&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Aprovar les bases que han de regir el procés selectiu per a constituir, mitjançant concurs, una borsa de treball de personal funcionari interí de la categoria psicòleg/a corresponent a l'escala d'administració especial, subescala tècnica, grup A, subgrup A1 de l'Ajuntament de Son Servera, que s'adjunten com annex.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Convocar el procés selectiu per constituir, mitjançant concurs, una borsa de treball de personal funcionari interí de la categoria psicòleg/a corresponent a l'escala d'administració especial, subescala tècnica, grup A, subgrup A1 de l'Ajuntament de Son Servera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Publicar les bases i la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, al Tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament de Son Servera (https://sonservera.eadministracio.cat/board) i a l'apartat “convocatòries de treball públic” de la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Son Servera (www.sonservera.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quart. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comunicar la publicació de la convocatòria a la Junta de Personal d'aquest Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ANNEX&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Bases que han de regir el procés selectiu per a constituir, mitjançant concurs, una borsa de treball de personal funcionari interí de la categoria psicòleg/a corresponent a l'escala d'administració especial, subescala tècnica, grup A, subgrup A1 de l'Ajuntament de Son Servera&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Primera. Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'objecte d'aquesta bases és la creació i gestió d'una borsa de treball de personal funcionari interí de la categoria de psicòleg/a corresponent a l'escala d'administració especial, subescala tècnica, grup A, subgrup A1 de l'Ajuntament de Son Servera per cobrir les necessitats relatives a les circumstàncies que permeten nomenar personal funcionari interí segons allò que preveu l'article 10 del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic (TREBEP).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les funcions a desenvolupar estan determinades a l'annex II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El personal que prengui possessió com a funcionari interí cessarà en les seves funcions quan finalitzi la causa que va donar lloc al seu nomenament, d'acord amb l'article 10.3 del TREBEP, sense que tengui dret a cap indemnització, d'acord amb la legalitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les presents bases defineixen els requisits, mèrits i altres aspectes procedimentals de la selecció, a més de la regulació continguda en el TREBEP, el Reial decret llei 14/2021, de 6 de juliol, de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat en l'ocupació pública i la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot allò no previst en aquestes bases, s'aplicarà supletòriament el Decret 30/2009, de 22 de maig, pel qual s'aprova el procediment de selecció de funcionaris interins de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (CAIB) i la resta de normativa desenvolupada de la LFPIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segona. Requisits específics i condicions de les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per participar en aquest procés selectiu s'ha de formalitzar la sol·licitud en la forma i en el termini establert i s'han de complir, en la data d'acabament del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, els requisits següents, els quals han d'estar en possessió durant tot el procés selectiu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Tenir nacionalitat espanyola o la d'algun Estat membre de la Unió Europea o que, en virtut dels tractats internacionals subscrits per la Unió Europea i ratificats per Espanya, els sigui aplicable la lliure circulació dels treballadors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Tenir 16 anys complerts i no haver arribat a l'edat de jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Estar en possessió del títol de grau o el títol universitari oficial de llicenciat/ada en Psicologia o equivalent, o estar en les condicions d'obtenir-la en la data en què acabi el termini de presentació de sol·licituds. Les equivalències dels títols al·legats que no tinguin el caràcter general, hauran de ser justificades per la persona interessada. En el cas de titulacions obtingudes a l'estranger, la persona aspirant haurà d'estar en possessió de la credencial que n'acrediti l'homologació o de la credencial per al l'exercici de la professió corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Tenir les capacitats i les aptituds físiques i psíquiques necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions de l'especialitat o categoria què correspon la borsa específica a la qual opten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e. No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les Administracions Públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les Comunitats Autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les que exercien en el cas del personal laboral, en què hagués estat separat o inhabilitat. