&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fets&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Dins del Pla Estratègic d'Esport pel període 2023-2027, es persegueixen els objectius de promoció de la igualtat a l'esport, especialment adreçat a la inclusió plena i efectiva de qualsevol persona amb discapacitat i la dotació de material per al desenvolupament de la pràctica esportiva de les persones amb discapacitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'article 30.12 del títol III, de l'Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears (LO 1/2007, de 28 de febrer) estableix com a competència exclusiva l'esport i el foment, planificació i coordinació de les activitats esportives.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. L'article 21.6 de la Llei 2/2023, de 7 de febrer, de l'activitat física i l'esport de les Illes Balears, preveu que a l'Administració de la comunitat autònoma li correspon la competència d'impulsar ajudes a les persones esportistes amb discapacitat a adaptar-les a la seva condició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Informe del Director General d'Esports justificatiu de la necessitat d'elaborar una convocatòria de subvencions per millorar l'immobilitzat material esportiu de les federacions esportives i l'immobilitzat material esportiu adaptat dels clubs i esportistes d'esports adaptats de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Resolució del conseller de Turisme, Cultura pel la qual s'inicia el procediment d'elaboració d'una convocatòria d'ajudes per millorar l'immobilitzat material esportiu adaptat de les federacions esportives, clubs i esportistes d'esports adaptats de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Aquests ajuts no poden considerar-se d'Estat, ja que, tal com assenyala l'apartat 2 de la Comunicació de la Comissió Europea relativa al concepte d'ajut estatal d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 107.1 del TFUE (DOUE C262/1, de 19 de juliol de 2016), les normes sobre ajuts estatals només s'apliquen quan el beneficiari té activitat econòmica, mentre que aquesta convocatòria s'adreça entitats esportives i persones físiques sense cap tipus d'activitat econòmica. Per altra banda, s'ha de tenir en compte que l'àmbit dels esports adaptats no existeixen esportistes ni entitats esportives professional, ni competicions professional d'esports adaptats. Així mateix, moltes vegades l'adquisició d'immobilitzat material per a la practica d'esports adaptats, s'ha de fer a empreses radicades a altres països de la Unió Europea, donat que en moltes vegades no existeix a Espanya cap empresa que fabrica i ven aquest immobilitzat material adaptat que es molt específic per a cada tipus d'incapacitat física o intel·lectual.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. La Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports, mitjançant la Direcció General d'Esports, exerceix les competències en matèria d'esport i lleure, en compliment de l'article 30.12 de l'Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears, i d'acord amb el que disposa el Decret 10/2023, de 10 de juliol, de la presidenta de les Illes Balears, pel qual s'estableixen les competències i l'estructura orgànica bàsica de les conselleries de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, modificat pel Decret 16/2023, de 20 de juliol de 2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'article 15 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Llei 14/2014, de 29 de desembre, de finances de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, a proposta de la Direcció General d'Esports; de conformitat amb el que disposen l'article 15 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions, i l'article 5.1 de l'Ordre la consellera d'Afers Socials i Esports de 12 de febrer de 2021 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores per concedir subvencions en matèria d'esports; atès l'informe favorable de la Intervenció General; de conformitat amb el que disposa la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, i en ús de les facultats que m'atribueix la Llei 1/2019, de 31 de gener, del Govern de les Illes Balears, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprovar la convocatòria de subvencions destinada a la proporcionar i facilitar l'adquisició d'immobilitzat material per a la practica d'esports adaptats, d'acord amb els punts que disposa l'annex d'aquesta Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aprovar el pressupost d'aquesta convocatòria, que té un import màxim de cinquanta mil euros (50.000,00 €), amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 12301 461A01 78000 00 dels pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Autoritzar una despesa de cinquanta mil euros (50.000,00 €), amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 12301 461A01 78000 00 dels pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Designar la Direcció General d'Esports com a òrgan instructor del procediment de concessió de subvencions derivat d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 57 de la Llei 3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També s'hi pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb l'article 46 de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ANNEX&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px; width:100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Convocatòria de subvencions destinada a proporcionar i facilitar l'adquisició d'immobilitzat material per a la practica d'esports adaptats 2025&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.1 L'objecte d'aquesta convocatòria de subvencions, es proporcionar i facilitar l'adquisició d'immobilitzat material per a la practica d'esports adaptats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.2 Per immobilitzat material esportiu adaptat, s'entén per tal el bé moble no fungible, és a dir, aquell del qual es pot fer ús sense que es consumeixi per l'ús normal per al qual està destinat, utilitzat per a la pràctica esportiva en esports adaptats. Per exemple: jocs de porteries de futbol-5 o goalball, jocs de pals per a suport de xarxes de voleibol assegut...), , vaixells adaptats, piragües i canoes adaptades, etc.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1.3 No es considerarà immobilitzat material esportiu adaptat aquell que pugui utilitzar-se per a la pràctica esportiva estàndard (no adaptada), excepte en el cas que es justifiqui adequadament que el material només serà utilitzat per a la pràctica adaptada. Per exemple generalment no seran subvencionables les cistelles de bàsquet, però sí una piragua sol·licitada per un esportista que hagi participat a proves de piragüisme adaptat durant la temporada 2023/2024 i any 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Règim Jurídic&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1. Aquestes subvencions es regiran per allò que s'estableix particularment en aquesta resolució de convocatòria, pel que preveu el text refós de la Llei de subvencions aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre; per l'Ordre de la consellera d'Afers Socials i Esports de 12 de febrer de 2021 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d'esports (BOIB núm. 23 de 16 de febrer), especialment en tot el que no disposa aquesta convocatòria;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Àmbit temporal&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es consideren despeses subvencionables aquelles que de manera indubtable responguin a l'adquisició d'immobilitzat material per a l'esport adaptat, i s'efectuïn en el període comprès entre 1 de novembre de 2024 i el 31 d'agost de 2025 i hagi estat efectivament pagada en el mateix període.