&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;1. L&amp;apos; 11 de setembre de 2021, en el BOIB&amp;nbsp; núm.125, es va publicar la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a la realització d&amp;apos;instal·lacions d&amp;apos;autoconsum amb fonts d&amp;apos;energia renovable&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;, amb o sense emmagatzematge, i la incorporació d&amp;apos;emmagatzematge en instal·lacions d&amp;apos;autoconsum amb fonts d&amp;apos;energia ja existents, en el sector residencial, les administracions públiques i el tercer sector, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència europeu,&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;mitjançant la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 6 de setembre de 2021, modificada per la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 19 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2022 (BOIB núm.137, de 22 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Les persones o entitats que figuren en l&amp;apos;annex d&amp;apos;aquesta Proposta varen obtenir una subvenció per a la implantació d&amp;apos;instal·lacions renovables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black"&gt;3. Les persones que figuren en l&amp;apos;annex d&amp;apos;aquesta Proposta varen presentar la documentació justificativa de les actuacions realitzades, en què s&amp;apos;acredita que l&amp;apos;import de l&amp;apos;actuació ha estat inferior al previst inicialment o s&amp;apos;ha reduït la instal·lació.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Els serveis tècnics competents han informat favorablement sobre el pagament de les subvencions descrites en l&amp;apos;annex, en què s&amp;apos;inclou una minoració de l&amp;apos;import proporcional a les modificacions realitzades, les quals s&amp;apos;han calculat d&amp;apos;acord amb la Resolució de convocatòria d&amp;apos;aquests ajuts.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fonaments de dret&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. La Llei&amp;nbsp;38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. El Reial decret&amp;nbsp;887/2006, de 21 de juliol, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova el Reglament de la Llei&amp;nbsp;38/2003, de 17 de novembre, general de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. El Decret legislatiu&amp;nbsp;2/2005, de 28 de desembre, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova el Text refós de la Llei de subvencions (BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;196, de 31 de desembre de 2005).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. El Decret&amp;nbsp;75/2004, de 27 d&amp;apos;agost, pel qual es despleguen determinats aspectes de la Llei de finances i de les lleis de pressuposts generals de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears (BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;122, de 2 de setembre de 2004).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;5. L&amp;apos;Ordre de la consellera de Comerç, Indústria i Energia de 15 de maig de 2008 per la qual s&amp;apos;estableixen les bases reguladores per a la concessió de subvencions en matèria d&amp;apos;energia (BOIB núm. 72, de 24 de maig de 2008).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;6. El Reial decret&amp;nbsp;477/2021, de 29 de juny, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova la concessió directa a les comunitats autònomes i a les ciutats de Ceuta i Melilla d&amp;apos;ajuts per a l&amp;apos;execució de diversos programes d&amp;apos;incentius lligats a l&amp;apos;autoconsum i a l&amp;apos;emmagatzematge amb fonts d&amp;apos;energia renovable, així com a la implantació de sistemes tèrmics renovables en el sector residencial, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència europeu.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;7. La Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 6 de setembre de 2021 per la qual s&amp;apos;aprova la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a la realització d&amp;apos;instal·lacions d&amp;apos;autoconsum amb fonts d&amp;apos;energia renovable, amb o sense emmagatzematge, i la incorporació d&amp;apos;emmagatzematge en instal·lacions d&amp;apos;autoconsum amb fonts d&amp;apos;energia ja existents, en el sector residencial, les administracions públiques i el tercer sector, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència europeu (BOIB núm.&amp;nbsp;125, d&amp;apos;11 de setembre de 2021).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;8. La Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica per la qual es modifica i amplia el crèdit de la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 6 de setembre de 2021 per la qual s&amp;apos;aprova la convocatòria pública de subvencions per a la realització d&amp;apos;instal·lacions d&amp;apos;autoconsum amb fonts d&amp;apos;energia renovable, amb o sense emmagatzematge, i la incorporació d&amp;apos;emmagatzematge en instal·lacions d&amp;apos;autoconsum amb fonts d&amp;apos;energia ja existents, en el sector residencial, les administracions publiques i el tercer sector, en el marc del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència europeu NextGenerationEU &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;(BOIB núm.137, de 22 d&amp;apos;octubre de 2022).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;9. L&amp;apos;Ordre&amp;nbsp;HFP/1030/2021, de 29 de setembre, per la qual es configura el sistema de gestió del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència, així com per l&amp;apos;Ordre&amp;nbsp;HFP/1031/2021, de 29 de setembre, per la qual s&amp;apos;estableix el procediment i format de la informació a proporcionar per les entitats del sector públic per al seguiment del compliment de les fites i objectius i d&amp;apos;execució pressupostària i comptable de les mesures dels components del Pla de Recuperació, Transformació i Resiliència.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Proposta de resolució&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Propòs al conseller &lt;span style="color: black"&gt;d&amp;apos;Empresa, Ocupació i Energia&lt;/span&gt; que dicti una resolució en els termes següents:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;1. Reconèixer l&amp;apos;obligació i proposar el pagament d&amp;apos;una subvenció als beneficiaris que figuren en l&amp;apos;annex, d&amp;apos;acord amb l&amp;apos;import que també s&amp;apos;hi indica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;2. Autoritzar i disposar negativament la despesa a revocar parcialment dels beneficiaris indicats en l&amp;apos;annex, pels imports i pel motiu que també s&amp;apos;hi indiquen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;3. Establir que els beneficiaris estan obligats a complir amb el que disposa l&amp;apos;apartat dissetè de la Resolució del conseller de Transició Energètica, Sectors Productius i Memòria Democràtica de 6 de setembre de 2021.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;4. Disposar que tota alteració de les condicions establertes per a la concessió de la subvenció, com també l&amp;apos;obtenció concurrent de subvencions o ajuts atorgats per altres administracions públiques o ens públics, nacionals o internacionals, dona lloc a la revisió parcial o total de la subvenció i, per tant, al reintegrament de la quantitat corresponent més els interessos de demora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Contra aquesta Proposta de resolució podeu al·legar el que considereu convenient en el termini màxim de deu dies hàbils comptadors des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la publicació en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;. En cas contrari, s&amp;apos;entendrà que estau conforme amb el contingut de la Proposta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
