&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquestes bases tenen per objecte regular el procediment de selecció per a la cobertura per promoció interna de &lt;strong&gt;8 places fixes d'Operador/a d'explotació a EMAYA&lt;/strong&gt;, Empresa Municipal d'Aigües i Clavegueram S.A., distribuïdes de la manera següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4 places a Escorrenties&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3 places a Lixiviats &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1 plaça a M-58&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'art. 2 de la llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat en l'ocupació pública, estableix que els mecanismes de promoció interna seran compatibles amb els processos d'estabilització, i permet que els processos de promoció interna es duguin a terme pel sistema de concurs-oposició. En conseqüència, i de manera excepcional, aquestes bases específiques han estat elaborades dins del marc del procés d'estabilització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En tot allò que no estigui previst en aquestes bases específiques, s'aplicarà, per ordre de prelació, el que disposa a l'efecte la taula negociadora transversal competent, les Bases generals de processos selectius per a les convocatòries d'estabilització del treball negociades i acordades a la taula negociadora del cicle de l'aigua (d'ara endavant, "les bases generals") i el que disposa el Conveni col·lectiu transversal d'Emaya aprovat l'1 d'abril de 2023 (aquests dos últims documents es troben disponibles al web d'EMAYA).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Missió&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Realitzar i controlar els processos de l'explotació i el manteniment de les diferents instal·lacions industrials de l'empresa (ETAP, EDAR, Xarxes, EBAR, EBAP i instal·lacions d'energia, seguint els procediments de treball establerts i les instruccions dels i les responsables immediats, per tal de garantir-ne l'operativitat i assegurar la producció i qualitat dels diferents processos de potabilització, subministrament, depuració i energia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Revisar el correcte funcionament de tota la instal·lació, per evitar possibles avaries i avisar l'operador de control o superior directe. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Executar les maniobres a les instal·lacions (engegada i control, funcionament, buidat, neteja, grups electrògens), per complir amb els ajustaments propis d'una estació o equip.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Comprovar els nivells dels dipòsits de reactius necessaris per garantir el correcte funcionament dels processos de les plantes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Realitzar la check list i els comunicats de treball corresponents, per verificar la feina feta a la planta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;· Emplenar comunicats de treball (a través de PDA), per controlar tot el que succeeix en el procés de captació, tractament, distribució i depuració per disposar de la informació més actualitzada i completa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Recepcionar les mercaderies (clor, etc.), per disposar del material necessari per al funcionament de la planta. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Realitzar la neteja d'instal·lacions i equips de les plantes i instal·lacions, per assegurar el correcte funcionament dels equips que intervenen en els processos propis de l'estació i assegurar els indicadors de qualitat establerts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Especialitats: ETAP i M-58&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Aquestes funcions procuren descriure la natura i el nivell de treball general exercit pel personal assignat a aquest lloc de treball. No obstant això, no és una llista exhaustiva ni excloent de totes les responsabilitats, funcions i destreses requerides per al treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. REQUISITS DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per ser admeses a la realització de les proves selectives, les persones aspirants hauran de reunir els següents requisits a la data de finalització del termini d'inscripció, durant el procés selectiu i mantenir-se fins al moment de la incorporació a la plaça.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. Requisits genèrics:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1)&amp;nbsp;Tenir les capacitats i aptituds físiques i psíquiques que siguin necessàries per a l'exercici de les funcions corresponents. Les persones aspirants que accedeixin a places reservades per a persones amb discapacitat hauran de tenir acreditat un grau igual o superior al 33 % de discapacitat en el moment de fer la inscripció i, en el moment d'acreditar el certificat de discapacitat a la mateixa inscripció, hauran de sol·licitar les adaptacions que considerin adequades per dur a terme les proves selectives. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2) Acumular dos anys de permanència en el grup i categoria professional d'origen. Per al còmput d'aquest període de permanència no es computaran els períodes de suspensió contractual (excepte les situacions especialment protegides) ni situacions anàlogues. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3) Superar les proves mèdiques que es determinin des del Servei de vigilància de la salut, i que certifiquin l'aptitud i que no existeixi cap tipus de restricció per al correcte desenvolupament de totes les funcions de la plaça a ocupar (excepte el personal amb discapacitat que podrà ser apte amb restriccions).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4) Estar adscrita al Conveni col·lectiu transversal i tenir la condició de personal laboral fix amb categoria professional diferent a la indicada en les característiques del lloc de treball de les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5) Haver presentat la inscripció a la present convocatòria en temps i forma, així com omplir la declaració responsable i l'autobaremació de mèrits. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2. Requisits específics:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El nomenament dels membres del tribunal es publicarà a la pàgina web d'EMAYA (https://emaya.convoca.online/ ) un cop finalitzat el període d'inscripció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El funcionament, les responsabilitats i les funcions dels membres del Tribunal s'hauran d'ajustar al que estableix l'apartat 3 de les bases generals. El Tribunal, a més, queda autoritzat per resoldre els dubtes que es puguin presentar i establir els acords necessaris per al bon ordre del procés selectiu en tot allò que no estigui previst a les bases generals. La persona que tingui la presidència tindrà vot de qualitat en cas d'empat. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. INSCRIPCIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La inscripció es farà a través del Portal d'ofertes d'ocupació pública d'Emaya, disponible a la pàgina web d'Emaya, apartat "Treballa a Emaya": (https://emaya.convoca.online/), i es precisarà estar en disposició d'un dels següents mètodes d'identificació: DNI electrònic, Certificat electrònic, Cl@ve Pin o Cl@ve permanent. Les persones treballadores es podran inscriure a totes les especialitats que considerin, per al que hauran de realitzar una inscripció i presentar tota la documentació per cada tipus d'especialitat a la que vulguin optar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Totes les persones interessades i que reuneixin els requisits per optar a les places hauran d'inscriure's a través del Portal d'ofertes d'ocupació pública d'Emaya en els 10 dies hàbils següents a la publicació en el BOIB de la present convocatòria, seguint els passos i instruccions que s'indiquin i adjuntant la documentació sol·licitada amb &lt;strong&gt;còpia escanejada llegible en format PDF o JPG (la documentació s'ha de presentar escanejada per les dues cares, tret que a l'anvers s'acrediti suficientment la informació requerida&lt;/strong&gt;) . Els arxius que s'adjuntin durant el procés d'inscripció s'hauran de citar de manera clara segons el seu contingut. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La inscripció inclou una declaració responsable i l'autobaremació (al·legació de mèrits) que tindran igualment la consideració de declaració responsable. A més, suposa el coneixement i l'acceptació inequívoca de les persones aspirants del tractament de dades de caràcter personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones amb discapacitat reconeguda igual o superior al 33 % hauran de presentar el corresponent certificat de discapacitat, així com el certificat d'aptitud emès pels equips multiprofessionals de la Direcció General de Serveis Socials, o de l'organisme públic equivalent, segons el previst al punt número 3 dels requisits generals de les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;En atenció a la llei de protecció de dades i per a la identificació de les persones candidates, els llistats constaran, com a mínim, dels 4 dígits del seu DNI o NIE (*** DNI1**) a totes les publicacions. En completar la inscripció, la persona aspirant dona el seu consentiment perquè el Tribunal realitzi, si escau, les comprovacions oportunes sobre les dades aportades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop finalitzat el termini d'inscripció i comprovada la documentació, es publicaran les llistes provisionals de persones admeses i excloses, amb indicació de la causa d'exclusió. El fet de constar a la llista de persones admeses no implica el reconeixement a les persones interessades que compleixen amb els requisits per participar en aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per esmenar qualsevol possible defecte o acompanyar documents que siguin preceptius, les persones excloses o omeses disposaran d'un termini de 3 dies hàbils, a comptar des de la publicació de la relació indicada. Durant aquest tràmit no s'admetran al·legacions de nous mèrits no especificats en la declaració inicial. Si hi hagués esmenes, al·legacions o reclamacions, un cop revisades pel Tribunal qualificador, es publicarà