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Pressupost i finançament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. L'import màxim que es destina a aquesta convocatòria és de cinquanta mil euros (50.000,00 €), amb càrrec a la partida pressupostària 12301 461A01 78000 00 dels pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per a l'any 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. Amb l'import de la subvenció es podrà finançar fins al 100&amp;nbsp;% del cost total dels projectes subvencionats, llevat que els beneficiaris disposin d'una altra font de finançament, i en aquest cas només se subvencionarà el percentatge que sol·licitin, sempre que la suma no superi el 100&amp;nbsp;% del cost del projecte corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3. S'estableix un import màxim de projecte de 6.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Entitats beneficiàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1 Poden ser beneficiaris d'aquestes subvencions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les federacions esportives inscrites al Registre d'Entitats Esportives de les Illes Balears, que tinguin degudament reconegudes les disciplines esportives adaptades destinatàries del material, al Registre d'Entitats Esportives de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les delegacions territorials de les federacions esportives espanyoles, anotades al Registre d'Entitats Esportives de les Illes Balears, que tinguin degudament reconegudes les disciplines esportives adaptades destinatàries del material, al Registre d'Entitats Esportives de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els clubs esportius i les seccions esportives d'entitats no esportives regulats pel títol V, capítols I i II, de la Llei 14/2006, de 17 d'octubre, de l'esport de les Illes Balears, i pel Decret 147/1997, de 21 de novembre, pel qual es regulen la constitució i el funcionament dels clubs esportius, modificat pel Decret 214/1999, d'1 d'octubre, inscrits en el Registre d'Entitats Esportives de les Illes Balears, i que tinguin un o varis equips d'esports col·lectius adaptats o bé esportistes d'esports individuals adaptats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els clubs esportius de les Illes Balears amb els següents requisits:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a. Estar inscrits en el Registre d'Entitats Esportives de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b. Estar afiliat a la corresponent federació esportiva de les Illes Balears o afiliat a la corresponent federació espanyola, en el cas que no hi hagi federació esportiva de les Illes Balears,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c. Tenir un o varis equips d'esports col·lectius adaptats o bé esportistes d'esports individuals adaptats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d. Haver competit durant la temporada 2023-24 o l'any 2024, en alguna de les següents competicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Campionats del Mon o d'Europa organitzat per la corresponent federació esportiva internacional o europea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Campionats o proves del calendari oficial de la corresponent federació esportiva espanyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:120px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Campionats o proves del calendari oficial de la corresponent federacions esportives de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:120px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els esportistes d'esports adaptats de les categories infantil, cadet, juvenil o júnior i absoluta, amb:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:200px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i. Llicencia esportiva en vigor, sempre que no tinguin caràcter professional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:200px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ii. Que acreditin una discapacitat com a mínim del 33%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:200px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;iii. Residents a les Illes Balears, amb domicili fiscal a les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:200px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;iv. Haver competit durant la temporada 2023-24 o l'any 2024, en alguna de les següents competicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:200px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Jocs Paralímpics d'estiu de Paris 2024 o als Jocs Paralímpics d'hivern de Beijing 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Campionats del Mon o d'Europa organitzat per la corresponent federació esportiva internacional o europea.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Campionats o proves del calendari oficial de la corresponent federació esportiva espanyola.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Campionats o proves del calendari oficial de la corresponent federacions esportives de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:200px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;v. En cas de no haver competit durant els anys 2023-2024, pot presentar la condició d'esportista d'Alt Nivell Nacional o d'Alt Nivell Balear, que ha d'estar vigent en el moment de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2 Per poder accedir a aquestes subvencions, les federacions esportives han d'estar al corrent de totes les obligacions amb l'Administració esportiva de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, establertes en la legislació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Llei 14/2006, de 17 d'octubre, de l'esport de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decret 33/2014, d'1 d'agost, pel qual es regula el Registre d'Entitats Esportives de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Decret 33/2004, de 2 d'abril, pel qual es regulen les federacions esportives de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.3 Les federacions esportives de les Illes Balears han d'haver complert les obligacions previstes a l'article 31.2.c del Decret 33/2014, d'1 d'agost, pel qual es regula el Registre d'Entitats Esportives de les Illes Balears, referides a la presentació de la rendició de comptes del darrer exercici (2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.4. Les persones i entitats beneficiàries estaran subjectes a les obligacions derivades del contingut de les bases reguladores d'aquesta subvenció, de la resolució de concessió de les subvencions i, en general, de la normativa vigent que se li aplica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.5 Les persones i entitats beneficiàries no poden incórrer en cap de les circumstàncies que preveuen els articles 13.2 i 3 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions, que impedeixen obtenir la condició de beneficiària, així com els articles 10.1 i 2 del Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Obligacions de les persones beneficiàries&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. D'acord amb l'article 17 de l'Ordre de la consellera d'Afers Socials i Esports de 12 de febrer de 2021, les persones i entitats beneficiàries d'aquestes subvencions tenen les obligacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Comunicar a l'òrgan competent que s'accepta la proposta de resolució o que s'hi renuncia, en els termes de la resolució de la convocatòria. En qualsevol cas, es considera que la persona beneficiària desisteix de la proposta si no manifesta l'acceptació en el termini indicat en el punt 14.5.