&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. En data 26 de març de 2008 el conseller de Medi Ambient dicta resolució per la qual s'atorga l'autorització ambiental integrada a la CT d'Alcúdia, promoguda per GAS Y ELECTRICIDAD GENERACIÓN SAU, (BOIB núm. 70 de 22/05/2008).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En compliment de l'art. 10 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 1/2016, de 16 de desembre, el titular d'una instal·lació que pretengui dur a terme una modificació de la mateixa haurà de comunicar-ho a l'òrgan competent per atorgar l'AAI, indicant raonadament en atenció als criteris descrits a l'esmentat article, si es considera que es tracta d'una modificació substancial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. L'article 11 de la Llei 9/2022, de 23 de novembre, de règim jurídic i de procediment de les activitats subjectes a autorització ambiental integrada estableix el procediment simplificat per a la tramitació de les modificacions substancials.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot l'anterior, i ATÈS &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Que GAS Y ELECTRICIDAD GENERACIÓN SAU ha sol·licitat una modificació de l'autorització ambiental integrada de la CT d'Alcúdia consistent en l'ampliació de residus admissibles a l'abocador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Que la documentació aportada justifica que es tracta d'una modificació no substancial, en compliment de l'art. 14 del RD 815/2013.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Que els informes rebuts dels òrgans i entitats consultats són favorables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Que d'acord amb l'article 109.2 de la llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre de 2015, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, es corregeixen d'ofici diverses errades materials, de fet, o aritmètiques existents a l'autorització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vist l'informe tècnic amb proposta de resolució de dia 10 de desembre de 2024, i d'acord amb l'apartat 1 de l'article únic del Decret 5/2024, de 29 de maig, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual es modifica el Decret 12/2023, de 10 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, dict la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer.- Atorgar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; la modificació no substancial de l'autorització ambiental integrada de CT d'Alcúdia, a sol·licitud de GAS Y ELECTRICIDAD GENERACIÓN SAU, consistent en l'ampliació de residus admissibles a l'abocador, amb subjecció a les següents modificacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A l'apartat 2 del punt 6.6.2. Fase d'explotació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;On diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'eliminació dels residus amb codi LER 17 05 04, requerirà que l'operador de l'abocador realitzi una comunicació prèvia, amb un termini mínim de 5 dies abans de la recepció del residu, a l'òrgan competent en matèria de sòls contaminats de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, respecte de cada un dels orígens d'aquesta tipologia de residus que es prevegi gestionar a l'abocador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Al punt 6.6.3 Fase de clausura i post clausura - Antic abocador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;On diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. S'haurà de garantir l'estabilitat de la massa de residus a llarg termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Segons els acords del Ple de la Comissió de Medi Ambient de les Illes Balears de data 2 de juny de 2015 i 23 de novembre de 2016 que informaren favorablement el projecte de segellat i clausura de l'antic abocador de Biniatria i el canvi a la mesura compensatòria, respectivament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Entre l'abocador i el Parc Natural, s'han de crear tot un conjunt de pantalles vegetals amb espècies autòctones. Les espècies que es triaran per conformar aquestes barreres hauran d'assolir altures adients per retenir aquestes partícules, si no, s'hauran de realitzar acopis de terra per a aquesta finalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. S'ha de dur a terme el dragat, en una extensió d'aproximadament 4,6 hectàrees i amb una profunditat aproximada d'un metre i mig, d'una nova llacuna a la zona des Forcadet. Aquesta actuació s'haurà de realitzar entre els mesos d'agost a febrer (ambdós inclosos) per evitar alterar la fauna reproductora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Els dipòsits de material i maquinària estaran sempre a una distància mínima de 10 m del terreny forestal existent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. El tractament de la vegetació serà l'estricament necessari. Es respectarà la flora protegida. Les restes vegetals produïdes s'hauran d'eliminar en un termini màxim de 10 dies des de la seva generació, per tal d'evitar la proliferació de plagues i la propagació de possibles incendis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Els productes vegetals residuals podran ser tractats de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

