    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'article 86 de l'Estatut d'autonomia de les Illes Balears, en la redacció de la Llei orgànica&amp;nbsp;1/2007, de 28 de febrer, estableix que correspon al Govern de les Illes Balears, en les matèries de la seva competència, l'exercici de l'activitat de foment, sens perjudici de l'activitat que correspon a l'Estat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'Agència de Desenvolupament Regional de les Illes Balears (ADR Balears) és un ens instrumental adscrit a la conselleria d'Empresa, Ocupació i Energia del Govern de les Illes Balears. Com a agència de desenvolupament regional, té com a objectiu impulsar el desenvolupament de l'activitat econòmica i empresarial a les Illes Balears, amb criteris de competitivitat, sostenibilitat, reequilibri territorial i sectorial, i posa a disposició dels emprenedors i de les empreses, especialment de la microempresa, la petita i mitjana empresa, la informació i els mitjans necessaris per a la seva implantació i per millorar-ne la gestió i augmentar-ne la competitivitat, directament o bé mitjançant la coordinació i la col·laboració amb altres entitats públiques i privades que persegueixin objectius afins.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segons l'apartat 2 de l'article&amp;nbsp;2 dels Estatuts de l'ADR Balears, aprovats pel Decret&amp;nbsp;6/2021, de 22 de febrer, ADR Balears té entre els seus objectius dur a terme accions de formació professional orientades a l'ocupació i la formació continuada dels treballadors i treballadores. També cerca impulsar la creació d'empreses i cooperatives, especialment en sectors emergents, innovadors i vinculats amb les tecnologies. A més, es proposa establir mesures de formació, assessorament i seguiment per consolidar els projectes empresarials. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Pla Estratègic de Subvencions de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears per als exercicis 2024-2026, aprovat per l'Acord del Consell de Govern de 19 d'abril de 2024 (BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;52, de 20 d'abril de 2024), preveu en l'objectiu II, línia II.2.6, la convocatòria dels Premis Ibemprènjove.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A aquest efecte, aquesta convocatòria es regeix per l'Ordre del Conseller de Treball i Formació, de 4 de maig de 2005, per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions, en matèria de Treball i Formació (BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;73, de 12 de maig). Els apartats 16 i 17&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;de l'article&amp;nbsp;2 estableixen que poden ser objecte de subvenció el recolzament a empreses d'economia social per al foment de l'ocupació i la millora de la competitivitat en les cooperatives i societats laborals, i les activitats de formació, difusió i foment en l'àmbit de l'economia social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La Conselleria d'Empresa, Ocupació i Energia i la Conselleria d'Educació i Universitats han impulsat el Programa Ibemprènjove, el qual consisteix en un projecte educatiu que impulsa el foment del disseny, la creació d'empreses, les capacitats emprenedores i introdueix els estudiants en el concepte de responsabilitat social i els objectius de desenvolupament sostenible. El projecte s'integra per programes basats, entre altres característiques, en la connexió entre l'escola i l'entorn —amb desenvolupament d'una experiència real— i en una metodologia fonamentada en l'aprenentatge cooperatiu, en el treball per projectes, i en un aprenentatge transversal i significatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb l'objectiu de difondre i promoure el disseny i la creació d'empreses entre l'alumnat dels centres educatius inscrits en programes d'educació secundària, de formació professional bàsica i cicles formatius, i en altres programes emmarcats en el Programa Ibemprènjove, la Conselleria d'Empresa, Ocupació i Energia convoca el concurs de Premis Ibemprènjove als millors projectes empresarials d'estudiants d'educació primària, secundària, de cicles formatius i de formació professional bàsica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Són aplicables a la convocatòria el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions aprovat pel Decret legislatiu&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de desembre, la Llei&amp;nbsp;38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions; i la resta de normativa comunitària, estatal o autonòmica aplicable a les subvencions atorgades per l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Així mateix, s'ha de tenir en compte que en l'exercici de 2025 hi ha disponibilitat pressupostària per atendre les despeses que deriven d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;RESOLUCIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Aprovar la convocatòria pública dels Premis Ibemprènjove als millors projectes empresarials entre els estudiants d'educació primària, secundària, de cicles formatius i de formació professional bàsica corresponents al curs acadèmic 2024-2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Aprovar les bases i el model de sol·licitud, que s'adjunten, respectivament, com a annexos 1 i 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Designar la directora gerent de l'Agència de Desenvolupament Regional de les Illes Balears com a òrgan responsable de la tramitació de la convocatòria i del procediment administratiu corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Ordenar la comunicació d'aquesta resolució a la Base de dades nacional de subvencions i publicar-la en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, la