&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Expedient 3807/2024&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;El Ple de l&amp;apos;Ajuntament de Felanitx, a la sessió ordinària de dia 9 de desembre de 2024, va adoptar, entre altres, el següent ACORD que en la seva part dispositiva diu:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Aprovar l&amp;apos;adhesió del col·lectiu d&amp;apos;oficials de la Policia Local al quadrant i horari dels policies aprovat per la Mesa General de Negociació dia 27 de novembre de 2024, el qual consta dins l&amp;apos;expedient núm. 3807/2024 amb el nom NOU QUADRANT POLICIA 35H. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; Aprovar l&amp;apos;aplicació de la jornada de treball de 35 hores setmanals de mitjana, en còmput anual, dels llocs de feina d&amp;apos;inspector, subinspectors, policia tutor i agents en situacions especials d&amp;apos;acord amb el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Inspector i subinspectors: 7 hores de mitjana diària (35 h de mitjana setmanal), preferentment realitzades de dilluns a divendres, amb flexibilitat horària entre les 5.50 i les 22.10 hores, amb un màxim de 12h 20 min de jornada diària ordinària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Policies i Oficials amb tasques exclusivament específiques marcades per la Prefectura. 7 hores de mitjana diàries (35 h de mitjana setmanal), preferentment realitzades de dilluns a divendres, amb flexibilitat horària entre les 5.50 i les 22.10 hores, i un màxim de 12h 20 min de jornada diària ordinària, prèvia autorització de la Prefectura.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Policia tutor: 7 hores de mitjana diària, de dilluns a divendres, amb permanència obligatòria en el lloc de feina de les 8:30 a les 14:30 hores, i flexibilitat conforme les necessitats del servei, a l&amp;apos;hora d&amp;apos;entrada de 5:50 a 8:30 hores, i a la sortida de 14:30 a 18:10 hores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p style="margin-bottom: 0px; margin-left: 40px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;- Agents amb acords de conciliació familiar autoritzada o altres limitacions temporals justificades. El seu horari serà adaptat individualment per tal de corregir l&amp;apos;excés o el dèficit de jornada conforme les autoritzacions establertes o per les limitacions justificades, resultant en tot cas una jornada amb mitjana de 35h setmanals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Igualment s&amp;apos;aplicarà un control horari individual dels serveis conforme quadrant anual, tenint en compte, si s&amp;apos;escau, les mateixes instruccions establertes a l&amp;apos;acord d&amp;apos;adhesió al quadrant i horaris aprovat per Mesa General de Negociació dia 27 de novembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;La responsabilitat directa del compliment de la jornada i de l&amp;apos;horari de treball correspon a cadascun dels empleats, estant obligats a registrar totes les entrades i sortides.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Els caps de secció/servei de cada departament, han de controlar el compliment de la jornada establerta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; Derogar els acords adoptats els dies 29.11.2022 i 20.12.2022 relatius a l&amp;apos;adhesió del col·lectiu d&amp;apos;oficials de la Policia Local al quadrant i horari dels policies en vigor en aquell moment, i a l&amp;apos;aplicació horària dels subinspectors, policia administrativa i policia tutor.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; Aquest acord serà d&amp;apos;aplicació a partir del proper dia 1 de gener de 2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sisè.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; Publicar aquest acord al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setè.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt; Tenir en compte aquests horaris en la valoració de les corresponents fitxes de la Relació de Llocs de Treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Vuitè. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Notificar el present acord als representants sindicals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
