&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Lluís Enric Apesteguia Ripoll, batle de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Deià investit per la sessió plenària de dia 17 de juny de 2023, fent ús de les atribucions que em són conferides, per la present&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Delegada del Cicle de l&amp;apos;aigua (aigua potable, clavegueram, depuració i reutilització); Medi Ambient; Boscs; Camins; Torrents; Cala; i Agricultura la Senyora María Henar Arribas Simón.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
 &lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Delegat de Comerç i turisme; Promoció i diversificació econòmica, empresa, treball i emprenedoria; Festes; Obres públiques i projectes; Seguretat pública; i Manteniment el Senyor Juan Bernardo Ripoll Deyà.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt; 
&lt;/ul&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.- &lt;/strong&gt;ESTABLIR que les delegacions especials es fan d&amp;apos;acord amb el que disposa l&amp;apos;article 43.5 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) &lt;/em&gt;del Reial Decret 2568/1986 de 28 de novembre, relatives a un determinat servei. En aquest cas la delegació comprèn la direcció interna i la gestió dels serveis corresponents, així com l&amp;apos;assessorament a la batlia i la seva representació, però no inclou la facultat de resoldre mitjançant actes administratius que afectin tercers&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.- &lt;/strong&gt;PUBLICAR, de conformitat amb el que disposa l&amp;apos;article 44 del Reial Decret 2568/1986 de 28 de novembre, pel que s&amp;apos;aprova el Reglament d&amp;apos;organització, funcionament i règim jurídic dels ens locals, la present resolució en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.- &lt;/strong&gt;COMUNICAR aquesta Resolució a les regidores i al regidor afectats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè.- &lt;/strong&gt;RETRE COMPTE al Ple de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament d&amp;apos;aquesta Resolució en la sessió extraordinària que es convoqui en compliment del que preveu l&amp;apos;article 38 del Reglament d&amp;apos;Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes comptador a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà que s&amp;apos;hagi publicat, d&amp;apos;acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;També es pot interposar recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat contenciós administratiu de Palma en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la notificació, d&amp;apos;acord amb el que disposen els articles 8.1 i 46.1 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
