10. La convocatòria s'ajusta a l'Ordenança general de subvencions del Consell Insular de Mallorca i específicament, compleix l'article 19 perquè té el contingut mínim que aquest precepte exigeix per a les convocatòries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;11. El termini màxim per resoldre i notificar és de sis mesos des de la data de publicació de l'extracte de la convocatòria en el BOIB. El venciment del termini sense que s'hagi notificat la resolució legitima els interessats per entendre desestimada, per silenci administratiu, la sol·licitud de concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;12. De conformitat a la Disposició Addicional cinquena de l'Ordenança general de subvencions, que tramet a l'article 11 de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes, assenyalar que aquesta convocatòria no admet com a beneficiaris entitats que hagin estat sancionades per pràctiques laborals discriminatòries per raó de sexe o de gènere, tal com s'estableix a l'article 8.4 de l'Ordenança de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;13. Aquesta convocatòria s'ha previst al Pla Estratègic de Subvencions (PES) del Consell de Mallorca per l'any 2025, aprovat per Acord del Consell Executiu de data 4 de desembre de 2024. (BOIB núm. 167 de 21-12-24).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;14. Aquesta convocatòria s'ha de realitzar d'acord a principis de publicitat, transparència, concurrència no competitiva, objectivitat, igualtat i no discriminació, eficàcia i eficiència en l'assignació i utilització dels recursos públics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;15. S'ha tingut en compte l'Acord del Ple del Consell de Mallorca, de data 12 de desembre de 2019, &lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#272833"&gt;modificat pels acords del Ple del 10 de desembre de 2020, del 13 de maig de 2021 i del 13 de gener de 2022&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;, d'aprovació del règim de fiscalització i intervenció limitada prèvia de requisits bàsics i presa de raó en ingressos del Consell Insular de Mallorca i de les entitats del seu sector públic subjectes a funció interventora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Per tot l'exposat, el vicepresident segon i conseller executiu del Departament de Medi Ambient, Medi Rural i Esports&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;eleva al Consell Executiu la següent proposta d'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ACORD&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1. Aprovar la convocatòria de subvencions dirigida a entitats sense ànim de lucre consistent en un ajut econòmic per al desenvolupament de l'activitat esportiva a Mallorca.&amp;nbsp;Any 2025, que s'adjunta com annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;2. Autoritzar la despesa per un import de nou-cents mil euros (900.000,00 €) amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària 50.34101.48901, del pressupost de despeses del Consell de Mallorca per l'any 2025, document comptable RC 220250000251.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3. Publicar aquesta convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i traslladar aquesta informació a la base de dades nacional de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

ANY 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Normativa aplicable&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquesta convocatòria s'aprova d'acord amb l'Ordenança General de Subvencions del Consell de Mallorca, aprovada en sessió plenària de dia 23 de desembre de 2016 (BOIB núm. 21 de 18-02-2017), modificada per acord plenari de dia 14 de juny de 2018 (BOIB núm. 96 de 04-08-2018).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També li resulta d'aplicació la&amp;nbsp;Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions i el Reial Decret&amp;nbsp;887/2006, de 21 de juliol,&amp;nbsp;pel que s'aprova el Reglament de la Llei general de subvencions i el Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Objecte i finalitat de la convocatòria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La finalitat d'aquesta convocatòria és fomentar la pràctica esportiva amb la intenció d'impulsar hàbits de vida saludable, apropant l'esport a la societat mallorquina, i donant suport econòmic a aquelles entitats involucrades en la seva promoció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els ajuts econòmics d'aquesta convocatòria es dirigeixen a l'activitat esportiva desenvolupada per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A) Clubs esportius i altres entitats sense ànim de lucre que promocionin la pràctica esportiva regular de nins i nines en edat escolar dins de l'àmbit federat, a través del suport a les despeses corrents originades per la pràctica esportiva dins l'any 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B) Clubs esportius i altres entitats sense ànim de lucre que promocionin la pràctica esportiva regular de nins i nines en edat escolar dins del programa Jocs Esportius Escolars (JEE) del Consell de Mallorca, a través del suport a les despeses corrents originades per la pràctica esportiva dins l'any 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C) Clubs esportius i altres entitats sense ànim de lucre que facilitin la promoció de la pràctica esportiva puntual mitjançant la celebració d'esdeveniments esportius puntuals en els quals participin nins i nines en edat escolar, a través del suport a les despeses derivades d'aquests esdeveniments celebrats en l'any 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Definim &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;“esdeveniment esportiu”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; com a activitat extraordinària, de caràcter puntual, amb repercussions positives al lloc que es realitza, i que, per la seva transcendència social, de públic assistent, nombre de participants, complexitat de mitjans, infraestructura i nivell de dificultat organitzativa, necessita uns requeriments especials per el seu desenvolupament. Queden excloses d'aquesta definició activitats com a campus, jornades de tecnificació, acampades de temps lliure, cursos, stage i altres activitats similars sense la repercussió que caracteritza un esdeveniment esportiu (colònies). