    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Es fa públic que el Ple de l'Ajuntament de Ferreries, en sessió Ordinària de data 19/12/2024, va adoptar l'acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar inicialment la modificació de la catalogació del lloc de treball que s'identifica amb el codi identificatiu 57, i que essent personal laboral "operari d'obres", passi a ser un lloc de treball de personal funcionari de l'escala d'administració especial, subescala serveis especials, de personal d'oficis-operari d'obres, subgrup AP, codi id 57, al que se li assignen les retribucions que es diran i mentrestant no s'aprovi, publiqui i entri en vigor la Relació de Llocs de Treball que es troba en tràmit de preparació; o es produeixi qualsevol altra causa o procediment que impliqui la modificació o supressió del lloc de treball que ara s'aprova; tot açò de conformitat amb la següent catalogació que es porta a aprovació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4.Realitzar trasllats de materials, mobiliari i documentació municipal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;5. Ajudar i col·laborar en el muntatge per a esdeveniments festius o activitats municipals: transport materials, col·locació de cadires, taules, carpes, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;6. Obrir rases per a la reparació de la xarxa general d'aigua potable, electricitat, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;7. Realitzar labors de manteniment de la xarxa de clavegueram.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;8.Realitzar labors de fusteria/bricolatge bàsic en els edificis municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;9. Fer labors de ferreria soldant determinats materials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;10. Pintar exteriors i interiors d'edificis públics, així com elements viaris de les vies públiques del municipi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;11.Encarregar-se de la recollida i devolució dels materials cedits per altres Ajuntaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

			&lt;p style="text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:10px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;12.Efectuar qualsevol altra tasca no habitual o estructural, pròpia de la seva categoria o escala/subescala/classe, que li sigui encomanada i per a la qual hagi estat prèviament instruït.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
