&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. El 29 de desembre de 2022, es publicà l&amp;apos;Acord adoptat a la sessió del Consell d&amp;apos;Administració de Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova la convocatòria del procés excepcional d&amp;apos;estabilització per concurs extraordinari de mèrits per cobrir les places de personal laboral d&amp;apos;SFM (BOIB núm. 169, de 29 de desembre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El 7 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2023, es publicà la Resolució del director gerent de Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca per la qual s&amp;apos;aprova la relació d&amp;apos;aspirants que han superat el concurs extraordinari de mèrits per a les diferents categories i especialitats o llocs de feina del grup A, del procés excepcional d&amp;apos;estabilització per concurs de mèrits per cobrir les places de personal laboral de Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca (SFM) i acorda adjudicar els llocs de treball i la signatura del contracte com a personal laboral fix en el termini de tres dies hàbils (BOIB núm. 137, de 7 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. D&amp;apos;acord amb el que preveu el punt 20 de les bases de la convocatòria prèvia, el Tribunal qualificador del grup A es va reunir per revisar la documentació acreditativa dels requisits i dels mèrits de les persones que hagin declarat disposar d&amp;apos;un mínim de 10 punts i que no hagin superat el procés selectiu d&amp;apos;estabilització del grup A i, una vegada transcorregut el termini per formular al·legacions, a les actes dels dies 22 i 23 d&amp;apos;octubre i de 2 de desembre del 2024 s&amp;apos;acorda aprovar les llistes definitives de les borses preferents de personal laboral per ordre de la puntuació obtinguda de totes les persones que hagin assolit un mínim de 10 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Llei 20/2021, de 28 de desembre, de mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat en l&amp;apos;ocupació pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Decret llei 6/2022, de 13 de juny, de noves mesures urgents per reduir la temporalitat en l&amp;apos;ocupació pública de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;&amp;nbsp;El Decret llei 2/2022, de 7 de febrer, pel qual s&amp;apos;estableixen mesures urgents per a la reducció de la temporalitat en l&amp;apos;ocupació pública a les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;El Decret 44/2015, de 22 de maig, pel qual s&amp;apos;aproven els nous Estatuts de l&amp;apos;entitat pública empresarial Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;La Llei 7/2010, de 21 de juliol, del sector públic instrumental de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;L&amp;apos;Acord del Consell d&amp;apos;Administració de 14 de desembre de 2022, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova la convocatòria i les bases específiques del procés excepcional d&amp;apos;estabilització per concurs extraordinari de mèrits per cobrir les places de personal laboral de Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca (BOIB núm. 169, de 29 de desembre). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Per tot això, dict la següent&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="text-align: center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;Resolució&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. &amp;nbsp;Aprovar la creació, les bases i la composició de les borses de treball de personal laboral temporal derivades de la convocatòria del procés excepcional d&amp;apos;estabilització per concurs de mèrits per cobrir les places de personal laboral de Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca (SFM) del grup A.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El llistat de la borsa està conformat pels aspirants admesos en l&amp;apos;oferta pública d&amp;apos;estabilització que no han superat el procés i han obtingut un mínim de 10 punts, per ser l&amp;apos;excedent respecte dels llocs de treball oferts, ordenats de major a menor puntuació conforme la valoració de mèrits efectuada per l&amp;apos;òrgan de selecció corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Publicar aquesta Resolució i els annexos en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;Balears&lt;/em&gt; i en el portal web de l&amp;apos;ens.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposició de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Resolució es pot interposar una demanda davant l&amp;apos;ordre jurisdiccional social en el termini de dos mesos des de la publicació, de conformitat amb l&amp;apos;article 10.4.&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; i concordants de la Llei 36/2011, de 10 d&amp;apos;octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicció social, sense que es pugui interposar recurs en via administrativa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;L&amp;apos;objecte de les bases és establir les normes per regular la gestió de les borses de treball de personal laboral temporal derivades de la convocatòria del procés excepcional d&amp;apos;estabilització per concurs extraordinari de mèrits per cobrir les places de personal laboral de Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca (BOIB núm. 169, de 29 de desembre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.2&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Normes d&amp;apos;aplicació&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.2.1 