&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Aprovació de la convocatòria i de les bases dels premis dins la campanya Enamora't del Comerç de Muro 2025. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El regidor de festes i tradicions, comerç i mercats, participació ciutadana, presenta la proposta d'aprovació de la convocatòria i de les bases dels premis dins la campanya Enamora't del Comerç de Muro 2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Muro, a través de l'Àrea de comerç, convoca un sorteig amb l'objectiu de dinamitzar i promocionar el comerç local, creant un sentit de identitat, sinergies entre institucions i comerç en ares d'afavorir el creixement del teixit local i promoció del comerç murer. De conformitat amb allò que s'ha fixat en l'article 23 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, l'article 21.1.f) i s) de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local i de la Base 36 de les Bases de execució del pressupost 2025, la Junta de Govern Local, acorda:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER.&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovar la convocatòria i les bases per a la concessió dels premis del sorteig oficial dins la campanya Enamora't del Comerç de Muro 2025, per procediment de concurrència competitiva, amb el text que figura en l'Annex del present acord. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON.&lt;/strong&gt; Adquirir el compromís de consignar 600 euros a l'aplicació pressupostària 4300.48216 del pressupost municipal 2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER.&lt;/strong&gt; Registrar la informació a incloure en la BDNS pels mitjans electrònics que aquesta proporcioni.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;L'Àrea de Comerç de l'Ajuntament de Muro dins la campanya Enamora't del Comerç de Muro convoca un sorteig amb l'objectiu de dinamitzar i promocionar el comerç local, creant un sentit de identitat, sinergies entre institucions i comerç en àrees d'afavorir el creixement del teixit local i promoció del comerç murer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES DEL SORTEIG &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I. Participants&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Podran participar en la campanya tots els comerços de Muro essent persones físiques o jurídiques, així com qualsevol client que faci una compra en un dels comerços adherits a la campanya entre els dies 10 de febrer de 2025 i les 9:00 de dia 17 de febrer de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Sense perjudici del punt anterior, no podran tenir la condició de participants ni per tant, resultar agraciades ni els propietaris titulars dels comerços adherits a la activitat ni els regidors del consistori murer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En cas de que en el sorteig sortís premiat qualsevol de les persones d'aquesta clàusula, dit premi quedarà automàticament anul·lat i es procedirà a realitzar un nou sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;II. Condicions de participació &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Les persones que realitzin compres superiores a 20€ als comerços adherits durant la campanya, rebran una butlleta per participar en el sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La butlleta de l'Annex II, serà anul·lada si no reuneix les següents condicions: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Estar en bon estat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Dur grapat el tiquet de compra, en data entre dia 10 de febrer 2025 i les 9:00h de dia 17 de febrer de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Indicar totes les dades sol·licitades :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Telèfon de contacte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Aquestes butlletes amb el tiquet de compra grapat es dipositaran a la urna ubicada dins l'Ajuntament, per a procedir al sorteig que es celebrarà el dia 17 de febrer a las 10.00 hores en el mateix Ajuntament de Muro. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;III. Premis &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Es repartiran 10 premis pel valor del tiquet de compra amb una quantia màxima de 60€ (màxim fins a 600€ a càrrec de la partida pressupostària 4300.48216&lt;strong&gt;) &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IV. Lliurament del Premi&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Les persones premiades del sorteig seran anunciades a les xarxes socials de l'Ajuntament: plana web, Instagram i Facebook.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La persona guanyadora haurà d'emplenar correctament la sol·licitud de l'Annex I, adjuntant una fotocòpia del seu DNI i del certificat de titularitat bancari, i presentar-la al registre de l'Ajuntament de Muro.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Termini per presentar la sol·licitud: 17 de març de 2025 (els premis no sol·licitats / sol·licitats fora de termini / sol·licituds amb mancances i no aportant tota la informació en el registre de l'Ajuntament de Muro, perdran el dret de cobrament).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;V. Acceptació de les bases&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La participació en la campanya Enamora't del Comerç de Muro de suport al comerç local duu implícita la total acceptació d'aquestes bases. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VI. Protecció de dades i drets d'imatge.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Les dades subministrades pels participants seran tractades confidencialment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Muro garanteix el compliment íntegre de la &lt;em&gt;Llei Orgànica 3/2018, 5 de desembre, de Protecció de Dades de Caràcter Personal&lt;/em&gt; en el tractament de les dades personals recollides en el present sorteig i durant la organització de la activitat, en especial al que es refereix a la atenció del exercici dels drets de informació, accés, rectificació, oposició i cancel·lació de dades personals dels concursants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;L'Ajuntament podrà informar dels guanyadors/es i fer-se fotografies per les xarxes socials de l'Ajuntament, amb la voluntat expressa de sortir a les mateixes per part dels guanyadors/es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VII. Durada de la campanya&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;La campanya Enamora't del Comerç de Muro estarà compresa entre el 10 i el 16 de febrer, període en que els comerços adherits repartiran les butlletes per les compres superiors a 20€ i s'admetran les butlletes amb el tiquet de compra grapat dins l'urna habilitada fins les 9,59h del 17 de febrer, just abans del sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;VIII. Difusió de la campanya&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;L'Ajuntament difondrà i promocionarà dita campanya per les xarxes socials municipals i podrà fer cartells de difusió de dita campanya a través dels comerços adherits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