qual comença a tenir efecte l'endemà d'haver-s'hi publicat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició davant el president de l'Agència de Desenvolupament Regional de les Illes Balears en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà de la publicació, d'acord amb els articles 123 i 124 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i l'article&amp;nbsp;57 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;3/2003, de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es pot interposar directament un recurs contenciós administratiu davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà d'haver-se publicat la Resolució, d'acord amb l'article&amp;nbsp;46 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Segon&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Finalitat i objectius&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El concurs de Premis Ibemprènjove als millors projectes empresarials d'estudiants d'educació primària, secundària, de cicles formatius i de formació professional bàsica té la finalitat de difondre i promoure el disseny i la creació d'empreses entre l'alumnat de les Illes Balears que s'indica en aquesta convocatòria per impulsar la realització d'activitats de foment del disseny i la creació d'empreses i assolir els objectius següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Potenciar la capacitat emprenedora mitjançant la posada en pràctica de coneixements, habilitats i actituds.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Connectar l'aprenentatge educatiu amb l'entorn real mitjançant la creació de l'empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Millorar les competències de lideratge, comunicació i motivació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Impulsar la capacitat de fer feina en equip per mitjà del treball cooperatiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Visualitzar i conèixer els beneficis del disseny a les empreses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El crèdit màxim disponible assignat a aquesta convocatòria és de 24.300,00 euros, amb càrrec als pressuposts d'ADR Balears per a l'exercici 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La concessió de les ajudes previstes en aquesta convocatòria està condicionada a la disponibilitat pressupostària que estableix el punt anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Sempre que la disponibilitat pressupostària ho permeti, es pot incrementar l'import d'aquesta convocatòria. L'import consignat inicialment es pot ampliar mitjançant una resolució d'ampliació del crèdit assignat. Aquesta ampliació, llevat que s'estableixi una altra cosa, no implica que el termini per presentar sol·licituds s'ampliï, i no afecta la tramitació ordinària de les sol·licituds presentades i no resoltes de manera expressa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La convocatòria dels Premis Ibemprènjove s'adequa a les bases reguladores aprovades per l'Ordre del Conseller de Treball i Formació, de 4 de maig de 2005, per la qual s'estableixen les bases reguladores de les subvencions, en matèria de Treball i Formació (BOIB núm. 73, de 12 de maig).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Poden participar en el Concurs de Premis Ibemprènjove als millors projectes empresarials entre els estudiants d'educació primària, secundària, de cicles formatius i de formació professional bàsica, els centres educatius que estiguin inscrits durant el curs 2024-2025 en algun dels programes Ibemprènjove següents: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Primària Emprèn (PE)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Joves Emprenedors Professionals (JEP). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els programes s'integren en el Projecte Ibemprènjove. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. No poden ser beneficiàries de les subvencions que preveu aquesta resolució les persones que incorrin en alguna de les prohibicions que estableixen els apartats 1 i 2 de l'article 10 del text refós de la Llei de subvencions, aprovat pel Decret legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'alumnat dels centres educatius participants pot presentar projectes d'empresa contextualitzats en els programes PE, JES, JEA i JEP sobre qualsevol activitat econòmica lícita, sigui de caire social, cultural, tecnològic, comercial o de serveis, sota la modalitat de projectes empresarials i/o associatius.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Els projectes han de desenvolupar el procés complet de posada en marxa d'un projecte empresarial original i coherent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En l'elaboració de cada projecte han de participar un mínim de tres alumnes i els ha de dirigir un professor/a o un director/a.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Els projectes participants han de ser carregats a la web del programa Ibemprènjove&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; (www.iemprenjove.es)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, seleccionant el programa corresponent entre PE, JES, JEA o JEP. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Els premis als quals poden optar els projectes es divideixen en tres modalitats que sumen un import total de onze mil sis-cents euros (11.600 €):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Modalitat 1: Premis Ibemprènjove Primària emprèn (PE)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Els beneficiaris dels premis són els centres educatius als quals pertanyin els alumnes que presentin els projectes empresarials guanyadors i han de repercutir directament en l'alumnat. Els beneficiaris han d'aplicar els fons percebuts en accions relacionades amb el programa educatiu Ibemprènjove o en millores formatives dels alumnes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Els centres educatius finalistes dels premis dels programes JES, JEA i JEP ubicats a Menorca, Eivissa i Formentera rebran una subvenció per al viatge d'anada fins al lloc on es realitzi l'acte de presentació i lliurament dels premis i el viatge de tornada al lloc habitual de residència (bitllets d'avió, vaixell, tren i/o autobús i lloguer de vehicles). Cada centre finalista disposarà d'una assignació de&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;420,00 euros per programa i projecte finalista per cobrir aquestes despeses. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. Els centres educatius finalistes dels premis del programa PE ubicats a Menorca i Eivissa rebran una subvenció per al viatge d'anada fins al lloc on es realitzi l'acte de presentació i lliurament dels premis i el viatge de tornada al lloc habitual de residència (bitllets d'avió, vaixell, tren i/o autobús i lloguer de vehicles). Cada centre finalista disposarà d'una assignació de 3.200,00 euros per programa i centre finalista per cobrir aquestes despeses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Setè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones o entitats sol·licitants han de presentar, necessàriament, la documentació següent, que no pot ser consultada per l'ADR Balears:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La sol·licitud signada electrònicament, d'acord amb el model normalitzat disponible en la seu electrònica i que consta en l'annex&amp;nbsp;2 d'aquesta resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Document fefaent que acrediti la representació de la persona que actua en nom de l'entitat sol·licitant, si escau i sempre que no estigui inscrit en el Registre Electrònic d'Apoderaments.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;NIF de l'entitat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; El o els programes que es presentin al concurs han d'incloure el projecte amb les indicacions previstes en l'apartat sisè d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Certificat de l'Agència Estatal d'Administració Tributària (AEAT) d'estar al corrent en el compliment de les obligacions tributàries.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En cas que algun dels documents requerits ja s'hagi aportat, no cal presentar-lo de nou, sempre que s'indiqui la data i l'òrgan o dependència en què es va presentar i que el document no hagi sofert modificacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. La presentació de la sol·licitud implica autoritzar a l'ADR Balears perquè pugui consultar, en qualsevol moment i per mitjans telemàtics o altres, les comprovacions per mostreig o exhaustives necessàries per verificar la conformitat de les dades de les declaracions i el compliment dels requisits establerts en aquesta convocatòria. En cas de denegar aquesta autorització mitjançant el formulari de sol·licitud de l'Annex&amp;nbsp;2 d'aquesta resolució, s'hauran de presentar els documents següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Certificat de l'Agència Tributària de les Illes Balears d'estar al corrent de les obligacions tributàries amb la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Certificat de la Tresoreria General de la Seguretat Social d'estar al corrent de pagament de les seves obligacions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Document o certificat acreditatiu de la representació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Excepcionalment, si ADR Balears no pot aconseguir aquesta documentació, pot sol·licitar a la persona interessada que l'aporti, tal com preveu l'article&amp;nbsp;28.3 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En qualsevol cas, la persona sol·licitant ha de comunicar les noves situacions que es puguin produir mitjançant un escrit presentat a l'ADR Balears, en el termini de quinze dies comptadors des de la data en què se li concedeixi la subvenció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La presentació de la sol·licitud de la subvenció prevista en aquesta convocatòria ha de contenir les següents declaracions responsables:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració del compromís incondicional de les persones beneficiàries que el premi que es concedeixi repercutirà directament en l'alumnat, en la forma establerta en l'apartat&amp;nbsp;6.6 d'aquesta resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Declaració que no incorre en cap causa de prohibició o d'incompatibilitat per percebre l'ajut, de conformitat amb la normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració que accepta la cessió de tractament de les seves dades amb relació a l'execució d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Declaració responsable que és certa i completa la informació continguda en la sol·licitud de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;e) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Declaració de veracitat de dades bancàries, a l'efecte de l'ingrés derivat del procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vuitè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Termini&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El termini per presentar les sol·licituds és de dos mesos des de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. D'acord amb el que estableix l'article&amp;nbsp;68 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;39/2015, si la sol·licitud no reuneix els requisits exigits s'ha de requerir la persona interessada perquè, en el termini de deu dies hàbils, esmeni la falta o aporti els documents preceptius, amb la indicació que si no ho fa es considera que desisteix de la seva petició i s'arxivarà, prèvia resolució que s'ha de dictar en els termes que preveu l'article&amp;nbsp;21 de la Llei esmentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Novè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Jurat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els treballs presentats han de ser avaluats per un jurat format pels membres següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; La directora gerent de l'ADR Balears, que actuarà com a presidenta, o la persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Vocals:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— El coordinador del Servei d'Informació i Talent Empresarial, que, a més, ha d'actuar com a secretari.