&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;OFERTA D'OCUPACIÓ PÚBLICA 2024 PER A PLACES DE PROMOCIÓ INTERNA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Antecedents:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Vista l'aprovació final de la modificació de la plantilla de l'any 2024, publicada en el BOIB núm. 164 de data 14 de desembre de 2024, per la qual s'incorporen a la plantilla les següents places a cobrir per promoció interna:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;- Una plaça de personal &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;funcionari, per promoció interna &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;creuada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;Tècnic/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;a d'Administració General, escala d'Administració General, subescala tècnica, del grup A, subgrup A1, adscrita a l'Àrea d'Economia, Hisenda i Pressupost.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;- Una plaça de personal laboral, per promoció interna vertical, Nivell 2, tècnic/a de joventut.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Vista la negociació prèvia de l'Oferta d'ocupació pública per a l'exercici 2024 corresponent a les places de promoció interna, amb els representants sindicals de l'Ajuntament de Santanyí a les Meses de Negociació de dates 7 i 25 de novembre de 2024, en la qual s'acorda la seva aprovació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Vist que d'acord amb l'article 47.2 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears &lt;em&gt;“&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;em&gt;L&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;em&gt;'&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;em&gt;oferta &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;em&gt;pública d'ocupació &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;em&gt;corresponent a la promoció interna &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;em&gt;es pot aprovar &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;em&gt;de manera independent de l&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;em&gt;'&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;em&gt;oferta &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;em&gt;pública d'ocupació &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;em&gt;corresponent a la ta&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;em&gt;x&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a de reposició ordin&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;em&gt;à&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;&lt;em&gt;ria&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:#222222"&gt;”.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
