&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;‘'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aprovar l'Acord regulador de les condicions de treball i retribucions dels funcionaris de la Brigada Municipal de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries que realitzen guàrdies, que es troba incorporat com a document annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Advertir que el complement de productivitat descrit podrà ser objecte de modificacions quan es procedeixi a la valoració objectiva dels seus llocs de treball a través de la Relació de Llocs de Treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Notificar el present acord a la Presidència de la Mesa de Negociació i notificar el mateix als representants del personal amb indicació dels recursos que s'estimin pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicar l'acord en el tauler d'anuncis i a la seu electrònica d'aquest Ajuntament per al general coneixement de tot el personal, així com al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.''&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El present acord regulador sorgeix de la necessitat de garantir unes condicions laborals justes i equitatives per als membres de la Brigada Municipal, que són cridats fora de la jornada ordinària de treball, davant l'aparició de qualsevol incident imprevisible ocorregut en el terme municipal, que precisi ser solucionat amb caràcter urgent. La realitat és que en cap moment ha estat objecte de regulació l'obligatorietat del personal de la Brigada Municipal d'haver d'estar localitzable i disponible fora de la jornada ordinària de treball, per a la realització de qualsevol treball inajornable i urgent que pugui ocórrer, així com la retribució d'aquesta casuística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Davant aquesta problemàtica, que es dóna de manera recurrent, es considera necessari aprovar un calendari a efectes d'organitzar les guàrdies del personal adscrit a la Brigada Municipal, per tal d'assegurar l'assistència dels treballadors que es trobin en situació de guàrdia, amb caràcter obligatori al lloc on es trobi l'emergència, així com per distribuir aquest treball fora de la jornada ordinària entre el personal, de forma coordinada i equitativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D'altra banda, també resulta primordial aprovar una retribució complementària per als membres de la Brigada Municipal que realitzin guàrdies, per tal de compensar el fet d'haver d'estar localitzables i disponibles fora de la jornada ordinària de treball. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les guàrdies s'exerceixen en unes condicions que impliquen una dedicació addicional i un sacrifici personal i familiar, que cal reconèixer mitjançant condicions laborals i retribucions que reflecteixin adequadament aquest esforç.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La regulació d'aquestes condicions es basa en la normativa laboral vigent i els drets retributius reconeguts al Capítol III del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic (en endavant, TREBEP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les retribucions complementàries, reconegudes a l'article 24 del TREBEP, són les que retribueixen el grau d'interès, iniciativa o esforç amb què el funcionari exerceix el seu treball i el rendiment o resultats obtinguts, entre d'altres. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els incidents en matèria de subministrament d'aigua, electricitat o manteniment de la via pública són constants, i precisen d'una actuació immediata per part de la Brigada Municipal, no sent possible esperar a ser solucionats durant la jornada ordinària de treball, en molts de casos. Per tant, el personal adscrit a la Brigada Municipal té un paper fonamental en la gestió d'aquestes situacions que poden comprometre la seguretat i el benestar dels ciutadans. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així, és de vital importància garantir el dret a la negociació col·lectiva, representació i participació institucional, reflectit al Capítol IV del TREBEP, de tots els membres que realitzin torns en caps de setmana, mitjançant la Mesa de Negociació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A conseqüència de la negociació realitzada en el marc de la Mesa General de Negociació, la Corporació i els delegats de personal funcionari de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, prenen i subscriuen el present Acord: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 1.- Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;És objecte del present acord, regular i aprovar un calendari a efectes d'organitzar les guàrdies del personal adscrit a la Brigada municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També s'inclou dins l'objecte d'aquest acord, la regulació i aprovació d'una retribució complementària per als membres de la Brigada Municipal que realitzin guàrdies.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 2.- Àmbit d'aplicació, vigència, denúncia i pròrroga&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El present acord té caràcter municipal i serà d'aplicació a tots els membres adscrits a la Brigada Municipal de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, que realitzin de manera setmanal guàrdies. Serà inclòs en el Pacte del personal funcionari de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest acord entrarà en vigor l'endemà de la seva aprovació en el Ple de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries i tindrà una vigència de tres anys, prorrogant-se d'any amb any en cas de no haver-hi denúncia expressa i escrita per alguna de les parts amb una antelació mínima de tres mesos abans de la finalització del període de vigència de l'acord actual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de pròrroga del present acord, fins que no se'n signi un altre de diferent, es considerarà vigent el primer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 3.- Dret supletori&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tots els aspectes no recollits en el present acord, serà d'aplicació la normativa vigent que sigui d'aplicació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 4.- Indivisibilitat de l'acord&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots els articles recollits en aquest acord, formen un tot orgànic i indivisible, no sent possible la seva aplicació parcialment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 5.- Condicions mínimes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les condicions de treball i retributives que quedin establertes, tindran la consideració de mínimes. Qualsevol millora establerta per les parts prevaldrà sobre les del present acord. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 6.