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Poden ser beneficiaris d'aquestes subvencions els clubs esportius, les fundacions, les associacions de pares i mares i qualsevol altra entitat sense ànim de lucre que compleixi els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Tenir capacitat jurídica, d'actuar i estar legalment constituïts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Clubs esportius&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; han d'estar inscrits en el Registre d'Entitats Esportives de les Illes Balears i tenir esportistes en edat escolar (nascuts entre l'1/01/2009 i el 31/12/2021) en possessió de la llicència esportiva expedida per la federació esportiva que correspongui en l'any 2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;En esportistes amb diversitat funcional reconeguda, s'entén aquells que hagin nascut entre els anys 2003 i 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d'entitats participants del programa JEE&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que organitza la Direcció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Direcció|Adreça]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Insular d'esports del Consell de Mallorca, tenir esportistes en edat escolar (nascuts entre l'1/01/2009 i el 31/12/2021) inscrits-es en l'any 2024. En el cas d'esportistes amb diversitat funcional, s'entén aquells que hagin nascut entre els anys 2003 i 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas d'optar a un ajut econòmic per celebració &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d'esdeveniments esportius&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;puntuals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, han d'incloure la participació d'esportistes en edat escolar a data de celebració de l'esdeveniment (almenys una categoria), podent, no obstant això, comptar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[comptar|explicar]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; amb la participació d'esportistes de categoria superior a l'escolar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Complir els requisits previstos a l'article 8 de l'Ordenança de Subvencions del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries amb l'AEAT, la Seguretat Social i amb el Consell de Mallorca i els seus organismes autònoms dependents. La presentació de la sol·licitud de subvenció, comporta l'autorització del sol·licitant perquè l'òrgan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que concedeix la subvenció obtingui d'ofici l'acreditació de les circumstàncies d'estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries, amb la Seguretat Social i el Consell de Mallorca a través de certificats telemàtics. En aquest cas el sol·licitant no ha d'aportar la certificació corresponent. Si el sol·licitant denega expressament el consentiment perquè l'òrgan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; instructor sol·liciti els certificats esmentats, els ha d'aportar juntament amb la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; No ser deutora per resolució de procedència de reintegrament a què fa referència l'article 48.4 de l'OGS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; No haver estat sancionades o condemnades per exercir o tolerar pràctiques laborals considerades discriminatòries a raó de sexe o de gènere mitjançant resolució administrativa o sentència judicial ferma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; No tenir patrocini de cases d'apostes o entitats vinculades a la venda especialitzada de begudes alcohòliques de graduació superior a vint graus, tabac o similars. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Complir la resta de requisits previstos en aquesta convocatòria i la normativa de subvencions aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. No poden ser beneficiaris d'aquesta convocatòria de subvencions:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les comunitats de béns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les Societats Anònimes Esportives, ni els clubs esportius que participen en lligues professionals, ni les Federacions Esportives de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les entitats que hagin estat sancionades o condemnades per exercir o tolerar pràctiques laborals considerades discriminatòries a raó de sexe o de gènere mitjançant resolució administrativa o sentència judicial ferma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; No poden acollir-se a l'ajut econòmic les entitats en les quals es presenta alguna de les prohibicions establertes en l'apartat 2, 3 i 4 de l'article 8 de l'Ordenança General de subvencions del Consell de Mallorca, ni entitats que no es trobin legalment constituïdes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Cada entitat només pot presentar una sol·licitud per poder fer front a les diferents despeses originades per l'activitat esportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. En el cas de clubs filials poden sol·licitar l'ajuda sempre que es compleixin aquests 3 requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El club filial disposi del seu propi NIF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les factures que presenti per ser justificades estiguin a nom del club filial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pagament d'aquestes es realitzi pel club filial beneficiari de l'ajuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Despeses subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les despeses subvencionables han de ser assumides per l'entitat beneficiària. Les factures han d'estar a nom de l'entitat beneficiària i abonades per&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la mateixa. No s'admetran factures ni pagament efectuats per altres persones diferents a la sol·licitant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El període elegible és l'any natural 2024. Les factures han de ser de data de l'any 2024 i pagades en el mateix període. