6538 6539 580 ca 2025-02-07 696650 ![CDATA[Resolució del director general de Pesca de 5 de febrer de 2025 per la qual s’estableixen quotes màximes de captura per a la pesca recreativa per llicència i dia, d’algunes espècies de peixos a les Illes Balears]] 2025-02-08 79869 2025-02-08 CAIB CAIB ca ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El Decret 34/2014, d'1 d'agost, pel qual es fixen els principis generals de la pesca recreativa i esportiva a les aigües interiors de les Illes Balears, a l'objecte de vetllar per la conservació dels recursos marins, regula la sostenibilitat de l'activitat en particular quant a llicències, campionats, quotes i talles, ormejos autoritzats i altres aspectes tècnics. </span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">En aquest sentit, el punt 5 de l'article 11 del Decret 34/2014 esmentat, preveu que el director general de Pesca pugui fixar i actualitzar, mitjançant una resolució, les quotes màximes de captura per llicència, en nombre de peces, de les espècies que tinguin més interès comercial o biològic, mentre els consells insulars no les fixin per als àmbits territorials respectius.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Per<span style="color:black"> altra banda, e</span>l Decret 34/2014, a la Disposició final segona, faculta el conseller d'Agricultura, Pesca i Medi Natural perquè, mitjançant una ordre, pugui dur a terme les accions que permetin un desenvolupament de la pesca recreativa sostenible i harmònic amb la pesca professional.
