&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;PRIMER. APROVAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; les bases específiques pera a reclassificar places de bomber/bombera, del subgrup C2, a places de bomber/bombera del subgup C1, del Consell Insular d'Eivissa que consten al document amb el CSV núm. 15250327775257123524 de l'expedient TAO 2024/00001788V.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;SEGON. CONVOCAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;el procés selectiu per reclassificar places de bomber/bombera, del subgrup C2, a places de bomber/bombera del subgrup C1, del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;TERCER. PUBLICAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;les bases i la convocatòria anteriorment esmentada en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears i a la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (seu.conselldeivissa.es) al catàleg de tràmits «Convocatòries i borsa d'ocupació».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;QUART. ESTABLIR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;un termini de presentació d'instàncies de vint dies naturals,comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;BASES ESPECÍFIQUES PER RECLASSIFICAR PLACES DE BOMBER/BOMBERA, DEL SUBGRUP C2, A PLACES DE BOMBER/BOMBERA DEL SUBGRUP C1, DEL CONSELL INSULAR D'EIVISSA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;1. Objecte de la convocatòria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;És objecte d'aquesta convocatòria la reclassificació mitjançant reconversió de les places de bomber/bombera, del subgrup C2, a places de bomber/bombera del subgrup C1 de l'article 76 del text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, personal funcionari, pertanyents a l'escala d'administració especial, subescala bàsica, del Servei de Protecció i d'Extinció contra Incendis (SPEI) del Consell Insular d'Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2. Requisits de les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;A més de tots i cada un dels requisits exigits a les bases generals que regulen els processos selectius per cobrir places vacants de personal funcionari del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, publicades al BOIB núm. 173 de data 18 de desembre de 2021, les persones aspirants han de ser personal funcionari de carrera i ocupar una plaça/lloc de treball de bomber/a pertanyent al Servei de Prevenció i d'Extinció d'Incendis del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, i complir, en la data d'acabament del termini de presentació de sol·licituds i durant el procés selectiu, els requisits següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.1. Titulació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les persones aspirants han d'acreditar estar en possessió del títol de Tècnic en Emergències i Protecció Civil o acreditació equivalent. La titulació equivalent es l'establerta a l'article 76 del Reial Decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel que se aprova el text refós de la llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic per al subgrup C1, és a dir, títol de batxiller o tècnic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;També es pot acreditar la titulació d'acord a la regulació de la disposició addicional setena de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, que requereix la titulació que sigui procedent, d'acord a l'establert a l'article 22, o una antiguitat de —al menys— deu anys a una escala del subgrup C2, o de cinc anys i la superació d'un curs específic de formació al que s'accedirà per criteris objectius, en el mateix sentit que la disposició addicional vint-i-dosena de la Llei 30/1984, de 2 agost, vigent de conformitat amb la disposició derogatòria del Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre que aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut bàsic de l'empleat públic amb relació a la disposició addicional única del Decret 33/1994, de 28 de març, pel qual s'aprova el Reglament de proveïment de llocs de treball i promoció professional dels funcionaris al servei de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma, i a la Disposició addicional novena del Reglament general d'ingrés del personal al servei de l'Administració General de l'Estat i de provisió de llocs de treball i promoció professional dels funcionaris civils de l'Administració General de l'Estat, aprovat pel Reial decret 364/1995, de 10 de març.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els funcionaris de l'escala operativa bàsica que en el termini de cinc anys des de l'entrada en vigor de la Llei 17/2019, de 8 d'abril, no aconsegueixin acreditar el requisit de titulació passaran a la situació de «per extingir» en el subgrup C2, excepte que obtenguin la titulació&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;requerida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;2.2. Coneixements de llengua catalana&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Acreditar el requisit de coneixements de llengua catalana &lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;corresponent al nivell B2 (nivell avançat) o superior,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt; de conformitat amb el Decret 11/2017, de 24 de març, d'exigència dels coneixements de la llengua catalana en els procediments selectius d'accés a la funció pública per ocupar llocs de treball de l'Administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els coneixements de llengua catalana s'han d'acreditar mitjançant l'aportació d'un certificat corresponent a un nivell igual o superior al que exigeix el Decret 11/2017, expedit o reconegut com a equivalent o que estigui homologat per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, o bé expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els estudis de llengua catalana de l'ESO i del batxillerat es poden homologar amb els certificats oficials de coneixements de llengua catalana A2, B1, B2 i C1 de la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Els certificats obtenguts a Catalunya i a la Comunitat Valenciana i els estudis d'ESO o batxillerat realitzats en aquelles comunitats autònomes no són directament vàlids i se n'ha de sol·licitar l'homologació corresponent a la Direcció General de Política Lingüística del Govern de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Excepcionalment, i conformement amb allò previst a la disposició addicional tretzena amb relació a la disposició transitòria tercera, ambdues del Decret llei 6/2022, de 13 de juny, de noves mesures urgents per a reduir la temporalitat en l'ocupació pública de les Illes Balears, les persones aspirants que, en el moment de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds, no puguin acreditar el requisit d'acreditació del coneixement de la llengua catalana exigit, quedaran obligades, en el termini de dos anys, comptats a partir de la data de la resolució de reclassificació, a acreditar el nivell de coneixement de la llengua catalana exigit per a l'accés a les places de bomber/bomber especialista, caporal/caporal especialista, segons pertoqui.