    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La directora gerenta de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP) ha formulat la proposta de resolució següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fets&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. L'article 18 del Decret 191/1996, de 25 d'octubre, pel qual es regulen les condicions generals de les activitats formatives dirigides al personal al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma que organitza la Conselleria de la Funció pública i Interior, preveu la constitució d'una Comissió d'Homologacions i Convalidacions, que decidirà sobre les característiques i condicions (generals i específiques) d'homologació de cursos realitzats per institucions docents alienes a l'IBAP (actual EBAP) i que vulguin ser considerats per les valoracions pròpies de l'IBAP. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. En virtut de l'article 4 de l'Ordre del conseller d'Interior, de 20 de juliol de 2001, per la qual s'estableix el procés d'homologació, a través de l'IBAP, de les accions formatives duites a terme pel personal de la CAIB, l'estudi de les peticions d'homologació i l'emissió de l'informe corresponent l'ha d'emetre la comissió que amb aquesta finalitat té creada l'IBAP en la Resolució del conseller d'Interior, de 12 de juny de 2000.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. El Decret 31/2012, de 13 d'abril, pel qual s'aproven els Estatuts de l'EBAP, recull, d'entre les funcions de l'EBAP previstes a l'article 5, l'homologació de la formació realitzada en totes les matèries de competència pròpia per qualsevol institució pública o privada externes a l'EBAP. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4. En data 1 d'agost de 2024, es va publicar al BOIB núm. 101 la Resolució de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques i presidenta de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP), de 30 de juliol de 2024, per la&lt;/span&gt; qual es fixen les àrees de formació i els àmbits funcionals en que s'han d'estructurar els plans de formació que organitza l'EBAP,&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; modificada per Resolució de 23 de setembre de 2024, publicada al BOIB núm. 128, de 28 de setembre de 2024, en la qual es manifesta que s'inclourà a la Comissió la presència, amb veu i sense vot, dels agents socials que formen part de la Mesa Sectorial de Serveis Generals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;5. Mitjançant Resolució de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques, presidenta de l'EBAP, a proposta de la directora gerenta de l'EBAP, de data 28 de gener de 2025, es va dur a terme la modificació de la composició i la designació dels membres de l'esmentada Comissió (BOIB núm. 15, d'1 de febrer de 2025), mitjançant la qual s'inclouen els distints sindicats que formen part de la Mesa Sectorial de Serveis Generals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;6. Actualment, ateses les noves necessitats sorgides envers la composició i la designació de membres de la Comissió d'Homologacions i Convalidacions, es considera convenient realitzar una nova modificació de la composició i la designació dels membres de la Comissió en qüestió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El Decret 191/1996,de 25 d'octubre, pel qual es regulen les condicions generals de les activitats formatives dirigides al personal al servei de l'administració de la Comunitat Autònoma que organitza la Conselleria de la Funció Pública i Interior. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

L'Ordre del conseller d'Interior, de 20 de juliol de 2001, per la qual s'estableix el procés d'homologació, a través de l'EBAP, de les accions formatives duites a terme pel personal de la CAIB (&lt;em&gt;BOIB núm. 90, de 28 de juliol)&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. El Decret 31/2012, de 13 d'abril, pel qual s'aproven els Estatuts de l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Propòs a la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Aprovar la nova composició i designació de membres de la Comissió d'Homologacions i Convalidacions de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública, la qual quedarà constituïda de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;President/a:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el/la Director/a Gerent/a de l'EBAP&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- Suplent President/a:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el/la titular del lloc del Departament de Formació i Selecció de l'EBAP&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vocal 1:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el/la titular del lloc del Departament de Formació i Selecció de l'EBAP&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Suplent vocal 1:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el/la cap de Secció VI del Servei de Formació i Gestió de Personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vocal 2: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;el/la titular del lloc cap de la Prefectura I de Formació General i Sectorial&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Suplent vocal 2:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el/la titular del lloc cap del Servei de Formació i Gestió de Personal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vocal 3:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el/la titular del lloc cap del Departament de Formació de Seguretat i Emergències.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Suplent vocal 3:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el/la titular del lloc Cap del Servei de Gestió Formativa i Administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-&lt;strong&gt;Vocal 4:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el/la titular del lloc cap del Servei de Règim Jurídic de l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Suplent vocal 4:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; el/la cap de Secció XI del Servei de Règim Jurídic de l'EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Suplent vocal 5:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; un/a tècnic/a de formació de l'EBAP &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Representació sindical:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; un vocal i un suplent per a cada una de les organitzacions sindicals més representatives que formen part de la Mesa Sectorial de Serveis Generals de la CAIB, amb veu i sense vot.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Secretari/a:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; un/a tècnic/a del Servei de Règim Jurídic de l'EBAP&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Suplent del secretari/a:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; un/a tècnic/a de formació de l'EBAP&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Deixar sense efecte la &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Resoluci&lt;/span&gt;ó de la consellera de Presidència i Administracions Públiques, presidenta de l'EBAP, a proposta de la directora gerenta de l'EBAP, per la qual es modifica la composició i la designació de membres de la Comissió d'Homologacions i Convalidacions de l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública, publicada al BOIB núm. 15, d'1 de febrer de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;3. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;P&lt;/span&gt;ublicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Manifestar la conformitat amb la proposta de resolució i dictar-ne resolució en els mateixos termes, la qual tindrà efectes des de la seva signatura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