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, al seu Estat, en els mateixos termes l'accés a l'ocupació pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f. Abans de prendre possessió del lloc de treball, la persona interessada haurà de fer constar que no està sotmès a cap supòsit d'incompatibilitat establert en la Llei 53/1984 de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques o comprometre en seu cas, a exercir l'oportuna opció en el període de temps que preveu l'article 10 de la disposició legal anterior, i no percebre pensió de jubilació, de retir o d'orfandat. Així com presentar certificat negatiu de delictes de naturalesa sexual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g. Acreditar els coneixements de llengua catalana corresponents al nivell B2, mitjançant certificat expedit pels organismes competents, inclosos en l'Ordre del conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats, de 21 de febrer de 2013, per la qual es determinen els títols, diplomes i certificats equivalents als certificats de coneixement de llengua catalana de la Direcció General de Cultura i Joventut, i segons el règim temporal i d'equivalències que s'hi estableix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h. En cas de no tenir nacionalitat espanyola, acreditar els coneixements de llengua castellana corresponents al nivell B2 mitjançant certificat expedit pels organismes competents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tercera. Sol·licituds d'admissió i acreditació de mèrits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Les sol·licituds per prendre part en el procés selectiu s'han d'ajustar al model normalitzat, s'han de presentar preferentment pel Registre Electrònic de l'Ajuntament i per defecte en Registre General de l'Ajuntament de Son Servera (plaça Sant Ignasi, 1, 07550, Son Servera).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També podran presentar-se mitjançant les formes previstes en l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El model normalitzat de sol·licitud (annex I) estarà a disposició de les persones interessades, al Registre General i a l'apartat “convocatòries de treball públic” de la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Son Servera, a partir de l'obertura del termini per a la seva presentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà de deu (10) dies hàbils a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. Quan l'últim dia del termini sigui inhàbil, s'entendrà prorrogat al primer dia hàbil següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Juntament amb la sol·licitud, emplenada adequadament, les persones aspirants han d'adjuntar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Còpia del DNI en vigor o, en el cas de no posseir la nacionalitat espanyola, del document oficial acreditatiu de la identitat; o bé, en cas de caducitat, el resguard corresponent de la sol·licitud de renovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Còpia del títol acadèmic exigit per formar part de la borsa (anvers i revers). Si encara no s'ha expedit el títol, el document acreditatiu del títol serà el resguard acreditatiu del pagament dels drets d'expedició juntament amb l'abonament de les taxes o la certificació supletòria provisional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Còpia del certificat que acredita el nivell de coneixements de llengua catalana exigit en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Les persones aspirants amb discapacitat, igual o superior al 33%, han de presentar el certificat que acrediti la condició legal de discapacitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més, han de presentar el certificat dels equips multiprofessionals de la Direcció General d'Atenció a la Dependència, o de l'organisme públic equivalent, sobre les condicions personals d'aptitud per exercir les funcions corresponents a la categoria o especialitat de la borsa a la qual aspira, que ha d'expressar que està en condicions de complir les tasques fonamentals del cos, i si escau, mitjançant les adaptacions necessàries del lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) La documentació acreditativa dels mèrits que s'al·leguen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més, hauran de signar les declaracions incloses a la sol·licitud:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una declaració responsable de que compleixen el requisit de tenir les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions de l'especialitat a què correspon la borsa a la qual opten, inclosa en el model de sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una declaració responsable de no haver estat separat/ada, mitjançant expedient disciplinari, del servei de cap administració pública, dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les comunitats autònomes, ni trobar-se inhabilitades de manera absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, inclosa en el model de sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una declaració responsable de que són certes les dades de la sol·licitud i els documents que s'adjunten en aquesta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits al·legats però no justificats en la forma indicada en aquestes bases no seran valorats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tots els documents presentats en un altre idioma han d'adjuntar la traducció al castellà o català acreditada mitjançant una traducció jurada. Tots els documents expedits a l'estranger s'han de presentar, si escau, degudament legalitzats o postil·lats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La falsedat en les dades que es facin constar en la sol·licitud o en la documentació annexa determina l'exclusió immediata de la persona sol·licitant, sense perjudici de les mesures legals que corresponguin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quarta. Admissió de les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de presentació d'instàncies, el batle aprovarà per resolució la relació provisional d'admesos i exclosos, que es publicarà en el Tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament de Son Servera (https://sonservera.eadministracio.cat/board) i a l'apartat “convocatòries de treball públic” de la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Son Servera (www.sonservera.es), i es concedirà un termini de tres dies hàbils per tal que les persones interessades presentin les al·legacions que considerin oportunes o esmenin la seva sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les possibles reclamacions o al·legacions, si n'hi haguessin, seran acceptades o rebutjades en la resolució que aprovi la relació definitiva d'aspirants admesos i exclosos, que es farà pública de la mateixa manera que la relació anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas de no produir-se reclamacions a la llista provisional s'entendrà aquesta elevada a definitiva sense necessitat de nova resolució, circumstància que es publicarà en els mateixos llocs indicats per la