    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Per resolució de batlia número 2025/67 el passat dia 23 de gener de 2025, es va resoldre el següent assumpte: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;«Resolució del batle per la qual s'aprova l'oferta pública per l'any 2025&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Aprovat definitivament el Pressupost General de l'Ajuntament pel 2025, i comprensiu aquell del Pressupost General d'aquest Ajuntament, Bases d'Execució, plantilla de Personal funcionari i laboral, i publicat al BOIB número 7, de 14 de gener de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;– Articles 37.1 l) i 70 del Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre pel que s'aprova el text refós de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;– Article 21.1 g) de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;– Article 91 de la Llei 7/1985, de 2 d'abril, Reguladora de les Bases del Règim Local &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLUCIÓ &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Publicar l'Oferta d'Ocupació Pública per l'any 2025 a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament i en el Bolletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, per a general coneixement i interposició dels recursos que, en el seu cas, els interessats considerin oportuns &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3r&lt;/strong&gt;. Convocar les places incloses dins aquesta oferta d'ocupació pública mitjançant la seva publicació en el BOIB i BOE en el termini improrrogable de 3 anys a comptar des de la data de la publicació d'aquesta oferta d'ocupació. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. En cas de no interposar el recurs potestatiu de reposició es podrà interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, segons l'article abans esmentat i 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar de l'endemà de la publicació al BOIB.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