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Acreditar davant la Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports que es compleixen de manera efectiva els requisits i les condicions per accedir als ajuts i, en especial, que es manté l'activitat subvencionada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Acreditar, de la manera establerta reglamentàriament, abans que es dicti la proposta de resolució de concessió, que s'està al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions tributàries i amb la Seguretat Social davant l'Administració de l'Estat i de les obligacions tributàries davant la Hisenda autonòmica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) Comunicar a l'òrgan que concedeix les subvencions qualsevol variació de la seva situació que pugui tenir incidència en la conservació i la quantia dels ajuts, en el termini de vint dies hàbils comptadors des que s'origini la variació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Assumir la diferència econòmica entre l'import de la quantitat concedida i el cost de l'activitat per a la qual se sol·licita la subvenció, ja sigui amb fons propis, o bé a través d'aportacions de tercers, garantint que aquesta es faci efectiva en els terminis i condicions establerts per a l'atorgament de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Comunicar a l'òrgan concedent l'obtenció d'altres subvencions, ajuts o finançament per a la mateixa finalitat, procedents de qualsevol administració pública o ens privat o públic, tant nacional com estranger, en el termini de tres dies hàbils des de la sol·licitud o obtenció de la subvenció concurrent i, en tot cas, abans de la justificació de l'aplicació que s'hagi donat als fons percebuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) Facilitar tota la informació que els requereixi l'òrgan de control financer corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Col·laborar amb les actuacions de control i comprovació que puguin dur a terme els òrgans competents, i aportar tota la informació i la documentació que li requereixin en l'exercici d'aquestes actuacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Aportar una memòria justificativa de l'aplicació dels ajuts atorgats i que n'expliqui la realització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;k) Justificar les despeses efectuades amb càrrec als ajuts atorgats, en la forma escaient i dins el termini establert, amb caràcter general, en aquesta norma i, amb caràcter específic, en les resolucions de concessió corresponents. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;l) Mantenir l'afectació de la inversió a l'activitat esportiva adaptada durant 2 anys, segons l'article 17.2 b) de l'Ordre de Bases, i l'article 40.4 del Text refós de la Llei de Subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2. La persona i/o entitat beneficiària ha d'executar tot el projecte aprovat que hagi fonamentat la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Despeses subvencionables&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.1 Són objecte d'aquesta convocatòria :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Immobilitzat material de la superfície a on es realitza la pràctica d'esports adaptats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Immobilitzat material imprescindible per a la pràctica d'esports adaptats, que està fix durant la competició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Immobilitzat material imprescindible per a la pràctica d'esports adaptats, que és mòbil durant la pràctica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Equipament o immobilitzat material esportiu suport específic per l'entrenament de esportistes amb discapacitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les despeses de transport i muntatge del material immobilitzat en el moment de la seva adquisició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.2 Immobilitzat material per les especialitats esportives reconegudes per qualsevol de les següents federacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Federació d'Esports Adaptats de les Illes Balears (fesaib.org).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Federación Española de Deportes de Personas con Discapacidad Física (https://www.feddf.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Federación Española de Deportes de Personas con Parálisis Cerebral y Daño Cerebral Adquirido (https://www.fedpc.org).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Federación Española de Deportes con Discapacidad Intelectual (https://www.feddi.org).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Federación Española de Deportes para Sordos (https://feds.es/deportes).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Federación Española de Deportes para Ciegos (https://feds.es/deportes).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.3. També s'accepten les especialitats de discapacitat física, paràlisi cerebral, discapacitat intel·lectual, per a sords i per a cecs, la gestió de les quals hagi estat transferida a les corresponents Federacions esportives de les Illes Balears o bé federacions esportives d'àmbit nacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.4. Per altra banda, el material esportiu NO SUBVENCIONABLE és tot aquell que es considera fungible, és a dir, que es deteriora o desgasta amb l'ús.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Roba esportiva i sabates en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Atletisme (sabates...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Caça, pesca i tir (dianes fungibles, munició, fletxes, plats, hèlices...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ciclisme i triatló (ancoratges, neoprens, ulleres, guants...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Escacs (jocs d'escacs d'entrenament).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esports a l'aire lliure (peus de gat, botes, motxilles, cordes...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esports aeris (ulleres, granota (indumentària)...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esports amb animals (botes, gàbies...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esports aquàtics (gorres, ulleres, aletes, elements de suport a la flotabilitat...) .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esports d'hivern (granota, ulleres, guants...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esports de combat (quimonos, cinturons, guants, protectors...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esports de motor (recanvis, monos...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esports de pilota (pilotes en general, plomes bàdminton, pals beisbol, pals i boles de billar, boles bitlles, bitlles...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esports de raqueta (pilotes, cordes...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esports nàutics (armilles salvavides...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Gimnàstica (pilotes, cintes, calleres, magnesi...)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Petanca (joc de boles).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.5. Tampoc tindrà la consideració de despesa subvencionable el següent material:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Ulleres i rellotges o dispositius tecnològics de seguiment de la pràctica esportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Material esportiu igual, similar o homòleg subvencionat pel Govern de les Illes Balears a la convocatòria de l'any 2024, que tingués un preu superior a 2.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.6. L'import mínim per a que un material sigui acceptat és de 150 € per unitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7.7. En cap cas tindran la consideració de despesa subvencionable, les factures emeses per clubs esportius afiliats a la federació esportiva de les Illes Balears beneficiari de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Documentació que cal presentar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.1. Les entitats o persones interessades han de presentar una sol·licitud, i que ha de signar la persona representant legal de l'entitat o la persona física, en cas dels esportistes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.2. A la sol·licitud s'hi ha d'adjuntar la documentació següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Imprès de sol·licitud emplenat, en el qual constin les dades del beneficiari i signat adequadament per la persona sol·licitant o la persona autoritzada per aquesta o el seu representant legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Identificació del sol·licitant: fotocòpia del document oficial d'identificació de la persona sol·licitant i de la persona autoritzada o del representant legal, si escau, i acreditació de la representació actualitzada o indicació de l'expedient de constància a l'Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Declaració responsable de la persona sol·licitant, que al moment de la sol·licitud té domicili fiscal a Espanya, o bé, certificat acreditatiu de l'Agencia Tributaria d'aquesta circumstancia.