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— El Director General de Formació Professional i Formació Permanent del Professorat, o la persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Un tècnic/a de l'ADR Balears del Servei d'Informació i Talent Empresarial, o la persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— El/la gerent/a de l'Associació Balear d'empresa familiar o la persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Per als premis JEP, el director/a del Centre de Formació, Innovació i Desenvolupaments de Formació Professional de les Illes Balears, o la persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:80px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— Per als premis JES i JEA, un/a tècnic/a de l'ADR Balears de l'àrea de disseny gràfic, o la persona en qui delegui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El jurat farà una valoració prèvia dels projectes presentats en format electrònic, d'acord amb el punt desè, apartat&amp;nbsp;1 de la convocatòria. A més, ha de fixar les dates de reunió perquè els grups de treball que hagin presentat els projectes en cada categoria els puguin exposar, amb l'objectiu de realitzar la valoració final segons el punt desè, apartat&amp;nbsp;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En el cas que els membres del jurat considerin que cap de les candidatures presentades reuneix els mèrits suficients per obtenir un premi, el jurat podrà proposar declarar desert el premi.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Desè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Valoració de les sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El Jurat ha d'emetre una primera proposta sobre els treballs presentats tenint en compte els criteris de valoració següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En la categoria PE (modalitat projecte empresarial):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El Jurat emetrà la segona valoració, que se sumarà a la de l'apartat&amp;nbsp;1, sobre els treballs presentats a l'acte públic, tenint en compte el criteris de valoració següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;— La qualitat de la presentació, el contingut i la capacitat de comunicació es valorarà amb un màxim de deu punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Si en l'elaboració de la prelació de projectes, que és la suma dels apartats&amp;nbsp;1 i 2, hi ha projectes que obtenen la mateixa puntuació total, tindran preferència aquells que hagin obtingut una millor puntuació segons el que estableix la lletra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;&amp;nbsp;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; del punt&amp;nbsp;1 d'aquest apartat. Si encara persisteix la igualtat, es tindrà en compte la puntuació obtinguda segons el que disposen les lletres &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; c)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;, successivament i en aquest ordre. Si la coincidència persisteix, es tindrà en compte la data de presentació de la sol·licitud, donant preferència a les sol·licituds presentades abans respecte a les posteriors.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

El procediment de concessió dels premis és el de concurrència competitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. L'inici i la resolució del procediment per concedir els Premis Ibemprènjove regulats en aquesta convocatòria correspon al president d'ADR Balears, o en qui delegui la representació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. L'òrgan instructor del procediment és la directora gerent d'ADR Balears, que s'encarregarà de comprovar que les sol·licituds i la documentació presentada compleixen els requisits exigits en la convocatòria. En el cas que s'observi algun defecte o que la documentació sigui incompleta, es requerirà l'entitat interessada perquè ho esmeni en el termini de deu dies hàbils, tal com s'indica en l'apartat vuitè d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Correspon a l'òrgan instructor dur a terme d'ofici les actuacions necessàries per a la determinació, el coneixement i la comprovació de les dades en virtut de les quals s'ha de formular la proposta de resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. L'òrgan instructor traslladarà els expedients al Jurat avaluador perquè els avaluï.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. La directora gerent de l'ADR Balears, vist l'expedient i la valoració feta pel Jurat avaluador, ha de formular la proposta de resolució provisional, degudament motivada que ha d'incloure, per ordre decreixent de puntuació, els projectes presentats per l'obtenció dels premis per cada una de les categories.