    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Es fa públic que el passat 24 de gener de 2025 es va dictar la següent Resolució de Presidència, mitjançant la qual es nomena un nova lletrada per participar a la CTA i, com a conseqüència, s'indica la nova composició d'aquest òrgan:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;em&gt;(...)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;NOMENAR&lt;/strong&gt; a la funcionària de carrera del Consell de Formentera Sra. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#231f20"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Victoria Moreno Toledo &lt;/strong&gt;com a vocal de la &lt;strong&gt;CTA&lt;/strong&gt;, tota vegada que el Sr. Cristian Coll Bellido que exercia aquest càrrec des del 29 de maig de 2024 es troba en aquests moments en situació laboral de baixa mèdica per incapacitat temporal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon&lt;/strong&gt;.- &lt;strong&gt;INDICAR&lt;/strong&gt; que la composició actualitzada de la CTA és la següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