Transport a abocador o fora de la zona forestal, per a crema o trituració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Tots els operaris participants en les activitats, tant de les obres com de la fase d'explotació seran instruïts en l'existència de risc d'incendi forestal, en les mesures de prevenció a adoptar, en les actuacions immediates a efectuar davant un connat d'incendi i coneixeran el número telefònic de comunicació en cas d'incendis forestal (112).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. S'instal·larà senyalització de risc d'incendis forestals per recordar el risc d'incendis existent a totes les instal·lacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Aquest mètode serà suficient si la revegetació natural es comprova que es viable i no compromet situacions de processos erosius per falta de sostén radical dels talussos. En aquest cas es poden utilitzar mètodes de protecció de l'erosió com la utilització de “microconques” o petits dics fets amb branques o pedres, per aconseguir una millor retenció de sòl i aigua.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i. Per executar la faixa de prevenció d'incendis, amb esbrossi i poda de l'arbrat i, si escau tala de peus, es farà un replanteig in-situ de l'actuació amb el personal tècnic de la Conselleria de Medi Ambient i Mobilitat que correspongui. El projecte ha de contemplar el manteniment d'aquests treballs silvícoles fins que l'activitat de l'abocador arribi al seu fi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El segellat de l'antic abocador contempla tres accions diferents: drenatge superficial, barrera hidràulica i desviament i canalització de torrents i tàlvegs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

La disposició de les diferents canalitzacions garantiran la correcta evacuació de l'aigua a tota la superfície de la plataforma principal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Un cop dipositada la terra vegetal es comprovarà la inexistència de zones baixes on es pugui produir l'acumulació de l'aigua en èpoques de pluges.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Totes les canalitzacions de recollida d'aigües pluvials tindran la pendent necessària a les diferents zones per a la correcta circulació de l'aigua i seran impermeables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. L'aigua recollida pel sistema de canalitzacions serà dirigida cap al torrent i en cap cas es realitzarà l'abocament a l'interior dels vasos de l'abocador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Un cop instal·lada la terra vegetal s'ha de realitzar una hidrosembra de protecció suficient per evitar l'erosió de la terra de cobertura a causa de l'aigua i el vent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. La revegetació de la superfície de la plataforma i talussos estarà dissenyada per a garantir l'estabilitat del nivell de terra vegetal i la integració paisatgística d ela zona segellada. En cap cas es realitzarà la sembra d'espècies que puguin representar un risc per la zona clausurada i les espècies seleccionades tindran un baix requeriment hídric.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Barrera hidràulica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Els residus generats durant la perforació de la massa de residus es dipositarà dins els vasos en explotació de l'abocador, sempre i quan compleixin els criteris d'admissió de l'ordre AAA/661/2013, de 18 d'abril, per la qual es modifiquen els annexes I, II i III del Reial Decret 1481/2001, de 27 de desembre, pel qual es regula l'eliminació de residus mitjançant dipòsit a abocador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. En el cas d'excedent d'aigües de drenatge de la barrera hidràulica, no es pot abocar a la xarxa de drenatge superficial sense assegurar-ne prèviament la innocuïtat i sempre que es doni compliment allò disposat al punt 7.9.5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Desviament i canalització de torrents i tàlvegs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Els trams de canalització constituïts, el primer per un canal trapezoïdal de base 1.70 metres, angle 60º, 323,50 metres de recorregut, pendent 0,5%, entre PK 0+ 635 i PK 0+959, i el segon per un canal trapezoïdal de base 1.80 metres, angle 60º, 361.02 metres de recorregut, pendent 0,863%, entre PK 0+959 i PK 1+320, es consideren Domini Públic Hidràulic, ja que constitueixen la restitució del tram de llera afectat en el seu dia per l'excavació. En conseqüència l'àmbit de l'actuació està afectat per Domini Públic Hidràulic, zones de servitud i zones de policia de llit públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Totes les canalitzacions de recollides d'aigües pluvials estaran formigonades, tindran morfologia de mitja canya, la pendent necessària a les diferents zones per a la correcte circulació de l'aigua, seran impermeables i mai quedaran per sota de la massa de residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. L'aigua recollida per aquest sistema de canalitzacions serà dirigida cap al torrent originari i, en cap cas, es realitzarà l'abocament a l'interior dels vasos de l'abocador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. S'instal·laran almenys 10 fites per al control dels possibles moviments que pateixi el vas durant el període de clausura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. S'haurà de garantir l'estabilitat de la massa de residus a llarg termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Segons els acords del Ple de la Comissió de Medi Ambient de les Illes Balears de data 2 de juny de 2015 i 23 de novembre de 2016 que informaren favorablement el projecte de segellat i clausura de l'antic abocador de Biniatria i el canvi a la mesura compensatòria, respectivament:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Entre l'abocador i el Parc Natural, s'han de crear tot un conjunt de pantalles vegetals amb espècies autòctones. Les espècies que es triaran per conformar aquestes barreres hauran d'assolir altures adients per retenir aquestes partícules, si no, s'hauran de realitzar acopis de terra per a aquesta finalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. S'ha de dur a terme el dragat, en una extensió d'aproximadament 4,6 hectàrees i amb una profunditat aproximada d'un metre i mig, d'una nova llacuna a la zona des Forcadet. Aquesta actuació s'haurà de realitzar entre els mesos d'agost a febrer (ambdós inclosos) per evitar alterar la fauna reproductora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Els dipòsits de material i maquinària estaran sempre a una distància mínima de 10 m del terreny forestal existent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. El tractament de la vegetació serà l'estricament necessari. Es respectarà la flora protegida. Les restes vegetals produïdes s'hauran d'eliminar en un termini màxim de 10 dies des de la seva generació, per tal d'evitar la proliferació de plagues i la propagació de possibles incendis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. Els productes vegetals residuals podran ser tractats de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Tots els operaris participants en les activitats, tant de les obres com de la fase d'explotació seran instruïts en l'existència de risc d'incendi forestal, en les mesures de prevenció a adoptar, en les actuacions immediates a efectuar davant un connat d'incendi i coneixeran el número telefònic de comunicació en cas d'incendis forestal (112).