Aquestes bases regeixen la gestió de les borses de treball temporal derivades de la convocatòria del procés excepcional d&amp;apos;estabilització per concurs extraordinari de mèrits (BOIB núm. 169, de 29 de desembre de 2022), per dur a terme treballs ocasionals i urgents, substitucions de personal laboral que tengui dret a reserva de lloc de feina, cobertura de places dotades vacants que es produeixen en la categoria professional o lloc de feina corresponent, o qualsevol altre tipus de contractació laboral mitjançant la modalitat de durada determinada subjecta a la legislació laboral vigent, limitat tot això, exclusivament, a la categoria professional o lloc de feina del grup A, objecte de la convocatòria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.2.2&amp;nbsp; El contingut d&amp;apos;aquestes bases s&amp;apos;ajusta als principis rectors de l&amp;apos;accés a l&amp;apos;ocupació pública que estableix l&amp;apos;article 55.2 de l&amp;apos;Estatut bàsic de l&amp;apos;empleat públic. Les bases s&amp;apos;han negociat amb la participació del Comitè d&amp;apos;Empresa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1.3. &lt;strong&gt;&amp;nbsp;Contractacions de personal derivades de les borses&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La contractació temporal mitjançant les borses de treball derivades de la convocatòria del procés excepcional d&amp;apos;estabilització per concurs extraordinari de mèrits per cobrir les places de personal laboral d&amp;apos;SFM s&amp;apos;efectuarà en la modalitat de durada determinada subjecta a la legislació laboral vigent i normativa concordant, limitat tot això, exclusivament, a les categories professionals o llocs de feina del grup A, objecte d&amp;apos;aquesta convocatòria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segona&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Vigència de la borsa de treball&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;El període de vigència de les borses de treball temporal és de tres anys a partir de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears,&lt;/em&gt; o fins a la creació de noves borses derivades del resultat de nous processos selectius de les mateixes categories professionals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Si en finalitzar el període de tres anys de vigència no s&amp;apos;han constituït noves borses que substitueixin les anteriors, la vigència d&amp;apos;aquestes s&amp;apos;ha de prorrogar de forma automàtica sense necessitat de cap acte exprés, fins que quedi constituïda la nova amb la convocatòria prèvia corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;/div&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercera&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Crida&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.1. Quan sigui necessari cobrir temporalment un lloc de treball, s&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;oferir el contracte corresponent a la persona aspirant que es trobi en primer lloc de la llista que correspongui, i així successivament. No obstant això, en els supòsits que per aplicació de la normativa bàsica en matèria laboral no es pugui dur a terme la contractació de l&amp;apos;aspirant corresponent, s&amp;apos;ha de cridar el següent de la llista fins que desapareguin les circumstàncies que impossibilitin aquesta contractació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.2. La crida de les persones integrants de la borsa de treball s&amp;apos;ha de fer per ordre de prelació per telèfon i per correu electrònic al número i l&amp;apos;adreça indicats per aquestes en la sol·licitud de participació en el procés. S&amp;apos;ha de deixar constància a l&amp;apos;expedient del dia i l&amp;apos;hora de la crida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.3. S&amp;apos;ha de comunicar a la persona aspirant que correspongui, per ordre de prelació, el lloc i el termini en el qual cal que es presenti. Si la persona interessada no manifesta la conformitat amb l&amp;apos;oferta rebuda en el termini de tres dies hàbils —si la crida es fa en divendres el dia hàbil següent és dilluns—, es cridarà la següent de la llista. Si a la primera persona cridada que no va contestar se li torna a cridar en una segona ocasió i tampoc no es rep resposta en tres dies hàbils, s&amp;apos;entén que renuncia de forma tàcita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.4. Les persones que renunciïn de forma expressa o tàcita —d&amp;apos;acord amb el que estableix l&amp;apos;apartat anterior— passaran al darrer lloc de la borsa, llevat que al·leguin, dins el mateix termini de tres dies hàbils, la concurrència d&amp;apos;alguna de les circumstàncies previstes en la base quarta, la qual s&amp;apos;haurà de justificar documentalment dins dels tres dies hàbils següents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.5. La renúncia posterior al contracte de treball una vegada iniciada la relació laboral, així com l&amp;apos;incompliment del deure de prendre possessió del lloc acceptat prèviament, suposa l&amp;apos;exclusió de la borsa de treball per a la qual va ser cridada la persona aspirant, excepte que aquestes circumstàncies es produeixin a conseqüència de la crida per ocupar un altre lloc de treball en una altra categoria professional a SFM o en els casos de força major.