    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La Batlia Presidència, en data 13 de gener de 2025, vista la sol·licitud presentada per Jaume Falconer Perelló, Jaume Falconer Gelabert i Jaume Falconer Pericas&lt;strong&gt;,&lt;/strong&gt; de traspàs dels drets perpetus d&amp;apos;enterrament dels nínxols 1,3,5,7,11,13,15 de la Sepultura 160 de la Zona 2&amp;nbsp; del Cementiri Municipal d&amp;apos;Algaida, els quals figuren a nom de&amp;nbsp; Miguel Falconer Gelabert, Jaime Falconer Gelabert i Jaime Falconer Perelló, d&amp;apos;acord al títol de propietat núm. 20, expedient en data 8 d&amp;apos;abril de 198, a favor dels seu hereus i redistribuïts de la següent manera: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els nínxols 9,11 i 13 a favor&amp;nbsp; Sr. Jaume Falconer Pericás, com hereu de Miguel Falconer Gelabert, d&amp;apos;acord a l&amp;apos;escriptura de manifestació, acceptació i adjudicació herència de data 13 de juliol de 2005, amb protocol 1801.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els nínxols 1,3 i 15, el Sr. Jaume Falconer Gelabert, les cedeix al seu fill Jaume Falconer Capella, d&amp;apos;acord a la instància presentada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Els nínxols 7 i 5, el Sr. Jaume Falconer Perelló, les cedeix al seu fill Llorenç Falconer Mestre, d&amp;apos;acord a la instància presentada.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;Fent ús de les competències que m&amp;apos;atribueix la Llei de Bases de Règim Local i el Text refós de la Llei Reguladora de les Hisendes Locals i disposicions complementàries,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HE RESOLT&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.- Admetre a tràmit l&amp;apos;inici del procediment de traspàs dels drets perpetus&amp;nbsp; d&amp;apos;enterrament&amp;nbsp; dels nínxols 1,3,5,7,11,13,15 de la Sepultura 160 de la Zona 2&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; del Cementiri Municipal d&amp;apos;Algaida, els quals figuren a nom de Miguel Falconer Gelabert, Jaime Falconer Gelabert i Jaime Falconer Perelló, a favor dels seu hereus i redistribuïts de la següent manera i expedir el corresponent Títol de Propietat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Nínxols 9,11 i 13&amp;nbsp;a favor de Jaume Falconer Pericas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Nínxols 1,3 i 15 a favor de Jaume Falconer Gelabert.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Nínxols 7 i 5 a favor de Llorenç Falconer Mestre. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2.- Publicar al BOIB la present resolució perquè en el termini de 10 dies naturals comptats a partir de la seva publicació, es puguin presentar les al·legacions o reclamacions pertinents.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
