    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En la Resolució del conseller d'Hisenda i Funció Pública del Consell de Mallorca de 8 de gener de 2025 per aprovar les bases generals que han de regir els processos selectius de promoci&lt;/span&gt;ó interna per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari d'Administració General, pel sistema de concurs oposició, de l'oferta d'ocupació pública corresponent a l'exercici 2022 del Consell de Mallorca i de l'oferta d'ocupació pública corresponent a l'exercici 2023 de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials (IMAS) i s'aproven&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; les bases específiques&lt;/span&gt; i les convocatòries respectives (BOIB núm. 6, d'11 de gener de 2025), s'han observat una sèrie d'errors materials als punts 1.1.2 dels annexes III, V i VII&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;span style="display:none"&gt;&amp;lt;A[Fundamentos|Cimientos]&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. L'article 109.2 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estableix que les administracions públiques poden rectificar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància de les persones interessades, els errors materials, de fet , o aritmètics existents en els seus actes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2. L'Acord del Consell Executiu de data 28 de setembre de 2022, que delega determinades atribucions del Consell Executiu al conseller executiu d'Hisenda i Funció Pública en matèria de personal (BOIB núm. 128, d'1 d'octubre de 2022), atès el que disposa l'article 9 de la Llei 40/2015, de 2 d'octubre, de Règim Jurídic del Sector Públic, en relació amb l'article 28 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny dels Consells Insulars.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3. L'Acord del Ple del Consell de Mallorca, de 14 de març de 2024, es delega en el conseller d'Hisenda i Funció Pública la competència del president de l'IMAS per convocar i resoldre el procediment de selecció, inclosa la resolució de recursos, si escau, de les places de l'escala d'administració general de les categories de tècnic/a superior (dret), administratiu/iva i auxiliar d'administració general de l'oferta pública d'ocupació ordinària dels anys 2021 i 2023 (BOIB núm. 43, de 30 de març de 2024).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per tot el que s'ha exposat, dict la següent,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolució &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Rectificar els errors existents als punts 1.1.2 dels annexos III, V i VII de la Resolució del conseller d'Hisenda i Funció Pública del Consell de Mallorca de 8 de gener de 2025 per aprovar les bases generals que han de regir els processos selectius de promoci&lt;/span&gt;ó interna per cobrir les places vacants de personal funcionari d'Administració General, pel sistema de concurs oposició, de l'oferta d'ocupació pública corresponent a l'exercici 2022 del Consell de Mallorca i de l'oferta d'ocupació pública corresponent a l'exercici 2023 de l'Institut Mallorquí d'Afers Socials (IMAS) i s'aproven&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; les bases específiques&lt;/span&gt; i les convocatòries respectives (BOIB núm. 6, d'11 de gener de 2025)&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; de la forma següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;2. Publicar aquesta Resolució en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i en el tauler d'anuncis de la Seu electrònica del Consell de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Interposició de recursos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:106%"&gt;Contra aquesta resolució, que no posa fi a la via administrativa, es pot interposar el recurs d'alçada davant la Comissió de Govern dins el termini d'un mes, comptador a partir de l'endemà de la seva publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears, d'acord amb allò que preveuen els articles 66.2 i 18 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, en relació amb l'article 34 del Reglament Orgànic del Consell Insular de Mallorca, aprovat per Acord del Ple de 12 d'abril de 2018, i els articles 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