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Si transcorregut el termini de dos anys, les persones interessades no acrediten el nivell de coneixements de la llengua catalana exigit per a l'accés, passaran a la situació de «per extingir» en el subgrup C2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3. Forma i termini de presentació de les sol·licituds&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.1. Les persones aspirants que vulguin prendre part en el procés selectiu hauran de presentar la corresponent sol·licitud normalitzada que consta a l'Annex II d'aquestes bases i que estarà disponible a la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa (seu.conselldeivissa.es).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Als efectes d'admissió de les persones aspirants, es tendran en compte les dades que aquestes facin constar a la sol·licitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Les dades corresponents al domicili, telèfon i adreça electrònica que figurin en la sol·licitud es consideraran com les úniques vàlides a efectes de notificació i seran responsabilitat exclusiva de les persones aspirants els errors en la seua consignació i la comunicació al Consell d'Eivissa de qualsevol canvi de les mateixes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Serà responsabilitat de les persones aspirants la veracitat de les dades consignades, sense perjudici que en qualsevol moment l'autoritat convocant o el tribunal pugui requerir l'acreditació dels requisits necessaris quan cregui que hi ha inexactituds o falsedats en les quals hagin pogut incórrer les persones aspirants.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.2. Les sol·licituds hauran de presentar-se a la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, al tràmit instància general (https://seu.conselldeivissa.es) o en la forma que determina l'article 16 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques, i s'han de dirigir a la Presidència del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, av. d'Espanya, 49, 07800 Eivissa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds serà de vint dies naturals, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Quan el darrer dia del termini sigui inhàbil, s'entendrà prorrogat al primer dia hàbil següent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.3. Juntament amb la sol·licitud, les persones interessades hauran d'acompanyar:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;a) Una fotocòpia del document nacional d'identitat o, en el cas de no ser espanyol, del document oficial acreditatiu de la identitat (NIE, passaport o targeta de residència).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;b) Titulació exigida a la base segona d'aquesta convocatòria. La persona interessada haurà de presentar una fotocòpia compulsada del títol acadèmic exigit en cada convocatòria (anvers i revers) o certificació acadèmica que acrediti haver superat tots els estudis per obtenir el títol.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;c) Còpia autèntica del certificat de coneixements de llengua catalana que s'indiqui en la convocatòria específica. Els coneixements de llengua catalana s'han d'acreditar mitjançant un certificat expedit o reconegut com a equivalent o que estigui homologat per la Direcció General de Política Lingüística, o bé expedit per l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;d) El resguard original del pagament de la taxa. Les persones aspirants hauran d'acompanyar a la sol·licitud el document acreditatiu d'haver abonat 18,03 euros per drets d'examen, mitjançant model d'autoliquidació que figura a la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa. En cap cas, la sola presentació del justificant d'ingrés dels drets d'examen no suposarà la substitució del tràmit de presentació, en temps i forma, de la sol·licitud a l'òrgan expressat en aquestes bases. Així mateix, la falta d'abonament d'aquests drets d'examen durant el termini de presentació de sol·licituds no serà esmenable i determinarà l'exclusió de les persones aspirants. No serà procedent en cap cas la devolució de la taxa en els supòsits d'exclusió de la convocatòria per causa imputable a la persona interessada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.4. Els errors de fet que poguessin advertir-se com a tals en la sol·licitud es poden esmenar en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a instància de part.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.5. Les persones aspirants queden vinculades per les dades que hagin fet constar en les seues sol·licituds, i poden únicament demanar la seua modificació mitjançant escrit motivat, dins del termini establert per a la presentació de sol·licituds. La falsedat en les dades que es facin constar en la sol·licitud o en la documentació annexa, sempre i quan determini la mancança dels requisits per participar en la convocatòria, comportarà l'exclusió immediata de la persona sol·licitant des del moment en que s'adverteixi, sense perjudici de les mesures legals que corresponguin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;3.6. La convocatòria o les bases, una vegada publicades, només es poden modificar amb subjecció estricta a les normes de la Llei del procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques i de la Llei de règim jurídic del sector públic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4. Admissió de les persones aspirants&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.1. Exhaurit el termini de presentació d'instàncies, l'òrgan competent dictarà resolució en el termini màxim d'un mes aprovant la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses, amb expressió de la causa d'exclusió, si s'escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.2. La relació de les persones admeses i excloses s'exposarà a la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, en