    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;En data 29 de novembre de 2024, el Consell d'Administració de Gestió d'Emergències de les Illes Balears, SAU (GEIBSAU), reunit en sessió ordinària, ha aprovat l'oferta d'ocupació pública de l'ens per a l'any 2024, juntament amb la inclusió de les places que es descriuen en l'annex, en els termes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Acord&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprovar l'oferta d'ocupació pública ordinària corresponent al personal laboral de la societat mercantil pública Gestió d'Emergències de les Illes Balears, SAU per a l'any 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Segon.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Oferir els llocs de treball per al torn corresponent a l'oferta pública d'acord amb el desglossament següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;1 lloc de treball vacant de personal laboral, torn lliure, corresponent a les places de naturalesa estructural amb dotació pressupostària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;2 llocs de treball per promoció interna.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Tercer. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Reservar una quota mínima d'un 7&amp;nbsp;% del total de les vacants objecte de l'oferta perquè les cobreixin persones amb un grau de discapacitat igual o superior al 33&amp;nbsp;%, d'acord amb el que disposen l'article 59.1 del Text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, i la resta de normativa aplicable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Quart.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Disposar que les convocatòries d'execució de l'oferta pública s'han de dur a terme en el termini improrrogable de tres anys des de la publicació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cinquè&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. Establir que l'articulació dels processos selectius corresponents ha de garantir el compliment dels principis de lliure concurrència, igualtat, mèrit, capacitat i publicitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Sisè.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt; Fer constar que l&lt;/span&gt;'ordre jurisdiccional social és el competent per resoldre les controvèrsies derivades d'aquest Acord, de conformitat amb la Llei 36/2011, de 10 d'octubre, reguladora de la jurisdicció social, i no s'hi pot interposar cap recurs en via administrativa ni cap reclamació prèvia a la via jurisdiccional social, sense perjudici que es pugui presentar una reclamació davant l'òrgan que acorda aquesta oferta pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Setè.&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Publicar aquest Acord en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'oferta&lt;/span&gt; d'ocupació pública per a l'any 2024 de la societat mercantil pública Gestió d'Emergències de les Illes Balears, SAU (GEIBSAU) se subrogarà, en cas d'extinció de l'ens, a favor de l'entitat pública empresarial Gestió d'Emergències de les Illes Balears (GEIB), en els termes que preveu el projecte de cessió global d'actius i passius aprovat pel Consell d'Administració de GEIBSAU de data 3 de setembre de 2024.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
