&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Poden ser-ne beneficiàries les persones físiques o jurídiques &lt;/span&gt;o agrupacions de persones físiques o jurídiques, les comunitats de béns o qualsevol altre tipus d'unitat econòmica o patrimoni separat sense personalitat jurídica, sempre que es compleixin una de les condicions següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Haver estat adherits a un programa d'intermediació entre propietaris i llogaters del CIM des del 3 de novembre del 2023 al 2 de novembre de 2024 i haver mantingut les condicions establertes en el contracte durant aquest període.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Ser titulars d'un o més habitatges destinats al lloguer de llarga durada a un preu assequible, d'acord amb la base dissetena que determina els ítems de la Calculadora Lloguer Assequible (&lt;em&gt;https://goo.su/6UCtnD&lt;/em&gt;), durant el període que va del 3 de novembre de 2023 al 2 de novembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;S'entén com a titular d'un habitatge el que ostenti un dret real sobre aquest que el faculta a llogar-lo com a arrendador (en règim de propietat, lloguer, usdefruit o qualsevol altre dret que el faculti per cedir-ne l'ús).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon. Objecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;L'objecte de la convocatòria és establir i regular els ajuts econòmics del Consell Insular de Menorca adreçats, d'una banda, a les persones propietàries que han llogat el seu immoble a un preu assequible i a llarg termini dins de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;programes d'intermediació entre propietaris i llogaters &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;del CIM i, per altra, als propietaris que tenen llogat el seu immoble durant tot l'any a un preu assequible d'acord amb els criteris establerts per la Calculadora Lloguer Assequible. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Aquests ajuts econòmics estan dirigi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;t&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;s a les famílies i els col·lectius més vulnerables, per a garantir el dret a l'habitatge.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. Bases reguladores &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;La convocatòria es &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;regirà&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;per&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; les bases reguladores aprovades pel Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Menorca, en sessió de caràcter &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;extra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;ordinari d&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;20&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;desembre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart. Import &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;L'import global màxim de la convocatòria és de 100.000 € (cent mil euros),&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;desglossats de la següent manera:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè. Termini de presentació de sol·licituds &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds començarà l'endemà d'haver-se publicat aquesta convocatòria en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB) i finalitzarà el 28 de febrer de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisè. Altres dades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;Els beneficiaris que disposin de més d'un habitatge hauran de presentar una sol·licitud per a cada immoble objecte de subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;L'import màxim que es podrà concedir per sol·licitud serà de 4.850,24 euros per a la primera línia. Així mateix, per als sol·licitants de la segona línia, l'import no podrà superar els 850,24 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff"&gt;El període subvencionable és del 3 de novembre de 2023 al 2 de novembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