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es pot prescindir del tràmit d'audiència quan no figurin en el procediment ni siguin tinguts en compte altres fets, ni altres al·legacions i proves que les formulades pels interessats. En aquest cas, la proposta de resolució formulada té caràcter de definitiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. Els interessats poden presentar-hi al·legacions en el termini de deu dies hàbils comptadors a partir del dia següent de la notificació, mitjançant el tràmit telemàtic establert a l'efecte.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. El jurat avaluador ha de resoldre les reclamacions presentades en un termini de tres dies hàbils comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la finalització del termini de reclamació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;9. Examinades les al·legacions adduïdes, si s'escau, pels interessats, s'ha de formular la proposta de resolució definitiva, on ha de constar el sol·licitant o la relació de sol·licitants per als quals es proposa la concessió de la subvenció i la quantia, i també s'hi ha d'especificar l'avaluació i els criteris de valoració que s'han seguit per efectuar-la.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;10. Les propostes de resolució provisional i definitiva no creen cap dret a favor del beneficiari proposat davant l'Administració fins que no se li hagi notificat la resolució de concessió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;11. Una vegada notificada la proposta, les persones beneficiàries hauran de comunicar a l'òrgan instructor l'acceptació o la renúncia a la proposta de resolució. En qualsevol cas, si en el termini de vuit dies hàbils des de la notificació de la proposta de resolució el beneficiari no manifesta el contrari, s'entendrà que accepta la subvenció que se li ha adjudicat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dotzè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Resolució i adjudicació dels premis&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. A partir de la proposta de resolució definitiva de la directora gerent de l'ADR Balears, el president de l'ADR Balears ha de dictar la resolució de concessió o denegació de la subvenció objecte d'aquesta convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. El termini màxim per resoldre i notificar la resolució de les sol·licituds és de sis mesos comptadors a partir de la data finalització del termini de presentació de les sol·licituds. La resolució s'ha de notificar als interessats, d'acord amb l'article&amp;nbsp;40 i següents de la Llei&amp;nbsp;39/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. La resolució de concessió o denegació posa fi a la via administrativa. Contra aquesta s'hi pot interposar un recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes comptador des de l'endemà d'haver-se notificat davant el mateix òrgan que va dictar la resolució impugnada, d'acord amb l'article&amp;nbsp;124 de la Llei&amp;nbsp;39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, o bé un recurs contenciós administratiu davant la Sala Contenciosa Administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justícia de les Illes Balears en el termini de dos mesos comptadors des de l'endemà de la data de notificació, d'acord amb el que preveu la Llei&amp;nbsp;29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Les resolucions de concessió de la subvenció s'han de comunicar a la Base de dades nacional de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. El pagament del premi establert a la resolució de concessió s'ha d'efectuar mitjançant transferència bancària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Els interessats han d'estar al corrent de les seves obligacions amb les hisendes estatal i autonòmica i amb la Seguretat Social. S'entén que s'atorga el consentiment a l'òrgan gestor per obtenir les certificacions acreditatives de les situacions esmentades. En el cas d'oposar-s'hi, s'ha de fer constar en la sol·licitud i cal aportar, juntament amb la sol·licitud, les certificacions referides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'entrega dels premis s'ha de realitzar en un acte públic. La data i el lloc seran fixats per l'ADR Balears, que els comunicarà per correu electrònic i publicarà a la seva web &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;https://iemprenjove.es/es/premios-iemprenjove/.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quinzè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Obligacions dels beneficiaris&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Són obligacions dels beneficiaris dels ajuts les que estableix l'article&amp;nbsp;11 del Decret legislatiu&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s'aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions, així com les establertes en aquesta convocatòria. A més, els beneficiaris han de complir amb les obligacions següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Els beneficiaris han de destinar obligatòriament els fons percebuts en accions relacionades amb el programa educatiu Ibemprènjove o en millores formatives dels alumnes en el termini de sis mesos comptadors des de la percepció de l'ajut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; Les entitats guanyadores dels premis n'han de fer la publicitat adient; en particular, hauran d'incloure durant el termini d'un any des de la data de la publicació en el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de la resolució de concessió de la subvenció, la imatge institucional del Govern de les Illes Balears i d'ADR Balears en qualsevol material de difusió dels projectes premiats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Per pagar els ajuts que estableix aquesta convocatòria, amb la correcta presentació de la documentació indicada al punt setè s'entén acreditada la justificació de l'actuació subvencionable, d'acord