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També s'admetran aquelles factures emeses i pagades dins el mes de gener de 2025, corresponents a conceptes o despeses fetes el mes de desembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import de les despeses subvencionades no pot ser superior al valor de mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Són subvencionables les despeses derivades de l'adquisició de béns no inventariables, de lloguers i de serveis, que responguin de manera indubtable a la naturalesa de l'activitat esportiva o que siguin necessaris per desenvolupar-la. Els conceptes de les despeses subvencionades són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Despeses derivades de l'organització d'esdeveniments, programes, campionats, tornejos,&amp;nbsp;activitats esportives i activitats de formació de les entitats sol·licitants de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Roba esportiva específica necessària per al desenvolupament de l'esport.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Material esportiu fungible específic necessari per al desenvolupament de l'activitat esportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1.4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Despeses per&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; conceptes d'afiliació i/o participació en competicions de calendari oficial dels clubs esportius a les federacions esportives. No s'inclou les llicències federatives de persones físiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1.5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Despeses derivades d'allotjament, transport i manutenció d'esportistes, tècniques i directives per assistir a campionats, tornejos o de similars de caràcter autonòmic, nacional o internacional, inclosos als calendaris federatius oficials. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1.6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Despeses de personal necessàries per al desenvolupament de l'activitat diària referent a l'esport escolar de l'entitat sol·licitant, com a personal administratiu i personal tècnic. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1.7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Trofeus i distincions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1.8&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Despeses derivades de serveis d'atenció sanitària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1.9&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Despeses derivades de la contractació d'assegurances, excepte les previstes per les llicències federatives. Si no donen cobertura a l'any natural, s'imputarà la despesa que correspongui al període subvencionable. En aquests casos, excepcionalment, s'admetran aquelles factures que, havent-se emès i abonat amb data anterior a 2024, la cobertura de l'assegurança comprengui també l'any 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1.10&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Despeses d'utilització d'instal·lacions públiques o privades per desenvolupar l'activitat esportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1.11&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Adquisició de material sanitari (farmacioles i despeses similars).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1.12&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Comissions bancàries en les operacions dels pagaments que les entitats presentin per justificar aquesta subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1.13&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Despeses d'alimentació i hidratació derivades de l'activitat esportiva o necessàries per desenvolupar-la. Avituallament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Als efectes d'aquesta convocatòria se consideren despeses subvencionables aquelles no objecte de inventari i d'import inferior a 300 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. No són despeses subvencionables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Interessos deutors dels comptes bancaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Interessos, recàrrecs i sancions administratives i penals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Despeses de procediments judicials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Material inventariable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Despeses de sopars i refrigeris &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[menjars|dinars]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; d'inauguracions, clausures o altres celebracions. Les despeses d'avituallament (alimentació i hidratació durant els esdeveniments), són subvencionables si responen a la naturalesa de l'activitat esportiva subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Premis en metàl·lic per a les persones participants. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.7 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses de gestoria en temes fiscals o laborals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.8 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses de serveis en matèria de prevenció de riscs laborals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.9 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Despeses de subministrament de llum, aigua, telèfon, gas, material d'oficina...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.10 No s'admetran factures emeses entre clubs, associacions i/o entitats de la mateixa disciplina esportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Obligació de difusió de la subvenció concedida&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;És obligació de l'entitat subvencionada donar difusió de la subvenció concedida per aquesta Direcció Insular d'Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El sistema de difusió serà mitjançant la inserció del logotip institucional del Consell de Mallorca i la seva campanya de valors de l'esport en les xarxes socials de l'entitat, que serà facilitat a l'adreça indicada a la sol·licitud de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'incompliment de l'obligació de difusió serà causa de reintegrament de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Crèdit pressupostari&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durant l'exercici pressupostari 2025, es destina la quantitat de 900.000,00 € a les subvencions objecte d'aquesta convocatòria, amb càrrec a l'aplicació pressupostària 50.34101.48901.