    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Mitjançant el Decret de Presidència núm. 91/2023 dictat el 10 de juliol darrer, modificat per Decret de Presidència núm. 94/2023 de data 11 de juliol, he resolt la creació dels departaments en què s&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;estructurar el Consell Insular de Menorca i mitjançant el Decret de Presidència núm. 95/ 2023 d&amp;apos;11 de juliol, he establert la seva estructura interna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Atès el Decret de Presidència núm. 92/2023 de 10 de juliol, de nomenament dels membres del Consell executiu; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Atès el Decret de la presidència del Consell Insular de Menorca núm. 227/2023, de 17 de novembre, relatiu a l&amp;apos;extinció d&amp;apos;un departament i reestructuració de la resta dels departaments (BOIB núm. 158 de 21-11-2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Atesa la proposta efectuada per la consellera executiva de Serveis Generals;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;En el marc del que estableix l&amp;apos;article 66 de l&amp;apos;Estatut d&amp;apos;autonomia de les Illes Balears, i d&amp;apos;acord amb les atribucions que em confereix l&amp;apos;ordenament jurídic vigent, en particular els articles 21.1 &lt;em&gt;d&lt;/em&gt; i 26.4 de la Llei 4/2022, de 28 de juny, de consells insulars, i l&amp;apos;article 92 del Reglament orgànic d&amp;apos;aquesta institució amb relació al nomenament dels directors insulars,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESOLC&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer.&lt;/strong&gt; Nomenar la persona que més avall s&amp;apos;assenyala per exercir el càrrec que s&amp;apos;indica, de conformitat amb l&amp;apos;estructura interna dels diferents departaments:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Departament d&amp;apos;Economia i Serveis Generals;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Sra. Alicia Martí Pons, directora insular d&amp;apos;Economia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.&lt;/strong&gt; Notificar aquesta resolució a la persona interessada, comunicar-ho al Servei de Gestió de les persones i publicar-ne el contingut en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; (BOIB), &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;per tal que tengui efectes d&amp;apos;ençà del mateix dia que es publiqui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(201, 33, 30)"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