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. &lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Un cop instal·lada la terra vegetal s'ha de realitzar una hidrosembra de protecció suficient per evitar l'erosió de la terra de cobertura a causa de l'aigua i el vent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. La revegetació de la superfície de la plataforma i talussos estarà dissenyada per a garantir l'estabilitat del nivell de terra vegetal i la integració paisatgística d ela zona segellada. En cap cas es realitzarà la sembra d'espècies que puguin representar un risc per la zona clausurada i les espècies seleccionades tindran un baix requeriment hídric.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Barrera hidràulica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Els residus generats durant la perforació de la massa de residus es dipositarà dins els vasos en explotació de l'abocador, sempre i quan compleixin els criteris d'admissió de l'ordre AAA/661/2013, de 18 d'abril, per la qual es modifiquen els annexes I, II i III del Reial Decret 1481/2001, de 27 de desembre, pel qual es regula l'eliminació de residus mitjançant dipòsit a abocador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. En el cas d'excedent d'aigües de drenatge de la barrera hidràulica, no es pot abocar a la xarxa de drenatge superficial sense assegurar-ne prèviament la innocuïtat i sempre que es doni compliment allò disposat al punt 7.9.5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Desviament i canalització de torrents i tàlvegs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Els trams de canalització constituïts, el primer per un canal trapezoïdal de base 1.70 metres, angle 60º, 323,50 metres de recorregut, pendent 0,5%, entre PK 0+ 635 i PK 0+959, i el segon per un canal trapezoïdal de base 1.80 metres, angle 60º, 361.02 metres de recorregut, pendent 0,863%, entre PK 0+959 i PK 1+320, es consideren Domini Públic Hidràulic, ja que constitueixen la restitució del tram de llera afectat en el seu dia per l'excavació. En conseqüència l'àmbit de l'actuació està afectat per Domini Públic Hidràulic, zones de servitud i zones de policia de llit públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Totes les canalitzacions de recollides d'aigües pluvials estaran formigonades, tindran morfologia de mitja canya, la pendent necessària a les diferents zones per a la correcte circulació de l'aigua, seran impermeables i mai quedaran per sota de la massa de residus.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. L'aigua recollida per aquest sistema de canalitzacions serà dirigida cap al torrent originari i, en cap cas, es realitzarà l'abocament a l'interior dels vasos de l'abocador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. S'instal·laran almenys 10 fites per al control dels possibles moviments que pateixi el vas durant el període de clausura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Al punt 7.6.3. Lixiviats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;On diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Els lixiviats que es generin durant la fase d'explotació (pluvials internes de les cel·les en explotació que puguin entrar en contacte amb els residus) es recolliran mitjançant el sistema de recollida de lixiviats i es conduiran, mitjançant col·lector, al dipòsit de lixiviats i des d'allà a la bassa de lixiviats, on es tractaran per evaporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Els lixiviats excedents es reutilitzaran per a la humectació. Es preveu la seva possible utilització a la central per al refredament de cendres. Els valors límits que tindran els lixiviats per poder ser emprats per a humectar les cendres serà els que venen recollits a l'apartat 2.1.2. de la Decisió del Consell 2003/33/CE sobre valors límits per a residus admissibles a abocadors de residus inerts. Els lixiviats que no compleixin amb els requisits no podran esser utilitzats per a aquesta finalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El control de qualitat de lixiviats es preveu al PC 16, a la bassa, i al PC 13, a la entrada al dipòsit de decantació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon.- &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El promotor, en un termini màxim d'un mes, haurà de presentar una proposta a la qual es reculli la metodologia per a la gestió dels lixiviats generats a l'abocador de Biniatria atesa la nova situació operativa de la CT d'Alcúdia. La proposta haurà de tenir en consideració la variació anual en la producció de lixiviats, condicionada per l'estacionalitat de les precipitacions, així com la capacitat de la bassa existent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La present autorització s'atorga sense perjudici de la resta d'autoritzacions i llicències que resultin exigibles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart.-&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Publicar el contingut d'aquesta resolució al BOIB i notificar a GAS Y ELECTRICIDAD GENERACIÓN S.A., al Servei de Residus i Sòls Contaminats i al Servei de Residus del Consell de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