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Naturalesa de la subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquestes subvencions són de caràcter voluntari, eventuals, anul·lables, revocables i reintegrables a tota hora per les causes previstes en la llei o en aquestes bases. A més, no generen cap dret a obtenir altres subvencions en anys posteriors i no es poden al·legar com a precedent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La concessió de les subvencions d'aquesta convocatòria es regeix pels principis de publicitat, concurrència no competitiva, objectivitat, igualtat i no discriminació, i s'han de resoldre segons aquests criteris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, són compatibles amb altres ajuts o subvencions que pugui rebre el beneficiari per&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la mateixa activitat subvencionada, sempre que el còmput total dels ajuts o subvencions rebudes no superi el cost total de l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Règim de concessió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de concessió és mitjançant concurrència no competitiva i per rigorós ordre d'entrada, de manera que seran subvencionables totes les sol·licituds que compleixin els requisits establerts en la convocatòria, i, per tant, no és necessària la comparació entre les sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Se seguirà l'ordre d'entrada de les sol·licituds en el registre electrònic del Consell de Mallorca, sempre que l'expedient sigui correcte i s'aportin els documents preceptius, fins a esgotar el total del crèdit assignat a la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest sentit, si es fa un requeriment a l'entitat sol·licitant, l'ordre d'entrada que figurarà en el registre serà el del moment en què es presenta la documentació correcta i completa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les sol·licituds es podran resoldre individualment, encara que no hagi finalitzat el termini de presentació de les mateixes, a mesura que aquestes entrin en el registre del Consell de Mallorca. Si s'esgota el crèdit destinat a la convocatòria abans de finalitzar el termini de presentació de sol·licituds, s'ha de suspendre la concessió de nous ajuts, mitjançant resolució que es publicarà al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Import de la subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import de la subvenció serà un import cert de 3.000 € determinat de la següent forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un import de 3.000 € per cada sol·licitud que compleixi els requisits per ser beneficiari sempre que justifiqui correctament almenys dit import de 3.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas que l'entitat sol·liciti una subvenció inferior a 3.000 € i compleixi els requisits per ser beneficiari se li concedirà l'import sol·licitat sempre que justifiqui correctament almenys dit import.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si el romanent de crèdit és inferior a l'import sol·licitat i degudament justificat (sempre inferior a 3.000 €) que li correspon a l'últim sol·licitant, segons l'ordre de presentació, li correspondrà una subvenció per l'import de l'esmentat romanent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Termini i lloc de presentació de sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini per presentar la sol·licitud, tota la documentació i els annexos que l'acompanyen és de 20 dies hàbils, a partir de l'endemà al de la publicació de l'extracte d'aquesta convocatòria al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears o fins que s'exhaureixi el crèdit de la convocatòria. Si l'últim dia és inhàbil, s'entén prorrogat fins al primer dia hàbil següent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El lloc per presentar la sol·licitud és la seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;(https://seu.conselldemallorca.net)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La sol·licitud, així com els requeriments i l'aportació de documentació s'ha de fer per mitjans electrònics. Per tant, només seran vàlides les aportacions de documentació que es facin a través de la seu electrònica. Això implica la necessitat d'obtenció del certificat digital de l'entitat sol·licitant (certificat de representant de persona jurídica, que és el president de l'entitat).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'acord amb l'establert a article 31.2 de la Llei 39/2015 de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, el registre electrònic permetrà la presentació de documents cada dia durant les vint-i-quatre hores, inclosos els dies inhàbils (dissabtes, diumenges i festius que ho siguin al municipi de Palma). Als efectes de prelació de les sol·licituds, la presentació en un dia inhàbil s'entendrà realitzada la primera hora del primer dia hàbil següent i es consideraran presentats per l'ordre de l'hora efectiva en què ho foren en el dia inhàbil. Les sol·licituds presentades en el dia inhàbil es consideraran anteriors, segons l'ordre indicat, a les que siguin presentades el primer dia hàbil posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si la sol·licitud no compleix els requisits establerts en aquesta convocatòria, l'òrgan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; instructor ha de requerir la persona interessada, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;una única vegada i de manera telemàtica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, perquè aporti la documentació o esmeni la falta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[repari|solucioni]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; en el termini màxim i improrrogable de 10 dies hàbils, amb la indicació que, si no ho fa, es considerarà que ha desistit de la sol·licitud, amb la resolució prèvia que ha de ser dictada en els termes que preveu l'article 68 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Declaració responsable del president de l'entitat que totes les despeses presentades per sol·licitar la subvenció han estat abonades per l'entitat sol·licitant, sense repercussió en els seus esportistes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Document TE6. Declaració, si s'escau, responsable del president de l'entitat que no disposen de personal contractat i que no figura inscrita en la Seguretat Social, si n'és el cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I ha d'anar acompanyada del certificat emès pel secretari o per la secretària de l'entitat de la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;composició