resolució provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els successius anuncis del procediment selectiu es publicaran en el Tauler d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament de Son Servera i a l'apartat “convocatòries de treball públic” de la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Son Servera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cinquena. El Tribunal qualificador &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El Tribunal qualificador es constituirà en la forma que determina el Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic, la Llei 3/2007, de la funció pública de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears i la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El nomenament dels seus membres titulars i respectius suplents, per cobrir les absències que es puguin produir, es publicarà conjuntament amb la relació definitiva de les persones aspirants admeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. El Tribunal estarà format per un/a president/a i dos vocals. Els membres del tribunal han de ser funcionaris de carrera i posseir una titulació acadèmica d'igual o de superior nivell que l'exigit als aspirants per a l'ingrés.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El/la secretari/a, que no formarà part del Tribunal, serà un/a funcionari/a de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Com a mínim un dels membres de l'òrgan de selecció ha de posseir una titulació corresponent a la mateixa àrea de coneixements que l'exigida a les persones aspirants, si aquesta titulació és específica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Hi podrà assistir un observador designat per la Mesa general que tindrà veu però no vot, les funcions seran observar el bon desenvolupament del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. L'abstenció i la recusació dels membres del tribunal s'ha d'ajustar al que preveuen els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic. El Tribunal no es podrà constituir ni actuar sense l'assistència de la meitat dels seus membres, ja siguin titulars o suplents, i les decisions s'adoptaran per majoria. Sempre serà necessària la presència del president i del secretari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. El tribunal queda autoritzat per resoldre dubtes que es presentin i prendre els acords necessaris pel bon ordre del procés selectiu en tot el que no estigui previst en aquestes bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. La indemnització per assistència al tribunal qualificador es regirà per la normativa autonòmica vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sisena. Mèrits a valorar, criteris i forma d'acreditació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El Tribunal valorarà els mèrits presentats per les persones aspirants d'acord amb el barem de l'annex III.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Els criteris generals de la valoració son els següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Les persones aspirants han de presentar tots els documents acreditatius dels seus mèrits ordenats segons l'ordre establert a l'apartat “documentació acreditativa dels mèrits” de la sol·licitud i numerats correlativament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Només es valoraran els mèrits al·legats, acreditats i obtinguts abans de la data de finalització de presentació de sol·licituds en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) En el cas que la documentació acreditativa s'hagi emès en llengua estrangera, perquè es pugui valorar com a mèrit, la persona interessada n'ha de presentar una traducció jurada. Sense aquesta traducció, el mèrit no es pot considerar acreditat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) El estudis acadèmics que es valoren son les titulacions acadèmiques el caràcter oficial o l'equivalència de les quals tengui reconegut i establert el Ministeri d'Educació, Formació Professional i Esports, així com els títols propis de grau i els títols propis de postgrau establerts per les universitats espanyoles en la regulació dels ensenyaments propis, quan estiguin directament relacionades amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça convocada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La valoració com a mèrit d'un títol implica que no es valora el de nivell inferior o el primer cicle que sigui imprescindible per obtenir-lo, excepte en el supòsit del títol de doctor, màster oficial o títol propi de postgrau en el qual sí es pot valorar la llicenciatura o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran les titulacions relacionades del mateix nivell acadèmic o superior, a les exigides com a requisits, sense que en cap cas es pugui valorar l'acreditada com a requisit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el cas de màsters propis o títols propis de postgrau certificats per universitats públiques o privades que no indiquen el tipus de crèdit, s'ha d'entendre que els crèdits són LRU.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) El cursos i accions formatives quan el contingut estigui directament relacionat amb les funcions de la categoria corresponent a la borsa a la qual s'opta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquest apartat s'inclouen els cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris impartits i/o reconeguts per l'Escola Municipal de Formació, l'Institut Nacional d'Administració Pública (INAP), l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP), l'Administració de l'Estat, l'autonòmica o la local, les organitzacions sindicals i associacions empresarials signants dels acords de formació continua de les Administracions públiques, les universitats, els col·legis professionals i les escoles tècniques, o els homologats per qualsevol d'aquestes institucions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També s'inclouen els cursos de formació ocupacional impartits o promoguts pel Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), i per altres entitats o organismes locals, autonòmics o estatals amb competències en matèria de formació ocupacional, quan el contingut estigui relacionat