la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si en qualsevol moment del procés de selecció el Tribunal té coneixement de la no veracitat d'alguna dada aportada per la persona aspirant, aquest fet suposarà l'exclusió automàtica del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix un termini de 3 dies hàbils, a comptar des de la publicació del llistat definitiu, per a la presentació d'al·legacions (únicament per atendre errors formals per part del tribunal) i/o impugnacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. DESENVOLUPAMENT DEL PROCÉS SELECTIU PER CONCURS D'OPOSICIÓ DE PROMOCIÓ INTERNA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El concurs oposició consisteix en la realització d'una fase d'oposició i una fase de concurs. La puntuació màxima del procés serà de 100 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;60 punts correspondran a la fase d'oposició: proves de coneixements teoricopràctics, que s'avaluaran mitjançant exàmens orals, escrits i/o pràctics, ajustats a les competències i funcions del lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;40 punts correspondran a la fase de concurs mèrits: puntuació relativa a la formació i experiència professional. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. FASE OPOSICIÓ - 60 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La fase d'oposició consistirà en la realització de les proves que s'indicaran en el present apartat. Es publicarà la concreció de les dates a la pàgina web d'EMAYA amb almenys 10 dies naturals d'antelació a la seva realització. La valoració de les proves i/o exercicis i la durada de les proves, no indicades en les presents bases, seran determinades pel Tribunal amb caràcter previ a la seva realització.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants seran convocades per a cada prova, i els no assistents a aquesta convocatòria quedaran exclosos de les proves selectives, excepte en casos de força major, embaràs o risc de part degudament acreditats per la persona aspirant. Les proves hauran de dur-se a terme abans de la publicació de la llista definitiva de valoració dels mèrits de les persones aspirants (no es podrà demorar de manera que es menyscabi el dret de la resta de persones aspirants a una resolució del procés ajustada a temps raonables).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Durant el desenvolupament del procés selectiu, es podrà preveure la realització successiva dels exercicis en un o més dies consecutius, en aquest cas, el termini per reclamar o sol·licitar la revisió de cada exercici s'atorgarà de manera conjunta al final de les proves, i la participació de les persones aspirants a cada prova no estarà condicionada a la superació de l'anterior, sense que es puguin considerar atorgats drets de cap tipus a les persones aspirants que superin un exercici posterior a un de suspès.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1.1. Test amb 20 preguntes i amb 4 alternatives de resposta de les quals només una és correcta o una d'elles és la més correcta, sobre el temari comú (10 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A part de les preguntes de l'examen, s'han d'incloure 5 preguntes de reserva que es tindran en compte únicament en cas que sigui necessari anul·lar alguna pregunta i que hauran de ser contestades per les persones concursants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Realització d'un exercici escrit de caràcter pràctic que inclourà la realització d'un o diversos supòsits pràctics sobre el temari específic (10 punts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal publicarà la llista provisional de resultats de les persones aspirants, que podran sol·licitar la revisió del seu examen dins dels 3 dies hàbils següents a la publicació de la llista provisional. Una vegada realitzades les revisions, es publicarà la llista definitiva de resultats de les persones aspirants. S'estableix un termini de 3 dies hàbils, a comptar des de la publicació del llistat definitiu, per a la presentació d'al·legacions (únicament per atendre errors formals per part del tribunal) i/o impugnacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Prova pràctica - Fins a un màxim 40 punts:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Té caràcter obligatori i eliminatori i consistirà en la realització d'un exercici de caràcter pràctic que inclourà la realització d'un o diversos suposats pràctics o tasques relacionades amb el lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació mínima per superar aquesta prova és de 20 punts. Les persones que obtinguin una puntuació inferior a la indicada com a mínima per superar la prova quedaran descartades del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més, per realitzar les proves, caldrà tenir les habilitats i coneixements necessaris per exercir adequadament les funcions del lloc descrites a les presents bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El Tribunal publicarà la llista provisional de resultats de les persones aspirants, que podran sol·licitar la revisió del seu examen dins dels 3 dies hàbils següents a la publicació de la llista provisional. FASE CONCURS DE MÈRITS - 40 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació màxima d'aquesta fase serà de 40 punts. Els mèrits s'al·legaran i acreditaran per a la seva valoració fins a la data de finalització del termini d'inscripció. Les persones aspirants han d'omplir l'autobaremació dels mèrits en el procés d'inscripció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;No es valorarà cap mèrit:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Amb data posterior a la data de finalització del termini d'inscripció. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que no hagi estat acreditat en el termini indicat i en la forma establerta en la convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Que no estigui adequada i clarament acreditat d'acord amb els barems de la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els adduïts i no justificats en la forma indicada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Tota la documentació que es presenti en llengua estrangera haurà d'anar acompanyada de la corresponent traducció jurada en qualsevol dels idiomes oficials de les Illes Balears, en cas contrari, no serà tinguda en compte. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'autobaremació té la consideració de declaració responsable. La falsedat de les dades d'autobaremació determinarà l'exclusió del procés i la consideració de no haver participat en el procés, a més de les actuacions legals que derivin per la falsedat a les dades. Els errors es podran corregir en la fase d'al·legacions, si queden acreditats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per a aquells mèrits que possibilitin l'opció de comprovació d'ofici, si la persona candidata sol·licita aquesta comprovació, el tribunal, després de la revisió, podrà atorgar una puntuació superior, igual o inferior a la indicada al full d'autobaremació. Si la persona candidata no sol·licita la comprovació d'ofici, després de la revisió, el tribunal podrà atorgar una puntuació inferior o igual a la indicada a la fulla d'autobaremació, però mai superior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El tribunal no tindrà en consideració els mèrits adduïts als apartats/epígrafs que valorin mèrits de diferent naturalesa i/o matèria a la del mèrit aportat, encara que coincideixi amb un mèrit a aportar en un altre apartat/epígraf. Únicament si la persona candidata efectua al·legacions a la llista provisional de mèrits indicant expressament que vol que un mèrit aportat sigui considerat en un altre apartat/epígraf, el Tribunal podrà, si escau, assignar la puntuació d'aquest mèrit a l'epígraf sol·licitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A la vista de la documentació aportada, es publicarà el llistat provisional dels mèrits comprovats pel Tribunal i que han estat legats en la declaració responsable (autobaremació) i acreditats amb la documentació aportada, concedint-se un termini de 3 dies hàbils, a comptar des de la publicació del llistat provisional, per a la presentació d'al·legacions i/o impugnacions al mateix. Finalitzat aquest termini, es resoldran les al·legacions o reclamacions que pugui haver-hi i es publicarà el llistat definitiu. S'estableix un termini de 3 dies hàbils, a comptar des de la publicació del llistat definitiu, per a la presentació d'al·legacions (únicament per atendre errors formals per part del tribunal) i/o impugnacions. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els mèrits al·legats i justificats per les persones aspirants en aquesta fase i que el Tribunal valorarà, es regiran pel següent barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2.1. Experiència professional: Fins a un màxim de 23 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) S'atorgaran 0,28 punts per cada mes treballat a EMAYA realitzant funcions objecte de la mateixa categoria professional i especialitat objecte de la convocatòria, incloent el supòsit que no es disposi de la mateixa categoria professional, però s'acrediti que aquestes funcions són anàlogues a la vacant publicada. Màxim 23 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) S'atorgaran 0,088 punts per cada mes treballat a EMAYA realitzant funcions diferents i pròpies d'una altra categoria professional objecte de la convocatòria, però que es trobin dins el mateix grup. En aquest cas, operari. Màxim 15 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) S'atorgaran 0,188 punts per cada mes treballat en empresa diferent a EMAYA, realitzant funcions de la mateixa categoria professional i especialitat objecte de la convocatòria. Màxim 8 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La justificació i forma d'acreditació de l'experiència professional ve determinada en l'apartat 6.3) b) de les bases generals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.2.2. Altres mèrits: Fins a un màxim de 17 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Màxim 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A raó de 0,013 punts per hora, per formacions directament relacionades amb les activitats principals de l'empresa (gestió de residus, gestió de