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.6. Quan cessi en el lloc de treball, el personal procedent de les borses creades a l&amp;apos;empara del procés excepcional d&amp;apos;estabilització per concurs extraordinari de mèrits, llevat que sigui com a conseqüència de renúncia voluntària, s&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;incorporar automàticament a les borses de les quals formi part en el lloc que li correspongui d&amp;apos;acord amb la puntuació obtinguda en el moment en què es varen formar, sense que per això sigui necessària cap comunicació per part de la persona interessada. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3.7. Es considerarà com a únic i vàlid el domicili i el número de telèfon que figura a la instància. En el cas que es produeixi un canvi de domicili o de número de telèfon, aquests canvis s&amp;apos;han de notificar de forma expressa i per escrit a SFM. Si no es notifica i no és possible la localització de l&amp;apos;aspirant, aquest passarà a ocupar el darrer lloc a la borsa de la categoria o categories de les quals formi part. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quarta&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Renúncies justificades&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es consideren renúncies justificades les motivades per alguna de les circumstàncies següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a. Que tengui una malaltia, acreditada mitjançant el certificat mèdic corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b. Que estigui en període d&amp;apos;embaràs, de maternitat o paternitat, d&amp;apos;adopció i d&amp;apos;acolliment permanent o preadoptiu, que inclogui el període en què és procedent la concessió d&amp;apos;excedència per a cura de fills, en els supòsits anteriors, o casos de càrregues familiars justificats degudament, d&amp;apos;acord amb el que disposa el conveni col·lectiu vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c. Que presti serveis en Serveis Ferroviaris de Mallorca, en l&amp;apos;Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, o en algun dels ens que en depenen, com a personal funcionari interí o com a laboral de durada determinada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Les persones que renunciïn justificadament a les crides conservaran l&amp;apos;ordre a la borsa corresponent. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquena&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Motius d&amp;apos;exclusió&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es relacionen en aquest apartat els motius pels quals les persones integrants de les diferents borses d&amp;apos;ocupació seran excloses d&amp;apos;aquestes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;a. Quan després d&amp;apos;haver renunciat injustificadament dues vegades a crides per a una mateixa borsa d&amp;apos;ocupació d&amp;apos;acord amb la disponibilitat assenyalada per la persona aspirant en la sol·licitud de participació en el procés selectiu, es produeixi una tercera renúncia injustificada davant d&amp;apos;una nova crida per a la mateixa borsa d&amp;apos;ocupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;b. En els casos en què no es justifiqui documentalment, en els terminis establerts per fer-ho, la formalització del fet que ha causat la renúncia justificada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;c. Si es produeix una renúncia expressa a continuar formant part de la borsa d&amp;apos;ocupació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;d. Si la persona, en el cas de trobar-se treballant a SFM, ha estat sancionada mitjançant un expedient disciplinari per falta greu o molt greu pel temps en què aquesta sanció formi part del seu expedient.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;e. Que la persona sigui declarada pel servei mèdic de prevenció no apta o apta amb limitacions incompatibles amb el lloc que s&amp;apos;ha d&amp;apos;exercir.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;f. Haver renunciat al contracte de treball una vegada iniciada la relació laboral, llevat del supòsit previst a l&amp;apos;apartat 5 de la base tercera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;g. No superar el període de prova regulat en el conveni col·lectiu d&amp;apos;aplicació o en la legislació laboral vigent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisena&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Formalització dels contractes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;La incorporació al lloc de treball s&amp;apos;ha de fer a mesura que es produeixin les circumstàncies previstes en la base primera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Immediatament abans de signar el contracte corresponent, les persones interessades han de presentar una declaració jurada que justifiqui que no incorren en cap supòsit d&amp;apos;incompatibilitat dels que preveu la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d&amp;apos;incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setena&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="display: block; line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-top: 0px; width: 100%"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;Seguiment de les borses&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Amb la finalitat de mantenir el seguiment de la gestió de les borses, SFM ha d&amp;apos;informar el Comitè d&amp;apos;Empresa sobre les contractacions efectuades, com també sobre les renúncies, les incidències en les notificacions o qualsevol altra circumstància que suposi una alteració de la situació de les borses.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