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) De conformitat amb l'article 28.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article 61 del Reial Decret 203/2021, de 30 de març, pel qual aprova el Reglament d'Actuació i Funcionament del sector públic per mitjans electrònics, la Conselleria de Turisme, Cultura i Esports pot obtenir —excepte l'oposició expressa de la persona interessada que s'ha de fer constar en el model de sol·licitud—els certificats acreditatius que l'entitat interessada està al corrent de les obligacions amb l'Agència Tributària Estatal i la Seguretat Social, si escau, a més de la verificació de les dades d'identitat (NIF). En cas que no s'autoritzin aquestes consultes, ha d'aportar la documentació acreditativa d'estar al corrent de les obligacions anteriors, a més d'una còpia del document d'identitat, si escau, juntament amb la sol·licitud d'ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'òrgan instructor comprovarà d'ofici el compliment de les obligacions amb la Hisenda de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) Una declaració responsable signada (imprès 2) que inclou:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1r) Que la persona sol·licitant no es troba incursa en cap dels supòsits de prohibició per ser beneficiària de subvencions que estableix l'article 10 del text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, en relació amb l'article 13 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2n) Que la persona sol·licitant es compromet a complir les obligacions que estableix l'article 11 del text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3r) Que la persona sol·licitant es compromet a complir les obligacions que estableix l'article 17 de l'Ordre de la consellera d'Afers Socials i Esports de 12 de febrer de 2021 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d'esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4t) Que la persona sol·licitant es compromet a complir les obligacions establertes al punt 6 d'aquesta convocatòria de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5è) Que la persona sol·licitant no ha estat mai objecte de sancions administratives fermes, ni de sentències fermes condemnatòries per haver exercit o tolerat pràctiques laborals considerades discriminatòries per raó de sexe o de gènere, en compliment de l'article 11 de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6è) Que es compromet a complir les obligacions establertes en la Llei 31/1995, de 8 de novembre, de prevenció de riscos laborals i que no ha estat sancionada, en virtut de resolució administrativa o sentència judicial ferma, per falta greu o molt greu en matèria de prevenció de riscos laborals, durant l'any immediatament anterior a la data de sol·licitud de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7è) No trobar-se, la persona que exerceixi la representació legal de l'entitat, en els supòsits d'incompatibilitat establerts a la normativa vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;f) Una declaració responsable signada de la veracitat de les dades bancàries aportades, excepte que ja consti, tramitada vàlidament, en els arxius de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. En aquest cas, és suficient indicar-ne les dades. La titularitat del compte bancari ha de ser de la persona o entitat beneficiària de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;g) La documentació justificativa indicada al punt 9 de la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;h) Una declaració responsable en la qual es faci constar que la persona sol·licitant no ha sol·licitat ni rebut cap altre ajut per a la mateixa finalitat de qualsevol administració pública o ens privat o públic, tant nacional com estranger, o, en cas contrari, una relació de les entitats a les quals ha sol·licitat una subvenció o n'ha obtingut alguna, amb indicació de la quantia sol·licitada o concedida (imprès 8).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i) Així mateix, en aplicació de l'article 40 del text refós de la Llei de subvencions, l'entitat beneficiària ha d'haver sol·licitat tres pressuposts quan l'import de la despesa subvencionable superi les quanties que estableix la legislació estatal en matèria de contractes del sector públic per als contractes menors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'elecció entre les ofertes presentades s'ha de fer d'acord amb criteris d'eficiència i economia, i s'ha de justificar expressament quan no recaigui en la proposta econòmica més avantatjosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.3 Documentació específica per a l'adquisició d'immobilitzat material esportiu adaptat:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Per a cada tipus de material adquirit s'haurà d'indicar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Justificació de la necessitat de l'adquisició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Instal·lació o lloc a on quedarà emmagatzemat el material.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;I en el cas de clubs i federacions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;
	&lt;ul class="decimal"&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Persona o persones responsables de la custodia d'aquest material, amb informació per poder contactar (correu o telèfon).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
		&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quines entitats, equips o persones (en general) podran utilitzar aquest material.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;/ul&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Federacions esportives i delegacions territorials de les Illes Balears:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració responsable de que la federació té reconeguda als seus estatuts vigents la modalitat esportiva adaptada a la que es destinarà l'ús del material. S'exclou a la Federació d'Esports Adaptats de les Illes Balears de la necessitat de presentar aquesta declaració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Competicions federatives d'esports adaptats que ha organitzat durant la temporada 2023/2024 o any 2024, i resultats esportiu obtinguts a les mateixes, a les que s'utilitza habitualment el material sol·licitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Esportistes d'esports adaptats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat d'empadronament a un municipi de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració responsable de la persona sol·licitant, que al moment de la sol·licitud té domicili fiscal a les Illes Balears, o bé, certificat acreditatiu de l'Agencia Tributaria d'aquesta circumstancia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració responsable de la persona sol·licitant de no tenir vigent cap sanció ferma greu o molt greu en matèria esportiva, cap sanció ferma per dopatge, ni cap sanció penal ferma per delictes relacionats amb el dopatge (inclòs a l'imprès de sol·licitud, declaracions responsables).