    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En data 17 de juny de 2023, es va publicar al BOIB núm. 82, l&amp;apos;Acord del Consell de Direcció del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears, de data 24 de maig del 2023, pel qual s&amp;apos;aprova l&amp;apos;oferta pública d&amp;apos;ocupació de l&amp;apos;any 2023 del personal laboral del FOGAIBA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Aquesta oferta no estableix percentatge de reserva de persones amb discapacitat perquè l&amp;apos;ens compleix amb el previst a l&amp;apos;article 48.3 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears. A més, estableix el torn de promoció interna per el grup de tècnic superior, especialitat econòmica, conforme al que preveu l&amp;apos;article 26 del V. Conveni Col·lectiu per al personal laboral al servei de l&amp;apos;administració de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears, al que el FOGAIBA es troba adscrit.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;En data 4 de març del 2024, atesa la necessitat de substituir una plaça que ja no està disponible per un altre de la categoria d&amp;apos;auxiliar administratiu&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;el Consell de Direcció del FOGAIBA aprova l&amp;apos;i&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;nici del procediment per modificar &lt;/span&gt;l&amp;apos;oferta pública d&amp;apos;ocupació de l&amp;apos;any 2023. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Es disposa dels informes favorables de la Direcció General de Funció Pública i de la Direcció General de Pressuposts i Finançament, emesos el 23 d&amp;apos;octubre del 2024 i 25 de març del 2024 respectivament.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;Atès tot l&amp;apos;exposat, i, de conformitat amb l&amp;apos;article 11 l) del Decret 64/2005, de 10 de juny, de Creació del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears, el Consell de Direcció, en la reunió de dia 29 de novembre del 2024, va adoptar,entre altres l&amp;apos;Acord següent:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primer. &lt;/strong&gt;Aprovar definitivament la modificació de l&amp;apos;Oferta pública de l&amp;apos;any 2023 del personal laboral del Fons de Garantia Agrària i Pesquera de les Illes Balears, publicada al BOIB núm. 82, de 17 de juny del 2023, que inclou les places que consten a l&amp;apos;annex d&amp;apos;aquest Acord. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segon.-&lt;/strong&gt; No establir percentatge de reserva de persones amb discapacitat atès que l&amp;apos;ens compleix amb el previst a l&amp;apos;article 48.3 de la Llei 3/2007, de 27 de març, de la Funció Pública de la Comunitat Autònoma de les Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercer.-&lt;/strong&gt; Donar trasllat de l&amp;apos;Acord a la representació del personal als efectes pertinents.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quart.- &lt;/strong&gt;Publicar la modificació de l&amp;apos;Oferta pública d&amp;apos;Ocupació de l&amp;apos;any 2023 a la pàgina web de l&amp;apos;entitat, i al &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial de les Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; per al general coneixement i interposició dels recursos, que, en el seu cas, els interessats considerin oportuns.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt; 
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="line-height: 1"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Times New Roman, Times, serif; font-size: 12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cinquè.-&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Contra aquest &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;Acord &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;que &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0)"&gt;no &lt;/span&gt;exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs d&amp;apos;alçada davant la persona titular de la Conselleria d&amp;apos;Agricultura, Pesca i Medi Natural, en el termini d&amp;apos;un mes a comptar des de l&amp;apos;endemà de la seva publicació, d&amp;apos;acord amb el que estableixen l&amp;apos;article 58.4 de la Llei 3/2003 de 26 de març, de règim jurídic de l&amp;apos;administració de la comunitat autònoma de les Illes Balears i els articles 121 i 122 de la Llei 39/2015 d&amp;apos;1 d&amp;apos;octubre, de Procediment Administratiu Comú de les Administracions Públiques, sens perjudici d&amp;apos;interposar qualsevol altre que estimi pertinent en defensa dels seus interessos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