amb l'article dotze, paràgraf sisè, de l'Ordre de bases reguladores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. En cas d'incompliment de les obligacions es podrà iniciar expedient de revocació o de reintegrament del premi amb exigència dels interessos de demora en els termes de l'article&amp;nbsp;43 i següents del Text Refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Setzè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Seguiment i control&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. ADR Balears pot realitzar les activitats de comprovació i control de la destinació dels premis atorgats. Les entitats beneficiàries han de facilitar, en qualsevol moment i dins el termini que es disposi, la documentació que els sigui requerida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. En cas que es detectin irregularitats, s'hauran de reintegrar les quanties indegudament percebudes que hagin estat detectades com a conseqüència dels controls.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dissetè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Condicions generals de participació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. L'atorgament dels premis establerts en aquesta convocatòria implica, sense necessitat de cap declaració per part dels autors, el reconeixement del dret a favor de l'ADR Balears a reproduir, traduir i difondre els treballs premiats en les condicions, els mitjans i a través dels subjectes, les entitats o les institucions que consideri oportuns, durant tot el temps que consideri necessari i sense obligació de cap compensació.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. ADR Balears es reserva el dret a difondre els centres guanyadors, pels mitjans i formes de comunicació que consideri convenients i sense obligació de cap compensació. Es considera que les persones i entitats participants en els premis han donat el seu consentiment en presentar els treballs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Les persones i entitats concursants exoneren de tota responsabilitat a ADR Balears en cas que els treballs resultin danyats o destruïts en cas fortuït o de força major, mentre estiguin en el seu poder.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. La participació en aquesta convocatòria implica l'acceptació de les bases, els efectes de la qual es regeixen pels seus apartats i, en el seu defecte, per la normativa general aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Divuitè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Concurrència i compatibilitat de subvencions&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La percepció dels premis que estableix aquesta convocatòria és compatible amb altres ajuts o subvencions que rebi el beneficiari de la mateixa Administració o d'un altra entitat pública o privada que, aïlladament o en concurrència, estiguin destinats a les mateixes accions que són objecte d'aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Dinovè&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Protecció de dades&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En compliment del que estableix la legislació vigent en matèria de protecció de dades, el Reglament (UE)&amp;nbsp;2016/679 del Parlament Europeu i del Consell de 27 d'abril de 2016 (RGPD), les dades personals facilitades pel participant seran responsabilitat de l'Agència de Desenvolupament Regional de les Illes Balears (ADR Balears) amb la finalitat de gestionar la convocatòria, el desenvolupament i la celebració del concurs, de conformitat amb el que estableixen les seves bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tractament de dades és necessari i les persones interessades presten el seu consentiment exprés en condició de participant, o en el seu cas, com a tutor/representant legal del menor d'edat participant.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La base jurídica que legitima aquest tractament serà el consentiment atorgat en participar de forma voluntària i acceptant expressament tot allò que disposa aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb la finalitat descrita, les dades seran conservades durant el temps necessari per complir amb la finalitat per a la qual es recaven i per determinar les possibles responsabilitats que es poguessin derivar de la finalitat, a més dels períodes establerts a la normativa d'arxius i documentació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;ADR Balears informa que no se cediran les seves dades a tercers, excepte obligació legal. Així mateix, informam que en la celebració de l'esdeveniment es poden captar imatges dels finalistes/premiats, que podran ser publicades amb finalitats corporatives. Per aquest fet, de conformitat amb el que estableix la Llei Orgànica&amp;nbsp;1/1982, de 5 de maig, de protecció civil del dret a l'honor, a la intimitat personal i familiar i a la pròpia imatge, la persona interessada, o en el seu cas, el seu tutor legal, consent expressament el tractament de les seves dades personals i de la seva imatge amb aquestes finalitats a la pàgina web de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;www.adrbalears.es&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; i/o en les xarxes socials a Internet (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). L'ADR Balears informa que aquestes imatges no seran utilitzades per a finalitats diferents a les indicades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ADR Balears informa als usuaris que poden exercir els drets d'accés, rectificació, limitació, supressió, portabilitat i oposició al tractament de les seves dades de caràcter personal davant el Responsable del tractament, així com la retirada del consentiment prestat.