- Comissió d'interpretació i vigilància&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas d'interpretació dubtosa de qualsevol article d'aquest acord, les parts es comprometen a reunir-se per a poder arribar a un acord comú d'interpretació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 7.- Forma de gaudi de les guàrdies&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les guàrdies seran de caràcter voluntari per part del personal adscrit a la Brigada Municipal, amb opció a renunciar a la seva realització en qualsevol moment, en cas d'incompatibilitats laborals i/o personals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les guàrdies es distribuiran mitjançant un sistema de torns entre dos operaris d'obres, l'electricista municipal i el fontaner municipal, estant únicament un d'ells de guàrdia cada setmana, conforme el següent calendari, que es repetirà de forma successiva al finalitzar la roda establerta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per criteri propi de l'Ajuntament, i atesa la naturalesa del les urgències, els treballadors que ocupin el lloc de treball d'electricista municipal i fontaner municipal, tindran caràcter fix dins el quadrant de guàrdies. Pel que fa als dos operaris d'obra, en cas d'haver-hi més de dos empleats disposats a fer guàrdies, serà l'Ajuntament el que establirà el procés d'elecció, ja sigui mitjançant torns o per sistema de mèrits. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els avisos vindran donats, en primer lloc, per part del batle/essa o regidor/a, en segon lloc, la policia, i finalment, el cap de Brigada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Davant qualsevol incident, si es necessita ajuda addicional, el treballador que es trobi de guàrdia haurà de cridar al qui hi estigui la següent setmana, no sent en aquest cas l'assistència de caràcter obligatori. Per contra, en cas d'intervencions greus, es mobilitzarà tot el personal que forma part del sistema de torns, i si fora necessari, tota la Brigada Municipal; aquestes intervencions es retribuiran com a serveis extraordinaris. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 8.- Durada de les guàrdies&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Als efectes de compensació, les guàrdies tenen una durada setmanal, des de les 00:00 hores del dilluns fins a les 23:59 hores del diumenge, fora de la jornada ordinària de treball. D'altra banda, es podrà realitzar únicament una guàrdia dins el període comprès de quatre setmanes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 9.- Àmbit d'actuació de les guàrdies&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El marge d'actuació del personal, des de que es rep l'avís, serà de 30 minuts cm a màxim, havent d'estar a la nau del polígon de la Brigada. A partir d'aquest moment, es comptabilitzaran les hores extraordinàries, mitjançant el sistema de marcatge digital. Pel que fa al personal que sigui cridat per donar un suport addicional, comptabilitzaran les hores extraordinàries des de la crida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'àmbit d'actuació del personal que es troba de guàrdia es centra en les avaries greus i en l'encesa i apagada de llums per les diferents activitats culturals, sempre que sigui necessari. Conforme l'anterior, es consideren avaries greus: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fuites i avaries d'aigües netes i brutes, sempre que impliquin un perill per a la ciutadania, i pel subministrament i sanejament general del municipi. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Embussos de clavegueram d'aigües pluvials i aigües brutes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Situacions de caràcter atmosfèric, que requereixin d'una actuació preventiva, com per exemple: font de Son Fonoll, aigües brutes i pluvials de Cala Galdana, caigudes d'arbres que impedeixen el pas a zones de trànsit obligat, i qualsevol situació de perill imminent al municipi. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Avaries elèctriques de perill d'electrocució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Avaries relacionades amb el control dels pous d'aigua, es realitzaran sota el criteri del fontaner i/o electricista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 10.- Complement retributiu per guàrdies&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per cada setmana de guàrdia es retribuirà un complement de 200 euros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots els conceptes retributius establerts en aquest acord es veuran incrementats anualment d'acord amb l'increment general establert a la Llei de pressuposts generals de l'Estat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 11.- Procediment per assignar el complement de productivitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'inici de l'expedient serà per part del regidor responsable de l'àrea de la Brigada Municipal, a través de l'emissió mensual d'un informe fonamentat, mitjançant el qual informi sobre els treballadors que han realitzat guàrdies, i de conformitat amb l'article 172 del Reglament d'Organització, Funcionament i Règim Jurídic de les Entitats Locals aprovat pel Reial decret 2568/1986, de 28 de novembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Realitzat l'informe de fiscalització, correspondrà a l'Alcaldia, d'acord amb allò que s'ha fixat en l'article 5.6 del Reial decret 861/1986, de 25 d'abril, pel qual s'estableix el Règim de les Retribucions dels Funcionaris de l'Administració Local, l'assignació individual del complement de productivitat, amb subjecció als criteris que en el seu cas hagi establert el Ple, sense perjudici de les delegacions que pugui conferir conforme a allò que s'ha fixat en la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Emesa la Resolució d'Alcaldia es donarà trasllat de la mateixa a la Intervenció, a Tresoreria i al Servei de Personal perquè en prengui coneixement i efectes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La resolució es notificarà a les persones interessades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'abonament de les retribucions d'aquest acord serà a mes vençut, és a dir, al mes següent del mes en el qual s'ha realitzat la guàrdia setmanal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Article 12.- Complement retributiu per la supervisió del sistema de control dels pous d'aigua&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es preveu l'assignació d'un complement retributiu, per import mensual de 75 €, a l'electricista municipal i al fontaner municipal, a efectes de compensar la necessitat d'haver d'estar disponibles fora de la jornada ordinària de treball, per supervisar qualsevol incidència derivada de la plataforma de gestió del sistema de control dels pous d'aigua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