la qual constaran el nom i els llinatges de les persones candidates, i quatre xifres aleatòries del document nacional d'identitat i la causa de la seua exclusió, si és el cas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.3. Els errors de fet podran corregir-se en qualsevol moment, d'ofici o a petició de la persona interessada. Per esmenar el possible defecte o presentar els documents que siguin preceptius, les persones excloses disposaran d'un termini de 10 dies hàbils, comptadors des del dia següent a aquell en què es publica la relació provisional a la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa, perquè pugin presentar al·legacions a la seua exclusió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;4.4. Qui no presenti al·legacions dins del termini assenyalat, justificant el seu dret d'estar-hi admès/esa, s'exclourà definitivament del procés, la llista esdevindrà definitiva i, transcorregut el termini fixat per presentar al·legacions, es dictarà resolució que declararà aprovada la relació definitiva de persones aspirants admeses i excloses. Aquesta resolució s'exposarà a la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa i s'hi indicarà el lloc i la data en què tendrà lloc la prova de la selecció.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5. Tribunal qualificador&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.1. El tribunal ha de valorar les proves realitzades pels aspirants en el procés selectiu. La seua composició col·legiada s'ha d'ajustar als principis d'imparcialitat i de professionalitat dels seus membres, tendent a la paritat entre l'home i la dona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.2. Tots els membres del tribunal hauran d'estar en possessió d'un nivell de titulació igual o superior al de la categoria de les places convocades, han de ser funcionaris de carrera que pertanyin al mateix grup/subgrup d'entre els previstos a l'article 76 del text refós de la Llei de l'estatut, en relació amb el grup/subgrup bàsic de l'empleat públic, aprovat pel Reial decret legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre en què s'integri les places convocades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.3. La pertinença al tribunal serà sempre a títol individual, no es pot exercir en representació ni per compte de ningú.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.4. Als efectes del que estableixen els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, la designació amb els noms dels membres titulars i dels seus respectius suplents es publicarà en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.5. Si s'escau, a sol·licitud del tribunal podrà disposar-se la incorporació d'assessors/ores especialistes. Els assessors especialistes es designaran per resolució del conseller/a competent en la matèria i estaran subjectes a idèntic règim d'abstenció i recusació que el previst per als membres del tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.6. En els supòsits d'absència del president titular o suplent, les funcions de presidència seran exercides pels vocals designats seguint per a això l'ordre en què hagin estat designats en la resolució de nomenament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.7. El tribunal resoldrà totes les qüestions derivades de l'aplicació de les bases d'aquesta convocatòria durant el desenvolupament del procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.8. Les presents bases s'interpretaran en el sentit finalista que millor garanteixi la preservació dels principis d'igualtat, mèrit i capacitat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.9. El procediment d'actuació del tribunal s'ajustarà al que es disposa en els articles 15 i següents de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic; a partir de la seua constitució, el tribunal per actuar vàlidament requerirà la presència de la majoria dels seus membres, titulars o suplents, inclosos els que exerceixin la presidència i la secretaria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;5.10. Aquest òrgan de selecció estarà compost per:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Abans de l'inici del procés selectiu, als efectes del que estableixen els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei 40/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de règim jurídic del sector públic, es publicarà al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears –BOIB- i en la Seu electrònica del CIE la designació de les persones titulars i suplents que formaran part del tribunal qualificador.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6. Procediment de selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;6.1. Exercici del procediment de selecció&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;El procediment de selecció constarà d'un exercici tipus test. Aquest test s'extraurà d'una bateria de 100 preguntes sobre el temari aprovat i adjunt com a annex a aquestes bases. La bateria de preguntes es publicarà, amb les alternatives de resposta, en les dues llengües oficials de la comunitat autònoma a la Seu electrònica del Consell Insular d'Eivissa en el termini màxim d'un mes des de la publicació de la present Resolució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'exercici que han de realitzar les persones aspirants és de caràcter obligatori i eliminatori. La puntuació màxima que correspon a l'exercici és la que s'indica en aquest apartat i es considerarà que no han superat el procés selectiu les persones aspirants que no arribin a la puntuació mínima que s'assenyala. L'exercici i la forma de puntuació són iguals per a tothom.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;L'exercici constarà de 50 preguntes amb quatre respostes alternatives de les quals només una és correcta, més 5 preguntes de reserva. Les preguntes de reserva s'han de contestar i tan sols es valoraran en el supòsit d'anul·lació d'alguna pregunta del qüestionari principal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;Per qualificar aquest exercici, les preguntes que es contesten correctament tenen una valoració d'un punt, les preguntes no contestades (en blanc o més d'una opció de resposta) i les contestades incorrectament no es valoren ni es penalitzen. Per superar l'exercici s'ha d'obtenir una puntuació mínima de 25 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:null"&gt;La durada de l'exercici és de 30 minuts i es durà a terme de forma presencial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
