    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la Resolució del conseller d'Hisenda i Funció Pública del Consell de Mallorca de 21 de gener de 2025 que aprova la convocatòria de borses pels procediments extraordinari i específic de selecció de personal funcionari interí per cobrir places vacants de la categoria tècnic auxiliar especialitat arxiu i biblioteca, mitjançant convocatòria pública d'un concurs de mèrits, &amp;nbsp;d'acord amb la Resolució de la consellera executiva d'Hisenda i Funció Pública que aprova l'acord de les bases generals que han de regir el procediment de selecció de personal funcionari interí i de personal laboral temporal al Consell de Mallorca (BOIB núm.167 de 9 de desembre de 2023; BOIB núm. 17, de 3 de febrer de 2024; BOIB núm. 107, de 15 d'agost de 2024), s'ha observat una errada material a l'annex 2, consistent en la designació del secretari de l'òrgan de selecció suplent.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estableix que les administracions públiques poden rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància de les persones interessades, els errors materials, de fet o aritmètics existents en els seus actes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'Acord del Consell Executiu de data 28 de setembre de 2022, que delega determinades atribucions del Consell Executiu al conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública en matèria de personal (BOIB núm. 128, d'1 d'octubre de 2022), atès el que disposa l'article 9 de la Llei 40/2015, de 2 d'octubre, de Règim Jurídic del Sector Públic, en relació amb l'article 28 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny dels Consells Insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot el que s'ha exposat, dict la següent,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Rectificar el error existent a l'annex 2 de la Resolució del conseller d'Hisenda i Funció Pública del Consell de Mallorca de 21 de gener de 2025 que aprova &amp;nbsp;la convocatòria de borses pels procediments extraordinari i específic de selecció de personal funcionari interí per cobrir places vacants de la categoria tècnic auxiliar especialitat arxiu i biblioteca, mitjançant convocatòria pública d'un concurs de mèrits, d'acord amb la Resolució de la consellera executiva d'Hisenda i Funció Pública que aprova l'acord de les bases generals que han de regir el procediment de selecció de personal funcionari interí i de personal laboral temporal al Consell de Mallorca (BOIB núm.167 de 9 de desembre de 2023; BOIB núm. 17, de 3 de febrer de 2024; BOIB núm. 107, de 15 d'agost de 2024)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