de la Junta directiva vigent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'ha de tenir en compte que, si des de la presentació de la sol·licitud de subvenció i fins la resolució de la mateixa, es produeix alguna modificació en la junta directiva, s'ha de sol·licitar i obtenir el certificat digital de representant de persona jurídica per part de la nova junta directiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentació corresponent a la justificació, es presentarà també en el moment de formalitzar la sol·licitud. Al tractar-se d'un import cert, únicament es revisarà la documentació fins arribar a l'import de 3.000,00 €. Si l'entitat sol·licitant presenta justificants per un import superior, no es tindran en compte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La justificació es farà mitjançant la presentació d'un compte justificatiu amb aportació de justificants, d'acord amb el previst a l'article 39 de l'Ordenança General de Subvencions del Consell de Mallorca. El compte justificatiu s'ha de presentar d'acord amb els models adjunts i inclou els &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Documents TE3 i TE4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;. Una memòria econòmica i una memòria justificativa&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;de les despeses realitzades i ingressos obtinguts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Una relació classificada de les despeses de l'activitat firmada pel representant de la persona beneficiària amb identificació del creditor i del document, l'import, la data d'emissió i la data de pagament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Factures girades per tercers a la persona beneficiària de la subvenció o els documents de valor probatori equivalents en el trànsit&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[trànsit|tràfic]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; jurídic mercantil o amb eficàcia administrativa incorporats en la relació en què es fa referència en el paràgraf anterior, i la documentació acreditativa del pagament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La documentació acreditativa de la realització dels pagaments es farà d'acord amb el punt 19 d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Declaració responsable del representant de la persona beneficiària de la subvenció mitjançant la qual acredita que les despeses relacionades en la memòria econòmica (ha de constar una relació amb totes les factures i/o documents justificatius a què es refereix) corresponen, sens dubte, a l'activitat subvencionada i s'inclouen despeses financeres, d'assessoria jurídica o financera, notarials, registrals, pericials, d'administració específics, o excepcionalment de garantia bancària; que estan directament relacionades amb l'activitat subvencionada, i que són indispensables per a la preparació adequada o l'execució d'aquesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Relació detallada, firmada pel representant de&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[para|por]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la persona beneficiària, dels fons propis i d'altres ingressos o subvencions que han finançat l'activitat subvencionada, amb indicació de l'import i la procedència. Si no hi ha, s'ha d'acreditar mitjançant una declaració responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Si cal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, els tres pressupostos que, d'acord amb l'art. 44.5 d'aquesta Ordenança, ha d'haver sol·licitat la persona beneficiària&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Declaració responsable de la persona beneficiària o documentació acreditativa que el cost d'adquisició justificat no supera el valor de mercat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Si cal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, declaració responsable del representant de la persona beneficiària o documentació acreditativa que la persona beneficiària no recupera ni compensa l'IVA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Si cal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, contracte subscrit per escrit i acord d'autorització de la subcontractació, si l'activitat subvencionada s'ha subcontractat i la subcontractació excedeix el 20% de l'import de la subvenció i és superior a 60.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Si cal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pega|ocurre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, declaració responsable del representant de la persona beneficiària que les persones que ha subcontractat no es troben sotmeses a cap de les prohibicions establertes en les lletres a), b) i c) de l'art. 34 d'aquesta Ordenança, quan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cuando|cuándo]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; s'ha autoritzat prèviament la subcontractació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tota la documentació que es presenti, ha de tenir el format PDF. No s'admetran captures de pantalla, fotografies ni arxius comprimits.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Tramitació i pagament de la subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Juntament amb la sol·licitud de la subvenció s'ha de presentar la documentació justificativa establerta en el punt 15 d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una vegada comprovat que el sol·licitant compleix els requisits per ser beneficiari de la subvenció i es fiscalitzi la proposta de concessió es dictarà la resolució de concessió que inclourà també el reconeixement de l'obligació corresponent. La notificació d'aquesta resolució es farà mitjançant la publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El pagament de la subvenció es realitzarà posteriorment a la comprovació dels requisits i de la justificació de les actuacions realitzades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per donar d'alta o realitzar modificacions en un compte corrent registrat, perquè el Consell Insular de Mallorca o els ens que en depenen facin els pagaments que pertoquin, han de seguir els tràmits establerts en la seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca https://seu.conselldemallorca.net/fitxa?key=72772&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. Òrgan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Òrgans|Orgues]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; competent per aprovar, instruir i resoldre el procediment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; competent per aprovar la convocatòria és el Consell Executiu del Consell de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La instrucció dels expedients correspon a la Secretaria Tècnica del Departament de Medi Ambient, Medi Rural i Esports, a través del Servei Jurídic de la Direcció Insular d'Esports, que ha de dur a terme totes les actuacions o els actes de tràmit necessaris i vetlar pel compliment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; dels requisits de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; instructor formularà la proposta de concessió definitiva on detallarà el beneficiari i l'import de la subvenció concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; instructor pot sol·licitar el Registre d'Entitats Esportives de les Illes Balears que acrediti que els clubs esportius sol·licitants estan inscrits. La presentació de la sol·licitud suposa que el club esportiu autoritza el Consell de Mallorca i el Govern de les Illes Balears a realitzar aquest tràmit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan competent per resoldre la convocatòria de subvencions és el vicepresident segon i conseller executiu del Departament de Medi Ambient, Medi Rural i Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18. Supòsits de denegació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es denegaran les sol·licituds en els supòsits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Quan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Cuando|Cuándo]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; l'import de la subvenció o ajuda concedida sigui de quantia que, aïllada o en concurrència amb altres subvencions i ajuts econòmics d'altres administracions públiques o entitats privades, superi el cost de l'activitat desenvolupada per l'entitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Quan l'objecte pel qual es demana la subvenció no s'adequa a la finalitat de la convocatòria o no compleixi els requisits prevists per ser entitat beneficiària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Quan no s'hagi esmenat la documentació requerida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19. Documentació acreditativa del pagament de les despeses justificades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La documentació acreditativa dels pagaments presentats per justificar la subvenció, en funció de la forma en què s'ha realitzat el pagament, ha de ser la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.1.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Pagament mitjançant transferència bancària o ingressos en un compte bancari:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Copia del justificant de l'ordre de transferència bancària o del document bancari acreditatiu del pagament en el qual figurin el concepte de la transferència o l'ingrés, la data del document, l'import, la identificació del concepte, a fi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[final|finalitat]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que quedi identificat el pagament de la factura, i les dades de l'ordenant i del destinatari, que han de coincidir amb la persona beneficiària i amb l'emissora de la factura, respectivament, i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Extracte del compte bancari de la persona beneficiària de l'ajuda en el qual figuri el càrrec d'aquesta transferència, quan no quedin acreditats els requisits assenyalats en el paràgraf anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.1.2 Pagament mitjançant xec nominatiu: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Copia del xec nominatiu o pagaré nominatiu emès a nom del proveïdor que expedeix la factura o document equivalent, sempre que estigui vençut i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Extracte del compte corrent del beneficiari de l'ajuda en el qual figuri el càrrec d'aquest xec o pagaré, o&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat de l'entitat bancària en què consti el nombre de xec, l'import i la identificació de qui el cobra i la data de cobrament (no és necessari presentar l'extracte del compte corrent si el certificat de l'entitat bancària inclou també la identificació del número&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[número|nombre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de compte en què s'ha carregat el xec i el titular del compte, que ha de coincidir amb la persona beneficiària de l'ajuda).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.1.3 Pagament mitjançant pagarés, lletres de canvi o similars:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Document acreditatiu del càrrec en compte de l'efecte mercantil i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Extracte del compte en què figuri el càrrec de l'efecte mercantil. Aquesta documentació es pot substituir per un certificat o document similar emès per l'entitat bancària que contingui: el titular i el número&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[número|nombre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de compte que s'ha carregat l'efecte mercantil, el lliurador i el lliurat de la lletra de canvi, la persona beneficiària, el concepte pel qual es dóna la impressió mercantil, l'import de la lletra de canvi i la data d'emissió de la lletra i de l'abonament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[abonament|adob]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; per part del lliurat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.1.4 Pagament mitjançant targeta de crèdit: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tiquet&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Ticket|Tique]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de compra en què figuri el pagament amb targeta en cas que no s'indiqui a la factura i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Extracte del compte en què figuri el càrrec del pagament amb targeta. L'extracte del compte pot substituir-se por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[por|para]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; un certificat o títol similar