&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.- Convocar proves selectives pel sistema de Concurs Oposició, pel torn lliure, per cobrir 6 places d'AJUDANT/A D'OFICIS DIVERSOS vacants a la plantilla de personal&amp;nbsp; funcionari d'aquest Ajuntament,&amp;nbsp; pertanyents a l'Escala de l'Administració Especial, subescala serveis especials, grup AP, classe Personal d'Oficis/Ajudant/a, dotades pressupostàriament i corresponents a a l'oferta pública d'ocupació de l'any 2021 (BOIB núm. 180, de 30 de desembre de 2021) i l'any 2023 (BOIB núm. 164, de 2 de desembre de 2023).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEGON.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar les bases específiques que regiran aquesta convocatòria, que s'adjunten.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.- Nomenar els membres del Tribunal qualificador que ha de dirigir el desenvolupament del procés selectiu, la composició del qual serà el següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'Ajuntament de Palma convoca proves selectives, mitjançant el sistema de concurs oposició torn lliure, per a la cobertura de 6 places d'AJUDANT/A D'OFICIS DIVERSOS, vacants a la plantilla de personal funcionari d'aquest Ajuntament pertanyents a l'Escala l'Administració Especial, subescala serveis especials, grup AP, classe Personal d'Oficis/Ajudant/a, dotades pressupostàriament i corresponent a l'oferta pública d'ocupació de l'any 2021 (BOIB núm. 180, de 30 de desembre de 2021) i l'any 2023 (BOIB núm. 164, de 2 de desembre de 2023) amb la següent distribució:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La present convocatòria està, a més, subjecta al que es disposa en la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del Personal al Servei de les Administracions Públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les presents bases tindran en compte el principi d'igualtat de tracte entre dones i homes, pel que fa a l'accés a l'ocupació, d'acord amb l'article 14 de la Constitució Espanyola, el Reial decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic, la Llei Orgànica 3/2007, de 22 de març, per a la igualtat efectiva de dones i homes i la llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol, d'igualtat de dones i homes de les Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'article 55 de la Llei Orgànica 3/2007, de 22 de març, per a la igualtat efectiva de dones i homes disposa que "l'aprovació de convocatòries de proves selectives per a l'accés a l'ocupació pública haurà d'acompanyar-se d'un informe d'impacte de gènere, excepte en casos d'urgència i sempre sense perjudici de la prohibició de discriminació per raó de sexe", que es complementa amb l'article 43.3 de la Llei 11/2016, de 28 de juliol d'Igualtat de dones i homes de les Illes Balears: "A les ofertes d'ocupació pública de les administracions públiques de les Illes Balears, s'hi ha d'adjuntar una avaluació de l'impacte de gènere". Tot això posa de manifest el compromís assumit per l'Ajuntament de Palma en relació amb la promoció activa de la igualtat d'oportunitats entre dones i homes, així com de prevenció i actuació davant la violència de gènere.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Aquest procediment selectiu es regirà per les prescripcions contingudes en aquesta convocatòria específica i les bases generals que regeixen aquesta convocatòria es varen publicar al BOIB núm. 129, de 21 de setembre de 2019, i en allò no previst, s'aplicarà l'establert al Reial Decret Legislatiu 5/2015, de 30 d'octubre, pel qual s'aprova el Text Refós de la Llei de l'Estatut Bàsic de l'Empleat Públic (d'ara endavant TREBEP) i en la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la funció pública de les Illes Balears (d'ara en endavant LFPIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SEGONA.- REQUISITS&amp;nbsp; DE LES PERSONES ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Per prendre part en les proves selectives serà necessari reunir les següents condicions:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.- Tenir nacionalitat espanyola o la d'algun Estat de la Unió Europea o que, en virtut dels tractats internacionals subscrits per la Unió Europea i ratificats per Espanya, els sigui aplicable la lliure circulació dels treballadors. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'aspirant que no tingui la nacionalitat espanyola ha d'acreditar documentalment la seva nacionalitat amb un document vigent i el seu permís de residència i de treball si s'escau.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.- Tenir 16 anys complerts i no superar l'edat per a la jubilació forçosa.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;3.- Estar en possessió del Certificat d'Escolaritat en la data de finalització del termini de presentació de sol·licituds de participació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el cas de titulacions obtingudes a l'estranger s'haurà d'acreditar que s'està en possessió de la corresponent convalidació o de la credencial que acrediti, si s'escau, l'homologació del títol. Aquest requisit no és aplicable a les persones aspirants que hagin obtingut el reconeixement de la seva qualificació professional, en l'àmbit de les professions regulades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4.- Posseir la capacitat funcional per al desenvolupament de les funcions corresponents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5.