&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Pollença en el marc de la celebració de la Rua de 2025, estableix les bases reguladores del present concurs, en règim de concurrència competitiva, d'acord amb l'establert a l'article 17 de la Llei 38/2003, de 17 de novembre, General de Subvencions, amb l'objecte de és fomentar la participació i la dinamització municipal com activitat i ocupació del temps lliure dins la festa de Carnaval, essent competència municipal segons l'article 25 de la llei 7/1985.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La regidoria de Festes, considera procedent efectuar la present convocatòria d'acord amb les següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Bases&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1.- Objecte&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Les presents bases tenen com a objecte establir les disposicions generals per a la concessió de premis amb motiu de la participació de la població en el concurs de la rua 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Es considera comparsa un grup de fresses amb cinc o més participants; poden anar acompanyats de vehicles o carrossa. A l'hora d'inscriure's s'haurà d'optar a la modalitat comparsa infantil o comparsa adulta. Si la majoria dels integrants de la comparsa són majors de 16 anys, és considerarà comparsa d'adults. Només podran optar a comparsa infantil si la majoria dels integrants de la comparsa són menors de 16 anys. Tots els participants que no entrin dins aquesta modalitat es poden inscriure a la modalitat individual, parella, trio o quartet.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.- Participants , documentació i termini per presentar sol·licitud&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Les sol·licituds es presentaran de forma telemàtica a la seu electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Pollença (https://ajpollenca.sedelectronica.es), en la qual hi ha disponible la informació de la convocatòria, el model de sol·licitud &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La presentació de la sol·licitud, també es pot fer en les formes previstes a l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;D'acord amb l'article 14 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, estan obligats a presentar la documentació a través de mitjans electrònics els subjectes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;a. Les persones jurídiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;b. Les entitats sense personalitat jurídica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;c. Les persones que exerceixen una activitat professional per a la qual es requereix col·legiació obligatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;d. Qui representa una persona interessada que estigui obligada a relacionar-se electrònicament amb l'Administració.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;- Annex 1 (Full d'inscripció carnaval).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El termini per presentar la sol·licitud es comptarà a partir de la publicació de la convocatòria al BOIB&amp;nbsp; fins dia 25 de febrer de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;3.- Crèdit pressupostari i premis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Els premis es concediran, d'acord amb la normativa pressupostària, a l'exercici 2025. La previsió de l'aplicació pressupostària 338/48939 “Premis Foguerons Sant Antoni i Carnaval i import&amp;nbsp; és de 9.500 euros per a l'exercici 2025. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Aquesta quantia total màxima té caràcter estimat, atès que està condicionada a l'existència de crèdit adequat i suficient a l'exercici 2025. En tot cas, l'execució de la despesa es realitzarà en la mateixa anualitat en què es produeixi l'atorgament del premi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La distribució de premis i quantitats per categories seran les següents, els quals seran objecte de retenció segons la normativa:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;4.- Jurat &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;1- El jurat estarà format per&amp;nbsp; membres independents designats per l'Ajuntament de Pollença, nomenat pel regidor delegat de Festes. No es podrà designar com a jurat a participants en la categoria o convocatòria objecte de valoració. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;5.- Criteris de valoració&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La puntuació serà de l'1 al 10 i es distribuirà de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;• El material emprat és reciclat: de 0 a 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;• La feina feta per elaborar la disfressa és manual: de 0 a 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;• Originalitat de la idea: de 0 a 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;• Criteri de cada membre del jurat: de 0 a 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;• Animació feta durant el recorregut de la rua: de 0 a 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;6.- Deliberació del jurat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La rua del Port de Pollença se celebrarà dijous 27 de febrer a les 17.00 h, i la concentració serà a les 16.45 h a la plaça de Miquel Capllonch. La rua de Pollença serà dissabte 1 de març a les 17.00 h, concentració a les 16.45 h als jardins de Via Pollentia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;En haver finalitzat la rua, el jurat es reunirà per consensuar el veredicte i posteriorment es donaran a conèixer els premis a la plaça de Miquel Capllonch del Port de Pollença i a la plaça Major de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;El jurat es reserva l'opció de declarar desert qualcú dels premis o del concurs en la seva totalitat si els participants que es presenten no s'ajusten a les bases o no arriben a un mínim de qualitat. La deliberació del jurat serà inapel·lable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;7.- Òrgan competent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La convocatòria i resolució del present concurs correspon a la Junta de Govern Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;8.- Termini de resolució i notificació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Les decisions del jurat seran en tot cas inapel·lables. Amb la deliberació del jurat, la Junta de Govern Local prèvia proposta del regidor delegat de Festes acordarà definitivament els premis. Amb caràcter previ a l'adopció de l'acord, els candidats proposats hauran d'acreditar estar al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions tributàries i front la seguretat Social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Dit acord posarà fi a la via administrativa, i podrà interposar contra el mateix, amb caràcter previ i potestatiu, recurs de reposició, davant el propi òrgan que el va dicar, en el termini d'un mes comptat a partir del dia següent al de la seva publicació o alternativament en el termini de dos mesos, davant la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, en la forma establerta als articles 123 i 124 de la llei 39/2015, de 01 d'octubre, del Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;De conformitat amb l'establert a l'article 45.1 b) de la Llei 39/2015, de 01 d'octubre, es procedirà a la notificació o publicació de la concessió del premi mitjançant la publicació del mateix a la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9.- Publicitat&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La corresponent convocatòria derivada de les presents bases es publicarà en la Base de Dades Nacional de Subvencions i un extracte de les mateixes en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;Els successius anuncis relatius al concurs es publicaran en la pàgina web i si escau al taulell d'anuncis de l'Ajuntament de Pollença.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10.- Norma final&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:107%"&gt;La sol·licitud de participació en aquesta convocatòria implica el ple coneixement i acceptació en la seva totalitat de les presents bases, el compliment dels requisits de participació exigits, a assumir la deliberació del jurat, i en el seu cas, a la interpretació pel jurat de les presents Bases. En cas de dubte sobre els contingut d'aquesta convocatòria, l'Ajuntament de Pollença es reserva el dret d'interpretació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