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat de reconeixement, declaració i qualificació de la situació de discapacitat. Acreditar com a mínim el 33% de discapacitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració responsable indicant si ha competit als Jocs Paralímpics d'estiu de Paris 2024 o als Jocs Paralímpics d'hivern de Beijing 2022.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració responsable indicant si ha competit en campionats del mon, d'Europa, d'Espanya o de les Illes Balears, organitzats per la corresponent federació esportiva, durant la temporada 2023/2024 o any 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Còpia dels resultats esportius obtinguts durant la temporada 2023/2024 o any 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració responsable indicant si té reconeguda en el moment de la sol·licitud la condició d'esportista d'Alt Nivell Nacional&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració responsable indicant si en el moment de la sol·licitud té reconeguda la condició d'esportista d'Alt Nivell Balear.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Còpia de la llicència esportiva de l'any 2025 d'una federació esportiva de les Illes Balears o bé llicència nacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Clubs amb equips d'esports adaptats:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificació de la federació esportiva de les Illes Balears corresponent relativa a la condició d'equip d'esports adaptats, o certificació de la federació esportiva espanyola corresponent, en el cas que no hi hagi federació esportiva de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Competicions oficials en que ha participat a les que s'utilitza habitualment el material sol·licitat, durant la temporada 2023/2024 o any 2024, i resultats esportiu obtinguts a les mateixes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.3 L'òrgan instructor comprovarà d'ofici la constitució i la inscripció en el Registre d'Entitats Esportives de les Illes Balears de les federacions esportives de les Illes Balears, com també l'acreditació de la representació amb què actua la persona signant de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.4 Així mateix, l'òrgan instructor comprovarà d'ofici l'anotació en el Registre d'Entitats Esportives de les Illes Balears de les delegacions territorials de les federacions esportives espanyoles, com també l'acreditació de la representació amb què actua la persona signant de la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.5. Els tècnics de la Direcció General d'Esports poden sol·licitar, a més, tota la documentació complementària que considerin necessària per avaluar correctament la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.6. En relació amb la documentació que determinen els apartats anteriors, cal comunicar a la Direcció General d'Esports qualsevol modificació que es produeixi durant el període subvencionat fins que es presenti la justificació final del projecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.7. La presentació de la sol·licitud suposa que l'entitat autoritza els tècnics de la Direcció General d'Esports perquè puguin demanar a altres administracions qualsevol documentació, i les dades i els informes que considerin necessaris per tramitar l'expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8.8. La presentació de la sol·licitud implica l'acceptació de les prescripcions que conté aquesta convocatòria i de tota la normativa aplicable en matèria de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Justificació dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.1. Les persones i entitats beneficiàries han de justificar el 100 % mitjançant la presentació de la documentació justificativa que acrediti la realització de la despesa, signada per la persona beneficiaria o del seu representant, d'acord amb l'article 20 de l'Ordre de bases del 12 de febrer de 2021, i fent servir els models que es troben a disposició de les persones i entitats interessades a l'adreça d'Internet www.caib.es.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els documents justificatius s'hauran de presentar d'acord amb el termini establert al punt 16.1 d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.2. El contingut de la documentació per a la justificació que s'ha de presentar és el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) L'actuació justificativa del compliment de les condicions imposades a la concessió de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Una memòria econòmica justificativa del cost de l'activitat feta, que, d'acord amb l'article 21.1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de l'Ordre de bases del 12 de febrer de 2021, inclogui&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1r) Una relació classificada de les despeses, amb la identificació del creditor i del document, l'import, la data d'emissió i la data de pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2n) Una relació detallada d'altres ingressos o subvencions que hagin finançat l'activitat subvencionada, amb indicació de l'import i la procedència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3r) Els tres pressuposts que, si escau, i en aplicació de l'article 40.3 del text refós de la Llei de subvencions, ha d'haver sol·licitat la persona o entitat beneficiària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4t) Una declaració responsable actualitzada en la qual es faci constar que la persona sol·licitant no ha sol·licitat ni rebut cap altre ajut per a la mateixa finalitat de qualsevol administració pública o ens privat o públic, tant nacional com estranger, o, en cas contrari, una relació de les entitats a les quals ha sol·licitat una subvenció per a la mateixa finalitat o de les quals n'ha obtingut alguna, amb indicació de la quantia concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Totes les factures degudament autoritzades —i d'altres documents de valor probatori equivalent que acreditin la realització de les activitats subvencionades— que justifiquin les despeses incorporades al compte justificatiu a què fa referència la lletra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; anterior, i la documentació acreditativa del pagament, abans de l'1 de setembre de 2025, així com de tots els certificats bancaris i d'altres justificants de pagament que acreditin la data i l'import del pagament de les despeses derivades de l'execució de les despeses per les quals s'ha concedit. Els certificats bancaris han d'indicar la persona beneficiària de la transferència, que ha de coincidir amb l'entitat que emet la factura. La documentació obtinguda per banca electrònica (descàrregues de banca en línia) ha d'estar degudament segellada per l'entitat bancària corresponent en els casos en què l'òrgan gestor ho requereixi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Les factures han d'indicar les dades següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul style="margin-left:40px"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Raó social i NIF de l'entitat subministradora de l'immobilitzat material esportiu adaptat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Raó social i NIF de la persona beneficiaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Data d'emissió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Data efectiva del pagament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.3. L'aplicació dels fons percebuts no s'entén del tot justificada fins que no s'hagi acreditat, com a mínim, l'import del projecte presentat, amb independència de l'import de la subvenció concedida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.4. Les persones i entitats beneficiàries de la subvenció disposen d'un termini de quinze dies per esmenar els defectes en la justificació de la subvenció que, si escau, apreciï l'òrgan competent per comprovar dita justificació, amb la comunicació prèvia per escrit adreçada a l'entitat beneficiària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9.5. En