directament relacionat amb les funcions de la categoria corresponent a la borsa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot cas, independentment de la categoria de la borsa, es valoren sempre els:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de l'àrea jurídica administrativa, de l'àrea econòmica, o de gestió i administració pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos d'informàtica vinculats a les funcions d'administració general: processador de textos, full de càlcul, correu electrònic, navegació per internet, i d'altres cursos d'informàtica que es puguin vincular amb les funcions corresponents a administració general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos de formació en matèria de prevenció de riscos laborals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Cursos en matèria de protecció de dades de caràcter personal i els de formació en matèria de qualitat, així com els cursos formatius en matèria d'igualtat de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els crèdits d'aprofitament suposen els d'assistència; és a dir, no són acumulatius l'assistència i l'aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els certificats acreditatius dels cursos i les accions formatives han d'indicar el nombre d'hores o els crèdits dels cursos, de tal manera que un crèdit LRU equival a 10 h de formació i un crèdit ECTS, a 25 h de formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si l'acció formativa no acredita el nombre d'hores, es valorarà amb la puntuació corresponent a una hora per dia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoren les assignatures encaminades a obtenir les titulacions acadèmiques. Tampoc es valoraran els cursos de doctorat ni la impartició d'assignatures a la Universitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els cursos o les accions formatives de contingut idèntic només es poden valorar una vegada. En aquest cas, s'ha de valorar l'acció formativa amb més hores de durada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valoraran com a mèrits els certificats d'accions formatives (cursos o títols) si el seu contingut no permet comprovar de manera fefaent la matèria o temàtica sobre la qual versen, així com la seva relació amb les funcions de la categoria o especialitat o com a formació meritable per qualsevol especialitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Coneixements de llegua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En el supòsit que l'aspirant acrediti la possessió de més d'un certificat, només és objecte de valoració el certificat que acredita un nivell de coneixement més alt, excepte quan es posseeixi certificat de coneixements de llenguatge administratiu, que serà acumulatiu a l'altre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cap cas es valorarà el nivell requerit com a requisit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Forma d'acreditar la documentació dels mèrits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Experiència professional:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Serveis prestats a l'Administració pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest mèrit s'ha d'acreditar amb un certificat de l'organisme corresponent en el qual ha de constar el temps treballat, categoria o especialitat i el grup o subgrup a què pertany. Únicament s'han de valorar els certificats de serveis prestats per la persona aspirant amb anterioritat a la data de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Treballs en entitats públiques empresarials (entitats de dret públic sotmeses al dret privat), consorcis, fundacions del sector públic, empreses societàries del sector públic i empreses privades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquest mèrit s'ha d'acreditar amb el certificat de vida laboral (expedit per la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social o l'òrgan equivalent d'altres països de la Unió Europea), i mitjançant el contracte laboral o un certificat de l'empresa, del consorci o de la fundació corresponent que acrediti la categoria i les funcions que s'han exercit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En els casos que es presentin certificats en els quals constin períodes superposats de serveis prestats, només es computaran els que resultin més favorables per a la persona aspirant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Estudis acadèmics:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una còpia del títol (anvers i revers). Si encara no s'ha expedit el títol, el document acreditatiu del títol serà el resguard acreditatiu del pagament dels drets d'expedició juntament amb l'abonament de les taxes o la certificació supletòria provisional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Cursos i accions formatives:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Una còpia dels certificats o diplomes dels cursos o accions formatives, amb expressió del nombre d'hores i/o crèdits de durada i del contingut o programa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;- Coneixements orals i escrits de català.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Còpia del certificat expedit per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears de conformitat amb el que estableix el Decret 21/2019, de 15 de març, d'avaluació i certificació de coneixements de llengua catalana (BOIB núm. 35 de 16 de març de 2019), còpia del certificat expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública o còpia del certificat reconegut com a equivalent o homologat per l'òrgan competent del Govern de les Illes Balears en matèria de política lingüística.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Setena. Valoració del concurs&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal valorarà els mèrits presentats per les persones aspirants d'acord amb el que es preveu a la base sisena i una vegada conclosa la valoració, el Tribunal farà pública en el tauler d'anuncis electrònic de l'Ajuntament les puntuacions atorgades a cada aspirant, desglossant en els quatre apartats assenyalats en la base sisena (experiència professional, estudis acadèmics, cursos i accions formatives i coneixements orals i escrits de català). Els interessats podran sol·licitar revisió i/o audiència al tribunal dins els tres dies hàbils següents a aquesta publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En cas d'empat, s'ha de resoldre tenint en compte, successivament, els criteris següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Acreditar més temps de serveis prestats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Si persisteix l'empat, s'ha de fer un sorteig.