Paloma Abad Ramos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff; color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;I la sol·licitud presentada en data 07/01/2025, R.E. 000050/2025, per la regidora del grup PP, Sra. Alicia Martí Pons, qui informa de la renúncia de les gestió de les àrees que li van ser delegades per resolució de batlia núm. 455 de data 21/06/2023.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff; color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Seguidament es transcriu textualment la part sucient del Decret de Batlia núm. 8 de 8/1/2025:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;"PRIMER. Deixar sense efectes, &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff; color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;pels motius exposats en els antecedents, la resolució de batlia núm. 455 de data 21/06/2023, que va resoldre l'organigrama municipal després de les eleccions celebrades el dia 28 de maig de 2023, i una vegada constituïda la Corporació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGON. Prendre coneixement &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff; color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;de la renúncia de la regidora del grup PP, Sra. Alicia Martí Pons, de les gestió de les àrees que li van ser delegades per resolució de batlia núm. 455 de data 21/06/2023, presentada en data 07/01/2025, R.E. 000050/2025,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCER. Resoldre &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff; color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;que el batle, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sr. Pedro Pons Hugue&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:#ffffff; color:#000000; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;t, assumirà les gestions de les següents àrees:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Servei de recollida i tractament de residus sòlids urbans. Neteja viària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Recollida selectiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Gestió concessions platja Cala Galdana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Gestió Bandera Blava.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#00000a"&gt;Gestió i iniciatives en el sector comercial (informació, guies...).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