- No haver estat separat mitjançant expedient disciplinari del servei de qualsevol de les Administracions Públiques o dels òrgans constitucionals o estatutaris de les Comunitats Autònomes, ni trobar-se en inhabilitació absoluta o especial per a ocupacions o càrrecs públics per resolució judicial, per a l'accés al cos o escala de funcionari, o per exercir funcions similars a les que exercien en el cas de personal laboral, en què hagués estat separat o inhabilitat. En el cas de ser nacional d'un altre Estat, no trobar-se inhabilitat o en situació equivalent ni haver estat sotmès a sanció disciplinària o equivalent que impedeixi, al seu Estat, en els mateixos termes d'accés a l'ocupació pública. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6.- Abans de prendre possessió del lloc de treball, la persona interessada haurà de fer constar que no està sotmesa a cap supòsit d'incompatibilitat establert en la Llei 53/1984, de 26 de desembre, d'incompatibilitats del personal al servei de les administracions públiques.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7.- Acreditar el coneixement de la llengua catalana de nivell B1 mitjançant un certificat expedit per l'EBAP, o bé pels títols, diplomes i certificats homologats per la conselleria competent en matèria de política lingüística, o els reconeguts com a equivalents per l'Ordre del Conseller d'Educació, Cultura i Universitats de 21 de febrer de 2013, per la qual es determinen els títols, diplomes i certificats equivalents als certificats de coneixements de llengua catalana de la Direcció general de Cultura i Jovent (BOIB núm. 34, de 12-03-2013). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white; color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;8.- Abonar com a dret d'examen 10,61 euros dins el termini d'admissió d'instàncies, sense que es puguin abonar en cap altre moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Dur a terme tasques de manteniment ordinari que no exigeixin tècniques qualificades en instal·lacions elèctriques, lampisteria, picapedratge, instal·lacions especials, jardineria, pintura, netetja i vehicles.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Col·laborar en el muntatge i desmuntatge de les exposicions i de les activitats que es desenvolupin en els espais adscrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Complir les directrius, normes, procediments i accions preventives establertes en matèria de Prevenció de Riscs Laborals i assumir les funcions que li siguin encomanades en matèria d'actuació en emergències, col·laborant amb el Servei de Prevenció quan li sigui requerit. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Conduir vehicles municipals.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Executar les instruccions rebudes de l'oficial i l'encarregat.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Qualsevol altra tasca que li sigui encomanada pel superior jeràrquic d'entre les que corresponen a l'escala, subescala, classe, especialitat o categoria d'adscripció del lloc de treball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;QUARTA.- FORMA I TERMINI DE PRESENTACIÓ D'INSTÀNCIES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La sol·licitud per participar en el concurs oposició, s'ha d'emplenar mitjançant l'aplicació del Portal de l'opositor (https://oposicions.palma.cat), essent imprescindible l'acreditació per algun dels sistemes d'identificació i firma admesos per la passarel·la Cl@ve del Govern d'Espanya: DNIe/Certificat electrònic, Cl@ve permament i Cl@ave ocasional (Cl@vePin). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Complimentada la sol·licitud telemàtica, es generarà un document pdf que s'haurà de registrar, juntament amb el justificant d'abonament de la taxa, dins el termini de presentació d'instàncies, per Registre electrònic de l'Ajuntament de Palma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white; color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;També s'haurà de signar la declaració responsable relativa al compliment dels requisits de participació que figura en el tràmit telemàtic d'inscripció en aquest procés selectiu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Amb la sol·licitud de participació no s'ha d'aportar cap document d'acreditació dels requisits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cas que s'hagi presentat més d'una sol·licitud, únicament es tindrà en compte la sol·licitud amb el darrer número de registre electrònic d'entrada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El termini de presentació de les sol·licituds serà de vint dies hàbils, comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la convocatòria en el Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat. Quan el darrer dia del termini sigui inhàbil, s'entendrà prorrogat al primer dia hàbil següent. Els successius anuncis es publicaran únicament en la pàgina web de l'Ajuntament de Palma i, si escau, en el Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white; color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La falsedat de les dades que es facin constar en la sol·licitud o en la documentació aportada com a requisits per participar en la convocatòria, comportarà l'exclusió immediata de la persona sol·licitant des del moment en que s'adverteixi, sense perjudici de les mesures legals que corresponguin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;CINQUENA.- PAGAMENT DE LA TAXA DELS DRETS D'EXAMEN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La quantia de la taxa del dret d'examen és de 10,61 euros d'acord amb el que disposa l'article 4 de l'Ordenança fiscal reguladora de la Taxa per optar a proves de selecció de personal, que s'haurà d'abonar dins el termini de presentació d'instàncies, sense que es pugui abonar en cap altre moment.