Miguel Ballester Ferrer, amb registre d'entrada 2025-E-RE-350, sra, Maria Victoria Muñoz Duran, amb registre d'entrada 2025-E-RE-351 i sr. Gerard Diaz Ferriol, amb registre d'entrada 2025-E-RE-352.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;En ús de les facultats que em virtut de les atribucions que em confereix l'art. 43.3 i següents, en relació amb els articles 114 i següents, tots ells del RD 2568/86, de 28 de novembre de 1986, mitjançant el qual s'aprova el Reglament d'Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals, juntament de conformitat amb el disposat a l'article 21.3 de la llei 7/1985, reguladora de les Bases de Règim Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Acceptar les renúncies del regidors següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sra. María Victoria Muñoz Durán&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;, segona tinent de Batle i regidora delegada d'Infraestructures, Manteniment, Brigada municipal i Neteja.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sr. Gerard Diaz Ferriol,&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; regidor delegat de Sostenibilitat, Circularitat i Medi Ambient, Turisme, Comerç i Nuclis. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Deixar sense efecte la delegació de les competències a favor dels regidors i regidores esmentats amb efectes a la data de la seva renúncia, 6 de febrer de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; En conseqüència al punt anterior, deixar sense efecte la dedicació exclusiva atorgada pel ple extraordinari de 26 de juny de 2023 amb efectes de data d'avui. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; Notificar aquesta resolució als regidors i regidores afectats, i comunicar-la a la gestoria Fortuny Asociados SL als efectes corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt; Donar compte al Ple d'aquesta resolució en la primera sessió que tingui lloc i publicar-ne el text en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, Taulell d'anuncis, i donar difusió d'aquesta resolució al portal de transparència de la web municipal, tot als efectes del seu general coneixement.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