tots els documents justificatius de la subvenció han d'aparèixer, de manera clara i inequívoca, el nom i el NIF de la persona beneficiària de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Nombre, lloc i termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.1. En cas que es presenti diverses actuacions hauran d'especificar-se en el mateix projecte i en una única sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.2 Dins el termini de 20 dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació d'aquesta convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;les persones interessades han de presentar les sol·licituds de forma electrònica mitjançant el tràmit telemàtic que estarà disponible al procediment publicat a la Seu Electrònica d'aquesta Administració, de conformitat amb l'article 66.6 de la Llei 39/2015, s'hi haurà d'adjuntar la documentació específica del procediment que estarà disponible a la Seu Electrònica d'aquesta Administració, signada electrònicament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.3 En cas de presentar-la de manera presencial, l'Administració, conforme a allò que estableix l'article 68.4 de la Llei 39/2015, els requerirà perquè la realitzin en la forma indicada anteriorment. A aquests efectes, es considerarà com a data de presentació de la sol·licitud aquella en què s'hagi dut a terme l'esmena.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.4 No es tindran per presentades en el registre les sol·licituds que es presentin per qualsevol altra via telemàtica diferent d'aquest tràmit telemàtic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10.5. Els impresos oficials de la sol·licitud i dels documents que s'han d'emplenar i presentar són a disposició de les persones i entitats interessades en els enllaços del web de la Direcció General d'Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan en la sol·licitud s'hi inclogui una adreça de correu electrònic, s'entendrà que aquesta adreça s'aporta a l'efecte dels avisos que s'esmenten en l'article 41.6 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Examen de la documentació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.1. Els serveis tècnics de la Direcció General d'Esports han d'examinar les sol·licituds i la documentació que s'hi adjunta per determinar si el projecte s'adequa al que estableix aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.2. D'acord amb el que disposa l'article 21.5 de la Llei 39/2015, quan el nombre de les sol·licituds formulades o de les persones i entitats afectades pugui suposar un incompliment del termini màxim de resolució, l'òrgan competent per resoldre, a proposta raonada de l'òrgan instructor, o el superior jeràrquic de l'òrgan competent per resoldre, a proposta d'aquest òrgan, poden habilitar els mitjans personals i materials per complir el despatx adequat i en el termini escaient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11.3. En el cas que les sol·licituds no compleixin els requisits legals o els que exigeix aquesta convocatòria, o no incorporin la documentació esmentada en l'apartat anterior, s'ha de requerir a l'entitat interessada que, en el termini de deu dies hàbils, esmeni el defecte o aporti la documentació que manca, amb indicació que, si no ho fa, es considerarà que desisteix de la seva petició, amb la resolució prèvia que s'ha de dictar d'acord amb l'article 21 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12. Comissió Avaluadora&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.1. De conformitat amb l'article 12 de l'Ordre de la consellera d'Afers Social i Esports de 12 de febrer de 2021 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores per concedir subvencions en matèria d'esports (BOIB núm. 23, de 16 de febrer de 2021), es constitueix la Comissió Avaluadora, composta per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;President: el cap del Servei de Planificació i Formació de la Direcció General d'Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Secretària: la cap de la Secció VI de la Direcció General d'Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocals: tres funcionaris tècnics superior de la Direcció General d'Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.2 Les funcions de la Comissió Avaluadora són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Examinar les sol·licituds presentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Emetre l'informe que ha de servir de base per elaborar la proposta de resolució que ha de formular la Direcció General d'Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les decisions d'aquesta Comissió es prenen per majoria simple i en cas d'empat el president té el dret de vot de qualitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;12.3. En el cas que, segons el que estableix l'article 21.5 de la Llei 39/2015, s'habilitin mitjans personals per resoldre el procediment dins el termini, es pot ampliar el personal tècnic de les direccions generals que formen part de la Comissió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13. Comissió Tècnica&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.1 Per criteris esportius i tècnics i de conformitat amb l'article 12.3 de l'Ordre del de la consellera d'Afers Social i Esports de 12 de febrer de 2021 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores per concedir subvencions en matèria d'esports (BOIB núm. 23, de 16 de febrer de 2021), es constitueix la Comissió Tècnica, composta per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dos membres del personal tècnic de la Direcció General d'Esports, per designació del seu director general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dos membres del personal tècnic de la Fundació per a l'Esport Balear, a proposta del seu gerent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;13.2 Les funcions de la Comissió Tècnica són:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Avaluar les sol·licituds presentades dins del termini, d'acord amb els criteris d'avaluació establerts en el punt 15.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Determinar si el material esportiu presentat al pressupost dels projectes compleixen les condicions per a ser subvencionat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Emetre l'informe tècnic que ha de servir de base a la Comissió Avaluadora perquè aquesta emeti l'informe que ha de servir de base per elaborar la proposta de resolució que ha de formular la Direcció General d'Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14. Instrucció del procediment, resolució i notificació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.1. L'òrgan competent per instruir el procediment és el director general d'Esports, qui ha de dur a terme, d'ofici, les actuacions necessàries per instruir i tramitar el procediment, d'acord amb el que estableix l'article 16 del text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.2. Abans de la proposta de resolució, l'òrgan instructor pot donar audiència a les entitats interessades durant un termini de deu dies hàbils a l'efecte de proposar la millora de la sol·licitud i, en particular, la modificació del pressupost presentat per l'entitat sol·licitant o de les condicions i la forma de realització de l'activitat, sempre que això no perjudiqui terceres persones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En aquests casos, s'ha de demanar la conformitat de l'entitat sol·licitant, conformitat que s'ha d'entendre atorgada si la proposta formulada per l'òrgan instructor explicita clarament les modificacions corresponents i l'entitat sol·licitant no hi manifesta oposició, per escrit, en un termini de deu dies hàbils. En qualsevol altre cas, la sol·licitud s'ha de mantenir en els termes expressats per l'entitat sol·licitant en l'escrit inicial, sens perjudici de les correccions que, si escau, es desprenguin de l'escrit d'oposició que presenti.