En data 30 de gener de 2024 es va publicar, en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) núm. 15, la Resolució del president del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears (FOGAIBA) de 25 de gener de 2024, per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria per a l'any 2024 de les ajudes destinades al pagament compensatori per a zones amb limitacions específiques a les Illes Balears.</span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">2. De conformitat amb l'apartat sisè de la resolució anterior, modificada per Resolució del president del FOGAIBA de 2 de juliol de 2024 i publicada al BOIB núm. 88 de 4 de juliol, de determinats ajuts corresponents a les intervencions en forma de pagaments directes que preveu el Pla estratègic de la PAC (PEPAC) per a l'any 2024, el termini de presentació de sol·licituds de determinades intervencions al desenvolupament rural es va modificar. Aquest nou termini de presentació va acabar dia 15 de juny de 2024 i varen tenir entrada en el registre del FOGAIBA un total de 1298 sol·licituds d'ajuda de pagament compensatori per a zones amb limitacions específiques a les Illes Balears. </span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000"><span style="background-color:#ffffff">3. Una vegada avaluades les sol·licituds d'ajuda pels òrgans gestors, i d'acord amb els criteris d'elegibilitat establerts, els interessats que figuren a l'Annex I no compleixen </span>per exemple el requisit previst el punt 1.b) de l'apartat Tercer de la convocatòria, complir la condició d'agricultor no pluriactiu.</span></span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">Fonaments de dret</span></span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:100%"><span style="color:#000000">1. La present proposta provisional de resolució s'ha de comunicar a les persones interessades informant-les que disposen d'un termini màxim de 10 dies hàbils, comptadors des de l'endemà de la notificació d'aquesta proposta per a presentar al·legacions i/o aportar documents.