de l'entitat bancària, en què, com a mínim, consti el titular i el número&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[número|nombre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del compte corrent en què es carrega el pagament de la targeta, la persona beneficiària, el concepte pel qual es fa la transferència i l'import i data de l'operació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.1.5 Pagament mitjançant domiciliació bancària:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Notificació bancària del càrrec i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Extracte bancari en què figuri el càrrec de la domiciliació. Aquesta documentació es pot substituir per un certificat o títol similar de l'entitat bancària, en què consti el titular i número&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[número|nombre]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del compte corrent en què s'ha fet el càrrec i l'ordenant del càrrec, la persona beneficiària, el concepte pel qual es fa el càrrec i l'import i data de l'operació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.1.6 Pagament en efectiu: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Rebut, firmat i segellat pel proveïdor, en el qual s'ha d'especificar la despesa a què correspon el pagament, la data i l'expressió «rebut en metàl·lic». Sota la firma ha de figurar el nom, els llinatges i el nombre de DNI de la persona que firma. Només es poden justificar en efectiu els pagaments de factures per un import no superior a 250 €, incloent l'IVA, amb un màxim de 1.000 € per subvenció concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Totes les operacions de pagament han d'estar realitzades a nom i per compte del club o entitat beneficiaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Si s'aporten factures amb retenció d'IRPF al prestador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[prestador|prestamista]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del servei, s'ha de presentar, juntament amb la factura, el model 111 i la documentació que justifiqui el pagament de l'impost. Si no s'aporta el model 111 únicament s'entendrà justificat l'import de la factura amb la deducció de la quantia de l'IRPF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Per justificar el cost brut&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[sucio|bruto]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de les despeses de personal, s'han d'aportar les nòmines, els documents Rebut de liquidació de cotització (RLC) i la Relació nominal de treballadors (RNT) , el model 111 i documentació acreditativa del cost patronal del treballador amb els corresponents justificants de pagament. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.5&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Si únicament s'aporten nòmines i els justificants del seu pagament s'entendrà justificada la quantia corresponent al líquid de les nòmines. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20. Obligacions de les entitats beneficiàries &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les entitats beneficiàries han de complir les obligacions establertes en les disposicions normatives que li són d'aplicació i, en concret, amb l'article 9 de l'Ordenança General de Subvencions del Consell Insular de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són obligacions de les entitats beneficiàries:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol class="lower-alpha" start="1"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Complir l'objectiu, executar el projecte, exercir l'activitat o adoptar el comportament que fonamenta la concessió de les subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Justificar, davant de l'òrgan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que concedeix la subvenció el compliment d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;els requisits i les condicions, i també la realització de l'activitat i el compliment de la finalitat que determinen la concessió o el gaudi de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Sotmetre's a les actuacions de comprovació, que ha d'efectuar l'òrgan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que concedeix la subvenció i qualsevol altra de comprovació i control financer que poden dur a terme els òrgans&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgans|orgues]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de control competents, tant nacionals com comunitaris, i aportar tota la informació que el requereixin a l'exercici de les actuacions anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Comunicar a l'òrgan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que concedeix la subvenció l'obtenció d'altres subvencions, ajuts, ingressos o recursos que financen les activitats subvencionades. Aquesta comunicació s'ha d'efectuar tan aviat com es conegui i, en tot cas, abans de la justificació de l'aplicació donada en els fons percebuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Acreditar, abans de dictar-se la proposta de resolució de concessió, que està al corrent del compliment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de les obligacions tributàries amb l'Estat i amb el Consell Insular de Mallorca i els organismes autònoms que depenen, i de les obligacions amb la Seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Disposar dels llibres comptables, els registres tramitats i altres documents degudament auditats en els termes que s'exigeix en la legislació mercantil i sectorial aplicable a la persona beneficiària en cada cas, així com tots els estats comptables i els registres específics exigits en la convocatòria de les subvencions, amb la finalitat de garantir l'exercici adequat de les facultats de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Conservar els documents justificatius de l'aplicació dels fons rebuts, incloent els documents electrònics, mentre puguin ser objecte de les actuacions de comprovació i control.