&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. &lt;/strong&gt;En data 24 de gener de 2025, la Presidència de l&amp;apos;IMAS va emetre Resolució d&amp;apos;adjudicació de llocs de feina de personal laboral de la Residència Sant Josep creats mitjançant expedient de creació de relació de llocs de feina de personal laboral (Exp. RLF 2/2024) al personal subrogat com a conseqüència de la compra de la Residència per part del Consell de Mallorca. Aquesta Resolució va ser publicada al BOIB en data 30 de gener de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. &lt;/strong&gt;En el punt 1 de la Resolució que fa referència a l&amp;apos;adjudicació de llocs de feina a les persones que han estat objecte de subrogació, apareixen noms i llinatges que contenen errors o estan incomplets.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. &lt;/strong&gt;Les Administracions Publiques podran rectificar en qualsevol moment, d&amp;apos;ofici o a instància dels interessats, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seu actes, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. &lt;/strong&gt;L&amp;apos;òrgan competent per resoldre és la Presidència de l&amp;apos;IMAS, en virtut de les atribucions conferides a l&amp;apos;article 7 dels Estatuts de l&amp;apos;IMAS, aprovats pel Ple del Consell de Mallorca en la sessió de dia 11 d&amp;apos;abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Per tot això, es dicta la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. &lt;/strong&gt;Rectificar les errades detectades en el punt 1 de la Resolució d&amp;apos;adjudicació de llocs de feina de personal laboral de la Residència Sant Josep creats mitjançant expedient de creació de relació de llocs de feina de personal laboral (Exp. RLF 2/2024) al personal subrogat com a conseqüència de la compra de la Residència per part del Consell de Mallorca, de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquesta resolució no posa fi a la via administrativa i contra ella es pot interposar, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;article 28.1 del dels Estatuts de l&amp;apos;IMAS aprovats per Acord del Ple del Consell de Mallorca d&amp;apos;11 d&amp;apos;abril de 2019 (BOIB núm. 67, de 18 de maig de 2019), recurs d&amp;apos;alçada davant el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Mallorca, dins el termini d&amp;apos;un mes, comptador a partir del dia següent al de la notificació de la present resolució. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la desestimació expressa del recurs d&amp;apos;alçada podrà formalitzar-se demanda davant la jurisdicció laboral competent en el termini de dos mesos comptadors a partir del dia següent al de la notificació de la desestimació de l&amp;apos;esmentat recurs, i això d&amp;apos;acord amb el que preveu l&amp;apos;art. 69.2 de la Llei 36/2011, reguladora de la jurisdicció social. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra la desestimació de la reclamació per silenci administratiu, la persona interessada podrà interposar el corresponent recurs davant la jurisdicció laboral competent en qualsevol moment a partir del dia següent a la desestimació presumpta (tres mesos des de la interposició del recurs sense que s&amp;apos;hagi notificat la resolució). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