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SISENA.- ADMISSIÓ D'ASPIRANTS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Finalitzat el termini de presentació d'instàncies, l'òrgan competent dictarà resolució en el termini màxim d'un mes aprovant la llista provisional de persones admeses i excloses, amb expressió de la causa d'exclusió, si s'escau. La relació de les persones admeses i excloses s'exposarà en la pàgina web de la Corporació, a l'apartat d'oferta pública de feina. La relació de persones admeses i excloses es publicarà al Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears. Es concedirà un termini de deu dies hàbils des del dia següent a la publicació en el BOIB, per tal que les persones interessades presentin les al·legacions o esmenes que considerin oportunes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Transcorregut aquest termini s'aprovarà la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses, que es publicarà a la pàgina web &lt;/span&gt;www.palma.cat&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;, apartat d'oferta pública de feina, i a la relació de persones excloses es farà constar les resolucions de les reclamacions presentades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cas de no produir-se reclamacions a la llista provisional s'entendrà aquesta elevada a definitiva sense necessitat de nova resolució, circumstància que es farà pública mitjançant diligència, al web de l'Ajuntament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En tot cas, amb la publicació de la llista definitiva de persones admeses i excloses es farà pública la data, lloc i hora de realització del primer exercici de la fase d'oposició.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;SETENA.- TRIBUNAL QUALIFICADOR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El tribunal qualificador estarà format per un president o presidenta, designat per l'òrgan competent, i quatre vocals, que seran designats per sorteig d'entre personal funcionari en servei actiu que reuneixi els requisits exigits a la normativa vigent. Aquesta designació implicarà la dels respectius suplents. El secretari/ària serà designat per votació d'entre els vocals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Podran assistir, amb veu però sense vot, les persones representants de les organitzacions sindicals representatives, per a efectuar funcions d'observar i vigilar el bon desenvolupament del procés selectiu. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cas de resultar necessari el Tribunal podrà disposar la incorporació d'assessors especialistes perquè l'assessori per a totes o algunes de les proves, amb veu i sense vot. L'abstenció i la recusació dels membres del tribunal s'ha d'ajustar al que preveuen els articles 23 i 24 de la Llei de Règim Jurídic del Sector Públic. El Tribunal no podrà constituir-se ni actuar sense l'assistència de la meitat dels seus membres, ja siguin titulars o suplents, i les decisions s'adoptaran per majoria. Sempre serà necessària la presència del president/a i del secretari/ària.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els Tribunals hauran d'acordar els criteris de correcció de les proves selectives en la sessió de constitució.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;VUITENA.- PROCEDIMENT DE SELECCIÓ: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El procediment selectiu és pel sistema de concurs oposició pel torn lliure. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;NOVENA.- QUALIFICACIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els exercicis obligatoris seran eliminatoris i es puntuaran d'acord amb allò establert a les presents bases reguladores. Per poder optar a la realització dels exercicis segon i tercer serà imprescindible haver estat qualificat com a “apte/a” en l'exercici o exercicis precedents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;DECENA.- CALENDARI DELS EXERCICIS:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El primer exercici s'efectuarà dins dels 6 mesos següents a la publicació al Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat, la resta es determinarà pel tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;En el supòsit que amb posterioritat a l'aprovació d'aquestes bases es modifiqui la normativa reguladora del contingut del temari, serà d'aplicació les referències que es trobin en vigor en el moment de la publicació en el Butlletí Oficial de l'Estat.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;ONZENA.- PROGRAMA I TEMARI DE LÓPOSICIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;FASE D'OPOSICIÓ&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La fase d'oposició suposarà un 70% de la puntuación final.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;PRIMER EXERCICI&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;De caràcter obligatori i eliminatori. Consistirà en contestar per escrit un qüestionari de 30 preguntes sobre el contingut del temari de la part específica amb quatre respostes alternatives. El temps màxim per desenvolupar aquest exercici serà de 60 minuts. L'exercici es qualificarà de 0 a 10 punts, i serà necessari obtenir una&amp;nbsp; puntuació mínima de 5 punts per superar aquest exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cada resposta correcta es valorarà amb 1 punt. Les preguntes no resoltes, tant si figuren les quatre opcions en blanc com si figuren amb més d'una resposta, no es valoraran. Les preguntes amb resposta errònia es penalitzarà amb un terç del valor assignat a la resposta correcta. Per efectuar la qualificació de l'exercici s'aplicarà la fórmula següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Consistirà a resoldre una prova pràctica elegida a l'atzar d'entre les que proposi el tribunal, a la qual s'haurà de demostrar la destresa i perícia relacionada amb les funcions que consten en el temari específic. Es valorarà fins a un màxim de 20 punts. La prova es qualificarà de 0 a 20 punts, i serà necessari obtenir una qualificació mínima de 10 punts per superar aquest exercici. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El temps màxim per desenvolupar aquest exercici serà determinat pel tribunal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;TERCER EXERCICI:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

Consistirà en contestar per escrit un qüestionari de 10 preguntes sobre el contingut del temari de la part general amb quatre respostes alternatives. El temps màxim per desenvolupar aquest exercici serà de 30 minuts. L'exercici es qualificarà de 0 a 10 punts, i serà necessari obtenir una&amp;nbsp; puntuació mínima de 5 punts per superar aquest exercici.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cada resposta correcta es valorarà amb 1 punt. Les preguntes no resoltes, tant si figuren les quatre opcions en blanc com si figuren amb més d'una resposta, no es valoraran. Les preguntes amb resposta errònia es penalitzarà amb un terç del valor assignat a la resposta correcta. &lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Les persones aspirants han d'emplenar, juntament amb la sol·licitud de participació i d'acord amb el tràmit telemàtic a través del Portal de l'opositor el full d'autobaremació de mèrits.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els mèrits que es valoraran a la fase de concurs, i els requisits, i que vindran referits a la data de termini de presentació d'instàncies, no s'hauran de presentar fins que finalitzi la fase d'oposició i sigui requerida per part de l'òrgan competent en el termini de &lt;strong&gt;10 dies naturals&lt;/strong&gt; comptadors a partir de l'endemà de la publicació de la llista definitiva d'aspirants que han superat la fase d'oposició. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La acreditació de requisits i mèrits s'ha de fer a través de la Seu Electrònica de l'Ajuntament de Palma, per Registre Electrònic General.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white; color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Únicament es valoraran aquells que estiguin adequadament i clarament acreditats d'acord amb els barems de la fase de concurs.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En cas de personal funcionari de l'Ajuntament de Palma, i que la documentació acreditativa dels requisits i mèrits consti a l'expedient personal hauran de fer remissió al seu expedient personal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'acreditació de treballs fets en entitats públiques empresarials (entitats de dret públic sotmeses al dret privat), en consorcis, en fundacions del sector públic, en empreses societàries del sector públic i en empreses privades es farà mitjançant el certificat de la vida laboral, i l'acreditació de la categoria i de les funcions fetes amb el contracte laboral o un certificat de l'empresa, del consorci o de la fundació corresponent, o d'una altra manera en què quedin acreditades la categoria i les funcions dutes a terme.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Els mèrits a valorar seran els que es relacionen a continuació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Serveis prestats en el sector públic (que no siguin administracions públiques) exercint funcions de naturalesa o de contingut tècnic anàlogues a les de la plaça convocada: 0,07 punts per mes, fins a un màxim de 5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Serveis prestats en qualsevol administració pública, sempre que es trobin dins l'àmbit d'aplicació de la Llei 70/1978, de reconeixement de serveis previs en l'administració pública, exercint funcions de naturalesa o de contingut tècnic anàlogues a les de la plaça convocada: 0,10 punts per mes, fins a un màxim de 6&amp;nbsp; punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La puntuació màxima és de 6 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cursos de formació&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es valorarà la &lt;strong&gt;formació específica i relacionada amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça&lt;/strong&gt; convocada. La valoració d'aquest criteri es du a terme d'acord amb el següent barem:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Cursos de formació i perfeccionament, jornades o seminaris impartits i/o reconeguts per l'Escola&amp;nbsp; Municipal de Formació, l'Institut Nacional d'Administració Pública (INAP), l'Escola Balear d'Administració Pública (EBAP), l'Administració de l'Estat, l'autonòmica o la local, les organitzacions sindicals signants dels acords de formació continua de les Administracions públiques, les universitats i les escoles tècniques, o els homologats per qualsevol d'aquestes institucions, així com la formació organitzada i impartida pels Col·legis Professionals. En aquest apartat s'inclouen els cursos de formació ocupacional impartits o promoguts pel Servei d'Ocupació de les Illes Balears (SOIB), i per altres entitats o organismes locals, autonòmics o estatals amb competències en matèria de formació ocupacional.