    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'article 21.1 i 21.2 de la Llei 4/2011, de 31 de març, de Bona Administració i del Bon Govern de les Illes Balears, disposa que els ens del sector públic instrumental autonòmic han d'enviar al Butlletí Oficial de las Illes Balears en els primers vint dies dels mesos de gener, maig i setembre de cada any, una relació dels convenis de col·laboració subscrits al quadrimestre anterior, tant si són amb altra administració pública com si són amb una entitat privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'article 8.1. b) de la Llei 19/2013 de 9 de desembre, de transparència, accés a la informació pública i bon govern disposa que ha de fer-se pública la relació dels convenis subscrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En conseqüència, dicto la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