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vuitena. Constitució de la borsa de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop transcorregut el termini del punt 1 de la base setena, si no es presenten al·legacions, o bé un cop que hagin estat examinades les presentades, el Tribunal qualificador donarà per finalitzada la selecció, i elevarà a la Batlia la seva proposta definitiva de relació ordenada de membres de la borsa de treball, per tal que dicti la corresponent resolució de constitució de la borsa de treball. Aquesta resolució serà publicada en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, al tauler d'anuncis electrònic de l'Ajuntament Son Servera i a l'apartat “convocatòries de treball públic” de la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Son Servera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els aspirants que conformin la borsa de treball es trobaran a l'espera de ser cridats per l'Ajuntament per ordre de puntuació quan es produeixi la necessitat de nomenament com a funcionari interí.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Novena. Funcionament de la borsa de treball&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. La borsa de treball estarà formada per les persones aspirants que poden ser nomenades com a personal funcionari interí per substituir les possibles baixes, permisos, llicències, cobrir vacants o qualsevol supòsit de nomenament com a personal funcionari interí, d'acord amb l'article 10 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre pel qual s'aprova el text refós de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Les persones que formin part de la borsa a l'efecte de rebre ofertes de lloc de treball estan en situació de disponible o no disponible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Estan en situació de no disponibles aquelles persones que no han acceptat un lloc ofert perquè concorre alguna de les causes que preveu l'apartat 3 d'aquesta base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Mentre la persona aspirant estigui en situació de no disponible en la borsa, no se li ha d'oferir cap lloc de treball corresponent al mateix cos, escala o especialitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Estan en situació de disponibles la resta de persones aspirants de la borsa i, per tant, se'ls ha de comunicar l'oferta d'un lloc de treball d'acord amb la seva posició en la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Quan sorgeixi una necessitat de cobertura, el departament de Recursos Humans es posarà en contacte telefònic, amb un màxim de tres intents, o per mitjans telemàtics (correu electrònic o SMS), amb la persona a la qual correspongui i li comunicarà el lloc de treball a cobrir i el termini en el qual cal que s'hi incorpori, el qual no serà inferior, si la persona interessada així ho demana, a 2 dies hàbils a comptar des de la comunicació. Quedarà constància escrita a l'expedient, per part del responsable de Recursos Humans, de què la persona ha rebut la comunicació o dels intents realitzats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dins el termini màxim de 24 hores a comptar des de la comunicació, o fins el primer dia hàbil següent si la crida es fa en divendres, la persona integrant de la borsa ha de manifestar el seu interès amb el nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si dins aquest termini no manifesta la conformitat, renuncia expressament al nomenament, si no respon al telèfon de contacte que ha facilitat o altra circumstància que impedesqui la seva incorporació, serà exclosa de la borsa de feina, i s'avisarà al següent de la llista.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que hi renunciïn de forma expressa o tàcita seran excloses de la borsa de treball, llevat que al·leguin, dins del termini establert, la concurrència d'alguna de les circumstàncies que s'exposen a continuació i que s'han de justificar documentalment dins dels tres dies hàbils següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Estar en període d'embaràs, de maternitat o de paternitat, d'adopció o d'acolliment permanent o preadoptiu, incloent-hi el període en què sigui procedent la concessió d'excedència per a cura de fills i filles per qualsevol dels supòsits anteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Prestar serveis en una Administració pública com a personal funcionari interí o com a personal laboral temporal o indefinit no fix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Patir malaltia o incapacitat temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Esser víctima de violència de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Estar, en el moment de la crida, exercint funcions sindicals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquestes persones estan obligades a comunicar per escrit al Departament de Recursos Humans la finalització de les situacions previstes anteriorment, en un termini no superior a deu dies hàbils des que es produeixi, amb la justificació corresponent. La manca de comunicació en el termini establert determinarà l'exclusió de la borsa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan la persona, seleccionada mitjançant aquest sistema de borsa, cessi en el lloc de treball, llevat que sigui per renúncia voluntària, es reincorporarà novament a la borsa de treball amb el mateix ordre de prelació que tenia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desena. Incidències i publicitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal queda facultat per resoldre els dubtes que es presentin a la interpretació d'aquestes bases i prendre els acords necessaris per al bon ordre d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
