Aprovació de la MF-932 relativa a la modificació dels llocs de treball de Cap de Secció del Departament Tributari presentada pels responsables de l’Òrgan de gestió Tributària de l’Àrea d’Hisenda, Funció Pública i Govern Interior]] 2372 CAIB ![CDATA[<p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Mitjançant acord de la Junta de Govern de 30/12/2024, i prèvia ratificació de la urgència per unanimitat, es va aprovar el següent:</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>“PRIMER.-</strong> Aprovar la modificació de la Relació de Llocs de Treball de l'Ajuntament de Palma que figura a la proposta adjunta MF-932 relativa a la modificació dels llocs de treball de Cap de Secció del Departament Tributari presentada pels responsables de l'Òrgan de gestió Tributària, de l'Àrea d'Hisenda, Funció Pública i Govern Interior, en el sentit que es concreta a la proposta.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>SEGON.</strong>- Establir com a data d'efectes la del dia següent ala seva aprovació.</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>TERCER.- </strong>Publicar el contingut de l'Acord al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.”</span></span></p> <p><span style="line-height:1"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra la present resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que l'hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.
