&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;I.- ÀREA&lt;/strong&gt;: Àrea de Serveis Socials, Educació, Participació Ciutadana, Joventut i Igualtat d'Oportunitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INICIATIVA&lt;/strong&gt;: Modificació i actualització reglament de prestacions econòmiques d'urgència social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NORMATIVA:&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovat per ple municipal el 17 de juny de 2021 i publicat al BOIB nº 88 de 3 de juliol 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SITUACIÓ ACTUAL/MOTIVACIÓ:&lt;/strong&gt; Des de l'any 2021 a dia d'avui s'ha aprovat normativa autonòmica que regula les prestacions d'urgència social de competència municipal que cal incorporar i actualitzar al reglament municipal, concretament la llei 4/2023 de prestacions socials de caràcter autonòmic de la CAIB. Per altra banda cal actualitzar algunes prestacions del catàleg actual i alguns dels requisits d'accés per adaptar-los a les necessitats i noves situacions socials de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESPONSABLE:&lt;/strong&gt; Servei de Serveis Socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;II.- ÀREA:&lt;/strong&gt; Àrea de Serveis Socials, Educació, Participació Ciutadana, Joventut i Igualtat d'Oportunitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INICIATIVA:&lt;/strong&gt; Modificació i actualització reglament de Serveis d'atenció domiciliària&amp;nbsp; municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NORMATIVA:&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovat per Ple municipal el 25 novembre 2021 i publicat al BOIB nº 167 de 4 desembre 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SITUACIÓ ACTUAL/MOTIVACIÓ:&lt;/strong&gt; Des de l'any 2021 a dia d'avui s'han desplegat serveis de dret concurrents d'atenció domiciliària des de la Fundació Balear de Dependència de la CAIB que es solapen&amp;nbsp; amb els nostres serveis municipals. Cal revisar els requisits i criteris d'accés als serveis domiciliaris municipals per tal de evitar la doble concurrència d'ambdós serveis públics, evitar duplicitats i ser més eficients&amp;nbsp; en la prestació&amp;nbsp; municipal prioritzant les situacions de risc de persones majors que no poden accedir a les prestacions de dret d'ajuda domiciliària De la CAIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESPONSABLE:&lt;/strong&gt; Servei de Serveis Socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;III.- ÀREA: &lt;/strong&gt;Àrea de Serveis Socials, Educació, Participació Ciutadana, Joventut i Igualtat d'Oportunitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INICIATIVA:&lt;/strong&gt; Modificació del Reglament del serveis d'acolliment municipal per famílies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NORMATIVA:&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; aprovat per Ple municipal el 28 octubre 2021 i publicat al BOIB nº 157 de 13 de novembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SITUACIÓ ACTUAL/MOTIVACIÓ:&lt;/strong&gt; Ens cal revisar i actualitzar els requisits d'accés al servei atesa la detecció de nous perfils i necessitats de famílies que arriben a Palma sense alternativa habitacional, el col·lapse que tenim en els serveis d'acolliment i l'establiment d'un nou règim intern que permeti un fluxe més àgil d'entrades i sortides de famílies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESPONSABLE:&lt;/strong&gt; Servei de Serveis Socials..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;IV.- ÀREA: &lt;/strong&gt;Àrea de Serveis Socials, Educació, Participació Ciutadana, Joventut i Igualtat d'Oportunitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INICIATIVA:&lt;/strong&gt; Revisió dels preus públics per copagament dels serveis domiciliaris (Ajuda a domicili i menjar a domicili) i dels Casals d'autonomia personal municipals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NORMATIVA: &lt;/strong&gt;Ordenança municipal Fiscal i de Preus públics 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SITUACIÓ ACTUAL/MOTIVACIÓ:&lt;/strong&gt; Cal actualitzar-los amb l'IPC anual. Formen part de l'ordenança municipal de preus públics i taxes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESPONSABLE:&lt;/strong&gt; Servei de Serveis Socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;V.- ÀREA:&lt;/strong&gt; Àrea de Serveis Socials, Educació, Participació Ciutadana, Joventut i Igualtat d'Oportunitats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;INICIATIVA:&lt;/strong&gt; Revisió i actualització de la cartera municipal de serveis socials 2022-2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;NORMATIVA:&lt;/strong&gt; Aprovada per junta de govern local el 28 de setembre 2022 i publicada al BOIB 131 de 8 octubre 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SITUACIÓ ACTUAL/MOTIVACIÓ:&lt;/strong&gt; La cartera municipal de serveis socials recull tots els serveis i prestacions que correspon prestar a l'Àrea de Serveis Socials i Igualtat de l'Ajuntament de Palma. La vigència és de quatre anys i finalitza el proper mes de setembre 2025. Malgrat preveu possibilitat de pròrroga és voluntat de l'Àrea de serveis socials actualitzar-la fent noves incorporacions i modificacions respecte als serveis actuals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESPONSABLE:&lt;/strong&gt; Servei de Serveis Socials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Publicar l'acord en el Portal de Transparència i en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