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Adoptar les mesures de difusió establertes a l'article 15 de l'Ordenança General de Subvencions del Consell Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Donar publicitat de les subvencions i ajuts percebuts en els termes i condicions establerts en la llei 19/2013, de 9 de desembre de transparència, accés a la informació pública i bon govern. En cas que es faci ús de la previsió continguda a l'article 5.4 de l'esmentada llei, la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions, servirà de medi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[medi|mitjà]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; electrònic per al compliment&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de les obligacions de publicitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Reintegrar els fons percebuts en els casos que preveu l'article 56 de l'Ordenança General de Subvencions del Consell Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Disposar dels certificats que emet el Registre central de delinqüents sexuals del Ministeri de Justícia on s'indica que els monitors que desenvolupen les activitats amb menors no hi consten inscrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;21. Reintegrament de la subvenció&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La declaració judicial o administrativa de nul·litat o anul·lació comporta l'obligació de tornar les quantitats percebudes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; També correspon&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[pegan|ocurren]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; el reintegrament de les quantitats percebudes i l'exigència de l'interès de demora corresponent des del moment del pagament de la subvenció fins a la data en què s'acorda la procedència del reintegrament, en els supòsits determinats a l'article 56 de l'Ordenança General de Subvencions del Consell Insular de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Si, després d'haver cobrat la subvenció, una comprovació o un control financer per part dels serveis de l'Administració posa de manifest la falta de pagament, total o parcial, de les despeses justificades per part del beneficiari, s'ha d'exigir el reintegrament, respecte del qual s'ha d'aplicar el principi de proporcionalitat. A aquest efecte, es considera reintegrable la subvenció en proporció amb les despeses impagades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21.4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; L'òrgan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; que concedeix la subvenció és competent per exigir de l'entitat beneficiària el reintegrament de subvencions mitjançant la resolució del procediment regulat a l'article 57 de l'Ordenança General de Subvencions del Consell de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22. Notificació de la concessió i termini per resoldre &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22.1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La concessió de la subvenció es notificarà mitjançant publicació al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, de conformitat amb l'article 45.1.b) de la Llei 39/2015. d'1 d'octubre del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22.2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les altres notificacions i comunicacions es realitzaran telemàticament en l'adreça electrònica que les persones beneficiàries indiquin a la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El termini màxim per resoldre el procediment i notificar-ho és de sis mesos des de la data de presentació de la sol·licitud per part de l'entitat interessada.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22.4&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El venciment del termini màxim sense haver-se notificat la resolució legitima les entitats interessades per entendre desestimada per silenci administratiu la sol·licitud de concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;23. Comunicació de dades a la base de dades nacional de subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Consell de Mallorca, en compliment del previst a l'article 19.2 de l'Ordenança de Subvencions del Consell de Mallorca, remetrà a la base de dades nacional de subvencions informació sobre aquesta convocatòria i de les resolucions de concessió que es derivin i es publicarà al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;24. Règim de recursos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra l'acord que aprova aquesta convocatòria, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar el recurs d'alçada en el termini d'un mes, comptat a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquest acord. El recurs es pot interposar formalment davant el Consell Executiu o davant la Comissió de Govern que és l'òrgan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[òrgan|orgue]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; competent per resoldre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;lt;A[resoldre|decidir]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;'l.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la Resolució de concessió d'aquesta convocatòria, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, es podrà interposar el recurs d'alçada en el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta resolució. El recurs es pot interposar formalment davant el conseller executiu o consellera executiva que tingui atribuïdes les competències d'Esports o davant el Consell Executiu, que és l'òrgan competent per resoldre'l.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa d'aquest recurs d'alçada, podeu interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant del Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, en el termini de dos mesos, comptats a partir de l'endemà de rebre la notificació de la desestimació de l'esmentat recurs d'alçada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si han transcorregut tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs d'alçada i no s'ha rebut la notificació de resolució expressa, s'entén desestimat per silenci administratiu i es pot interposar el recurs contenciós administratiu davant del Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu de Palma que correspongui, sense limitació de temps.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Malgrat tot l'anterior, es pot interposar qualsevol altre recurs que es consideri oportú. Tot això de conformitat amb la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, que regula la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa i la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