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white; color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Els cursos poden tenir qualsevol durada. Els crèdits d'aprofitament suposen els d'assistència; és a dir, no són acumulatius l'assistència i l'aprofitament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;No es valoren les assignatures encaminades a obtenir les titulacions acadèmiques. Tampoc es valoraran els cursos de doctorat ni la impartició d'assignatures a la Universitat, ni aquells presentats com a requisit d'accés a la plaça convocada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white; color:black; font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;L'hora d'impartició es valora amb: 0,007 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;L'hora d'assistència es valora amb: 0,002 punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Un crèdit equival a 10 hores de formació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La puntuació màxima és de 5 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Formació&amp;nbsp; que es valorarà&amp;nbsp; a qualsevol especialitat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es valoren per a qualsevol especialitat les següents accions formatives:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Estudis que es valoren.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.1 Es valoren en aquest apartat les titulacions acadèmiques el caràcter oficial&amp;nbsp; o l'equivalència de les quals tengui reconegut i establert el Ministeri d'Educació, Cultura i Esports, així com els títols propis de grau i els títols propis de postgrau establerts per les universitats espanyoles en la regulació dels ensenyaments propis, &lt;strong&gt;quan estiguin directament relacionades amb les funcions pròpies de la plaça convocada.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.2 La valoració com a mèrit d'un títol implica que no es valora el de nivell inferior o el primer cicle que sigui imprescindible per obtenir-lo, excepte en el supòsit del títol de doctor, màster oficial o títol propi de postgrau en que sí es pot valorar la llicenciatura o equivalent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.1.1 Per cada títol de doctor/a: 3 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.1.2 Per cada títol de màster universitari oficial: 2 punts. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.1.3 Títols propis de postgrau (màster, especialista universitari, expert universitari, i curs d'actualització universitària) es valoren a raó de 0,015 punts per cada crèdit LRU (sistema de valoració dels ensenyaments introduït pel RD 1393/2007, de 27 d'octubre) o per cada 10 hores lectives, i a raó de 0,065 punts per cada crèdit ECTS (sistema europeu de transferència de crèdits) o per cada 25 hores lectives, amb un màxim de 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;En el supòsit que el títol propi de postgrau no indiqui els crèdits o no esmenti si es tracten de crèdits LRU o ECTS, s'entén que els crèdits són LRU i s'han de computar, d'acord amb els paràgrafs anteriors, a raó de 0,025 punts per cada crèdit o per cada 10 hores lectives, si són títols oficial, ó 0.015 punts per cada crèdit o per cada 10 hores lectives si es tracta de títols propis. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.2.1 Per cada titulació acadèmica oficial de segon cicle universitari, llicenciatura, arquitectura, enginyeria o equivalent: 2 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.2.2 Per cada titulació acadèmica oficial de diplomatura universitària, grau, primer cicle universitari, arquitectura tècnica, enginyeria tècnica o equivalent: 1,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.2.3 Per cada títol propi de grau: 1 punt.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.3 Estudis no universitaris:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.3.1 Per cada titulació acadèmica de tècnic/a superior de formació professional (cicle formatiu) o equivalent: 1,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.3.2 Per la titulació de batxillerat: 0,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;2.3.3 Per cada titulació acadèmica de tècnic/a de formació professional de grau mitjà: 0,5 punts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La puntuació màxima és de 6&amp;nbsp; punts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Coneixement de llengua catalana.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Es valoraran els certificats expedits o homologats per L'EBAP o la Direcció General de Política Lingüística. El certificat LA que es pot acumular al C1 o al C2. La puntuació en cada cas serà:&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Exercicis per oposició superats&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Contra la convocatòria i les presents bases, que exhaureixen la via administrativa, es podrà interposar per part de les persones interessades recurs potestatiu de reposició en el termini d'un mes davant el mateix òrgan que les hagi aprovat, d'acord amb l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, d'1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. En cas de no interposar el recurs potestatiu de reposició es podrà interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, segons l'article abans esmentat i 45 i següents de la Llei 29/1998, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el Jutjat contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos a comptar des de l'endemà de la publicació al BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
