    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;S'han advertit una sèrie d'errades, que s'indiquen a continuació, en la Resolució del director gerent de Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca per la qual s'aprova la convocatòria pel sistema de concurs oposició per cobrir les places de personal laboral pel torn lliure de Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca de les ofertes públiques d'ocupació dels anys 2021, 2022 i 2023. Amb la finalitat d'esmenar-les, i de conformitat amb el que estableix l'article 56 de la Llei 3/2003 de 26 de març de Règim Jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, es duen a terme les correccions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Allà on diu:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANNEX 3&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El Reial decret 2387/2004, de 30 de desembre, por el que se aprova el Reglament del Sector Ferroviari. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. El Reial decret 929/2020, de 27 de octubre, sobre seguretat operacional i interoperabilitat ferroviàries. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La Llei 31/1995, de 8 de novembre, de Prevenció de Riscos Laborals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. El Reial decret 614/2001, de 8 de juny, sobre disposicions mínimes para la protecció de la salut y seguretat dels treballadors front al risc elèctric. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ha de dir:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