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També s'ha de concedir el tràmit d'audiència esmentat anteriorment en el cas d'haver-se desestimat la sol·licitud de l'entitat o en el cas que l'import de la subvenció proposada sigui inferior a la quantitat sol·licitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.3. L'òrgan instructor, a la vista de l'expedient i de l'informe de la Comissió Avaluadora, ha de formular la proposta de resolució, la qual s'ha de pronunciar sobre tots els aspectes relatius a la resolució establerts en l'article 14 de l'Ordre de bases reguladores del 12 de febrer de 2021, i si escau, sobre les modificacions indicades en el paràgraf anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La proposta de resolució no crea cap dret a favor de la persona beneficiària proposada davant l'Administració mentre no es dicti la resolució de concessió i es notifiqui o publiqui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.4. La proposta de resolució s'ha de publicar al web de la Direcció General d'Esports, i té els mateixos efectes que la notificació, d'acord amb l'article 45 de la Llei 39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.5. Una vegada formulada i publicada la proposta de resolució, les persones i entitats beneficiàries han de comunicar a l'òrgan instructor que accepten la proposta o bé que hi renuncien, en el termini de cinc dies hàbils. En tot cas, es considera que l'entitat beneficiària renuncia a la proposta de resolució si no hi manifesta la acceptació dins el termini atorgat, comptador des de l'endemà que se li hagi notificat o publicat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.6. L'òrgan competent per resoldre els procediments de concessió de les subvencions que determina aquesta convocatòria és el conseller de Turisme, Cultura i Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.7. La resolució dictada en aquest procediment, que posa fi a la via administrativa, s'ha de publicar al &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;i&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;al web de la Direcció General d'Esports, d'acord amb l'article 45 de la Llei 39/2015; ha de ser motivada i ha de fixar, en cas de concessió, la quantia individual de la subvenció de cada una de les entitats que hagin estat subvencionades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.8. El termini màxim per resoldre el procediment i publicar les resolucions és de sis mesos, comptadors des de la data d'acabament del termini de presentació de sol·licituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.9. Les sol·licituds no resoltes en el termini fixat en l'apartat anterior s'han de considerar desestimades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.10. En el supòsit que el procediment de concessió es paralitzi per qualsevol causa imputable a la persona sol·licitant de la subvenció per la falta de compliment d'algun tràmit preceptiu en el termini atorgat, es pot declarar-la decaiguda en el seu dret al tràmit corresponent. La Direcció General d'Esports pot proposar la resolució del procediment a l'òrgan competent per resoldre. Una vegada dictada la resolució, s'ha de notificar a la persona interessada. No obstant això, sempre que no afecti a tercers, s'ha d'admetre l'actuació de l'interessat i produir efectes legals, si es produís abans o en el dia en què es notifiqui la resolució en què es tingui per transcorregut el termini.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;14.11 Qualsevol alteració de les condicions exigides per concedir la subvenció i, en tot cas, l'obtenció concurrent de subvencions o ajuts atorgats per altres administracions o ens públics o privats, estatals o internacionals, pot donar lloc a la modificació de la resolució de concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15. Criteris de valoració i determinació de l'import de la subvenció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.1. La concessió dels ajuts s'ha de regir pels principis de publicitat, transparència, concurrència, objectivitat, igualtat i no-discriminació, eficàcia en el compliment dels objectius fixats per l'òrgan o entitat que els atorga, i eficiència en l'assignació i la utilització dels recursos públics.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.2. Les sol·licituds de les persones i entitats beneficiàries es seleccionen d'acord amb el que disposen els articles 17.1 i 18 del text refós de la Llei de subvencions, els articles 6 i 7 de l'Ordre de Bases de 12 de febrer de 2021 i el que disposa aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.3. En cap cas, l'import de la subvenció concedida no pot ser superior a la quantia sol·licitada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.4. L'import de la subvenció concedida no pot ser d'una quantia que, de manera aïllada o en concurrència amb altres subvencions o ajuts, superi el cost de l'activitat objecte de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;15.5. La Comissió Avaluadora ha d'aplicar el procediment de valoració i determinació de l'import de la subvenció que es detalla a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A.- S'assignarà un nombre de punts per € pel cost del material (import del projecte acceptat) segons el perfil del sol·licitant:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esportista JJOO Paris 2024 o Beijing 2022 1,00 punts per €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esportista d'Alt Nivell Nacional 0,90 punts per €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esportista d'Alt Nivell de les Illes Balears 0,75 punts per €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Esportista federat 0,60 punts per €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Clubs amb equips d'esports adaptats 0,50 punts per €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Federació esportiva 0,40 punts per €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'import del projecte no podrà ser en cap cas superior a 6.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;B.- Sumar els punts assignats a totes les entitats i persones, i calcular l'import punt dividint els 50.000,00 € entre el total de punts calculat anteriorment, per tal d'obtenir el valor punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;C.- Calcular els imports de les subvencions per les sol·licituds presentades multiplicant els punts obtinguts pel valor punt, i ajustant aquest import amb l'import sol·licitat i amb el valor màxim d'ajut de 6.000 €.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;D. Si, com a conseqüència d'aquesta distribució queda un romanent, s'ha de repartir amb el mateix sistema entre la resta de beneficiaris.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16. Termini de justificació i pagament dels ajuts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.1 El darrer dia per justificar l'ajut és dia 12 de setembre de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;16.2 Es farà un pagament del 100 % de l'import concedit, una vegada justificada completament la realització de les actuacions objecte de la subvenció, durant l'any 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17. Pagament&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.1 El pagament de la subvenció únicament es pot fer efectiu una vegada justificada l'activitat que se subvenciona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.2 Amb caràcter general, l'import de les subvencions s'ha d'abonar, una vegada justificat el compliment de la finalitat per a la qual es varen concedir, a partir del que resulti de la liquidació de la justificació de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.3 La justificació, la liquidació i el pagament consegüent és farà en un sol moment en acabar l'activitat, mitjançant justificació i liquidació total.