l'aigua i energia). Màxim 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A raó de 0,05 punts per hora en formació en PRL: Formació ADR Mercaderies Perilloses, treball en espais confinats i ATEX, Recurs Preventiu, treballs en altura, Pont grua + PEMP, Prevenció i extinció d'incendis, Suport Vital Bàsic i DESA, Curs de Soroll i Vibracions, ergonomia, plans d'emergències, Transpaleta, Epis, Primers Auxilis. Màxim 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per acreditar el compliment d'aquest mèrit, s'ha d'aportar el títol que reflecteixi el nom del curs, hores de durada, segell i signatura de l'entitat que imparteix el curs, i el nom de la persona que ha rebut el curs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per al certificat de llenguatge administratiu: 0,25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4) Triennis (antiguitat): Fins a un màxim de tres (3) punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Es valoraran els triennis com a personal laboral a EMAYA amb 0,03 punts per mes, fins a un màxim de 3 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5) Llicències, acreditacions i/o formacions transversals: Fins a un màxim de tres (3) punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Nivell bàsic de Prevenció de riscos laborals: 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Formació transversal: A raó de 0,006 punts per hora, per formacions en igualtat, protecció de dades, ofimàtica, qualitat i ciberseguretat. Màxim 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A raó de 0,01 punts per hora en formació en PRL. Màxim 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan la formació coincideixi amb la formació directament relacionada amb el lloc de treball, s'aplicarà la puntuació que consti a l'apartat de formació directament relacionada amb el lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'ens convocant emetrà d'ofici la certificació dels serveis prestats, així com la determinació de la valoració dels triennis.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.3. PUNTUACIÓ FINAL DEL PROCÉS SELECTIU.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La puntuació final del procés selectiu vindrà determinada per la suma total de la fase d'oposició (sempre que s'hagi superat) i concurs de mèrits. En cas d'empat a la puntuació final del concurs oposició, aquest es resoldrà atenent els criteris fixats a l'apartat 5.6 de les bases generals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Excepcionalment, en el marc del procés d'estabilització (llei 20/2021), les persones que, havent obtingut una puntuació mínima del 50 % del present concurs oposició de promoció interna per a plaça fixa, no l'hagin obtingut, quedaran en situació de "reserva sense plaça "per ordre de major a menor puntuació obtinguda, podent-se adjudicar per promoció interna places fixes vacants de la categoria i especialitat objecte de les presents bases que hagin estat convocades fins a la data límit del 31 de desembre del 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;S'estableix un termini de 3 dies hàbils, a comptar des de la publicació dels resultats finals definitius, per a la presentació d'al·legacions (únicament per atendre errors formals per part del Tribunal) i/o impugnacions a aquest.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;7. ADJUDICACIÓ DE LA PLAÇA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Abans de la incorporació efectiva al lloc de treball objecte de la convocatòria, les persones que hagin presentat còpies de la documentació relativa al procés selectiu seran requerides per aportar la documentació original o còpia compulsada. La no presentació suposarà l'exclusió del procediment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La persona o persones candidates que puguin aspirar a ocupar les places vacants seran citades al servei mèdic el qual, després de realitzar el pertinent reconeixement i proves addicionals necessàries, haurà d'indicar l'aptitud o no dels aspirants; si la persona o persones candidates són declarades aptes i sense restriccions (excepte personal amb discapacitat), els resultats finals obtinguts tindran caràcter definitiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Un cop incorporada la persona guanyadora, haurà de superar el període de prova establert per conveni col·lectiu. En cas de renúncia a la plaça, no superació del període de prova, o per qualsevol altra circumstància anàloga, que impliqui que la persona guanyadora no ocupi la plaça, ocuparà el seu lloc la següent persona del llistat definitiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;8. PUBLICACIÓ, COMUNICACIONS I TERMINIS. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La present convocatòria serà publicada al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB) i al Portal d'ofertes d'ocupació pública d'Emaya des de la pàgina web d'Emaya https://emaya.convoca.online/.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants que participin en els processos de promoció interna queden obligades a relacionar-se amb EMAYA telemàticament en totes o algunes de les fases del procediment.