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.4 La liquidació de la subvenció s'ha de dictar i notificar en el termini de nou mesos a comptar des de la presentació de la justificació per la persona interessada o, si s'escau, des de l'endemà del termini màxim per presentar-la, sens perjudici que, prèviament, s'hagi de requerir a la persona interessada perquè la presenti en un termini addicional de quinze dies improrrogables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.5 Per al còmput del termini de nou mesos a què es refereix el paràgraf anterior no s'han de tenir en compte els períodes d'interrupció justificada de les actuacions ni les dilacions que es puguin produir per causes no imputables a l'administració concedent, sempre que es documentin de manera adequada fent constar les dades d'inici i acabament de cada període, per dies naturals, i el motiu de la interrupció o la dilació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.6 La liquidació de la subvenció s'ha de dictar en el marc de les actuacions de comprovació, i que constitueix un pressupost de l'obligació de pagament total que, si s'escau, correspongui a favor de la persona interessada i a càrrec de l'administració concedent, com també, si s'escau, de l'inici per l'òrgan competent i a instància de l'òrgan gestor del procediment de revocació o de reintegrament total de la subvenció concedida i no justificada totalment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.7 En tot cas, la liquidació de la subvenció per l'òrgan gestor no impedeix ni afecta la realització d'altres actuacions ulteriors de control intern o extern previstes en aquesta llei i en la resta de la legislació aplicable per part dels òrgans competents en cada cas, amb l'abast i les conseqüències jurídiques corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.8 El transcurs del termini màxim per dictar i notificar la liquidació no impedirà que l'òrgan gestor la dicti i la notifiqui, llevat, si escau, que abans de dictar-la s'hagin iniciat altres actuacions de control pels òrgans a què es refereix l'apartat anterior o s'hagi iniciat un procediment de revocació o de reintegrament de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;17.9. Sens perjudici de la resta de supòsits a què fa referència l'article 39.2 de la Llei general de subvencions, quan l'interessat presenti la justificació de la subvenció en el termini corresponent, el còmput del termini de prescripció del dret de l'administració concedent a liquidar l'eventual reintegrament que, si s'escau, pertoqui s'inicia l'endemà de la notificació de la liquidació de la subvenció o del transcurs del termini màxim per dictar-la i notificar-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18. Avaluació i control&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.1. Les persones i entitats beneficiàries queden sotmeses a les mesures de comprovació i fiscalització que estableix la legislació de finances i pressuposts de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears quant a la concessió i el control dels ajuts públics. A més, han de facilitar tota la informació que els requereixin l'òrgan instructor, la Intervenció General de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears, la Sindicatura de Comptes o altres òrgans de control extern.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.2. L'ocultació de qualsevol informació sobre els requisits dona lloc a la denegació o a la revocació de l'ajut atorgat, sens perjudici de les responsabilitats que se'n puguin derivar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;18.3 L'òrgan gestor inclourà les dades dels beneficiaris d'aquest ajuts a la Base de Dades Nacional d'Ajuts (BDNS).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19. Revocació dels ajuts concedits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.1. L'alteració, intencionada o no, de les condicions tingudes en compte per concedir la subvenció, l'incompliment total o parcial de les obligacions o dels compromisos que ha de complir l'entitat beneficiària i, en tot cas, l'obtenció de subvencions incompatibles prèviament o posteriorment a la resolució de concessió són causes de revocació, total o parcial, de la subvenció atorgada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;19.2. La revocació de la subvenció s'ha de dur a terme mitjançant una resolució de modificació de la resolució de concessió, que n'ha d'especificar la causa, com també la valoració del grau d'incompliment, i ha de fixar l'import que, si pertoca, ha de percebre finalment l'entitat beneficiària. A aquest efecte, s'entén com a resolució de modificació la resolució de pagament dictada en el procediment d'execució pressupostària que tingui tots aquests requisits. No obstant això, en els casos en què, com a conseqüència de l'abonament previ de la subvenció, l'entitat beneficiària n'hagi de reintegrar la totalitat o una part, no s'ha de dictar cap resolució de modificació i s'ha d'iniciar el procediment de reintegrament corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A aquests efectes, s'han de tenir en compte el principi general de proporcionalitat, com també la resta de criteris de gradació que estableix l'article 30.3 de l'Ordre de la consellera d'Afers Socials i Esports de 12 de febrer de 2021, per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d'esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20. Reintegrament dels ajuts concedits&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20.1. Les causes i l'import del reintegrament total o parcial, de la subvenció, com també el procediment per exigir-lo, es regeixen pel que estableix l'article 44 del text refós de la Llei de subvencions i per la normativa reglamentària de desplegament, tenint en compte els criteris de gradació a què es refereix l'article 30.3 de l'Ordre de la consellera d'Afers Socials i Esports de 12 de febrer de 2021 per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions en matèria d'Esports.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;20.2. En el cas que la causa del reintegrament derivi de la invalidesa de la resolució de concessió, aquesta resolució s'ha de revisar prèviament d'acord amb l'article 25 del text refós de la Llei de subvencions i en la resta de disposicions aplicables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;​​​​​​​&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;21. Compatibilitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les subvencions que s'atorguin d'acord amb aquesta convocatòria són compatibles amb altres ajudes, subvencions i ingressos, independentment de la seva naturalesa i de l'entitat que els concedeixi, sempre que, aïlladament o conjuntament, no superin el cost de l'activitat objecte de la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;22. Règim d'infraccions i sancions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les infraccions i sancions que, si escau, es poden derivar de la concessió de les subvencions que preveu aquesta convocatòria es regeixen pel que estableix el títol V del text refós de la Llei de subvencions i d'acord amb el procediment que recull l'article 62 del mateix text legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;23. Protecció de dades personals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els tractaments de dades de caràcter personal de les persones físiques es realitzen amb subjecció estricta al que es disposa en el Reglament (UE) 2016/679 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell, de 27 d'abril de 2016, relatiu a la protecció de les persones físiques pel que fa al tractament de dades personals i a la lliure circulació d'aquestes dades i pel qual es deroga la Directiva 95/46/CE (Reglament general de protecció de dades); en la Llei orgànica 3/2018, de 5 de desembre, de Protecció de Dades Personals i garantia dels drets digitals, i en la resta de la normativa sobre protecció de dades personals&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
