&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;L'objectiu d'aquestes bases és&amp;nbsp; regular el procediment en règim de concurrència competitiva per a la concessió d'ajudes a alumnes d'estudis superiors de música (nivell màster inclòs) amb la&amp;nbsp; finalitat de participar a la Temporada Simfònica de les Illes Balears&amp;nbsp; 2024/2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Fundació Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears, entitat que convoca aquests ajuts econòmics, és una organització espanyola, sense ànim de lucre, de titularitat pública, de naturalesa institucional, amb personificació privada, que té afectat de manera duradora el seu patrimoni a la realització dels fins d'interès general detallats en els seus Estatuts (BOIB núm. 202, de 1 de desembre de 2020).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Per tant, amb la finalitat de recolzar la formació musical, es convoquen les beques "Acadèmia Simfònica" per participar en dos concerts de la Temporada Simfònica 2024/2025.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Aquestes ajudes econòmiques tenen la consideració d'aportacions a títol gratuït en règim de Dret Privat, excloses de l'àmbit d'aplicació del Decret Legislatiu 2/2005, de 28 de desembre, per el que s'aprova el text refós de la Llei de subvencions.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;PRIMERA. OBJECTE.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Les beques tenen com a principal objectiu apropar els alumnes d'estudis superiors de música &amp;nbsp;(nivell màster inclòs) en la pràctica del seu ofici dins d'una orquestra professional, l'Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears, assolint així una formació més completa i un perfeccionament tècnic i artístic.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Com a resultat complementari, cal destacar que a la vegada que els estudiants participen en l' Orquestra, es produeix una trobada d'experiències professionals i un intercanvi de coneixements musicals entre els estudiants, els músics de l' Orquestra i els artistes i/o directors convidats.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;SEGONA. BENEFICIARIS. REQUISITS I OBLIGACIONS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Podran ser beneficiaris d'aquestes beques els alumnes d'estudis superiors de música (nivell màster inclòs) que siguin ciutadans dels Estats membres de la Unió Europea, matriculats en qualsevol centre públic o privat per el curs acadèmic 2024-2025, en la data de finalització de presentació de les sol·licituds. L'instrument objecte d'estudi s'haurà de correspondre amb els següents instruments de l'Orquestra: violí; oboè; flauta (piccolo); clarinet (clarinet baix); fagot, trompa; trompeta; tuba i percussió.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La matrícula acadèmica presentada per justificar el compliment del requisit anterior s'haurà de correspondre a l'instrument per el que se sol·licita la beca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Els estudiants que participen en l' “Acadèmia Simfònica” han de formar part de la dinàmica de treball de l'Orquestra Simfònica de les Illes Balears durant els programes assignats: preparar la seva part individualment, assistir als assajos i el concert de temporada corresponent.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;TERCERA. APLICACIONS: DOCUMENTACIÓ i CONDICIONS DE PRESENTACIÓ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Les sol·licituds de beques s'han de dirigir a la Gerent de la Fundació i enviar-se per correu electrònic al e-mail: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;academia@simfonicadebalears.com&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El termini de presentació de sol·licituds es fixa el dia 20 de desembre de 2024. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La sol·licitud s'haurà de complimentar seguint el formulari normalitzat que figura en el Annex I. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;A més a més de la sol·licitud, s'haurà de presentar la següent documentació:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;1. Còpia del document que acrediti la identitat de la persona sol·licitant (DNI per ambdues cares, NIE, passaport, etc.)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;2. Currículum dels estudis musicals. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;3.Còpia de la documentació acreditativa de la condició vigent d'estudiant d'estudis superiors de música o màster en l' instrument del que presenta sol·licitud de beca. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;4. Vídeo interpretant, de manera individual, una part del repertori o una composició del instrument del que se presenta sol·licitud de beca (màxim 4 minuts).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La presentació del vídeo s'ha d'enviar en format Standar MP4, AVI, MOV, MPEG o similar, enviat por correu electrònic (o a través de la núvol si per el tamany del vídeo és necessari, amb eines com WeTransfer o similars). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Una vegada transcorregut el termini per a presentar les sol·licituds, la Fundació requerirà als interessats que hagin presentat la documentació incorrectament, amb la finalitat que puguin fer les correccions i enviar-les de bell nou en un termini màxim de tres dies hàbils. En cas de no corregir, o modificar fora de termini, es donaran per exclosos del procediment. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;QUARTA. COMISSIÓ DE VALORACIÓ.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Les sol·licituds seran avaluades per una comissió de valoració que tindrà la següent composició:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;President: El director titular.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Vocal: El concertino i els solistes de cada secció (solista de violí II, solista de viola, solista de violoncel, solista de contrabaix, solista de flauta, solista de oboè, solista de clarinet, solista de fagot, solista de trompa, solista de trompeta, solista de trombó, solista de tuba, solista de percussió).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;Secretari: El departament de producció, sense vot, que actuarà davant la Comissió únicament realitzant les funcions de secretari d'actes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Comissió ha d'actuar amb l'assistència del president, del secretari i, al menys amb la majoria dels seus membres.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Comissió ha d'emetre un informe-proposta en el que es detallin els resultats de les avaluacions efectuades. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La gerent de la Fundació serà l'òrgan competent per resoldre el resultat de la convocatòria de concessió de las beques, segons l'informe-proposta de la Comissió. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La Resolució del procediment se notificarà als interessats i es publicarà en la pàgina web de la Fundació (https://simfonicadebalears.com) y en el BOIB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;CINQUENA. IMPORT I PAGAMENT&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;L' import màxim reservat del Capítol IV d' Ingressos de la FOSIB per aquesta convocatòria de beques “Acadèmia Simfònica” es de 20.000 euros, que es finançarà amb càrrec al pressupost de la Fundació de l'exercici 2025. Per tant, es podran concedir ajudes fins un màxim global d'aquest import dins d'aquesta convocatòria segons la valoració-proposta efectuada per la Comissió. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;La beca consisteix en una ajuda econòmica destinada a compensar les despeses en material relacionat amb els estudis (matrícules, material per l' instrument, partitures, cursos, etc.), en les quantitats que es relacionen a continuació: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;— Beca programa 1: 1.000 euros. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;— Beca programa 2: 1.000 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:115%"&gt;El pagament de la beca s'abonarà per transferència bancaria al compte corrent indicat en la sol·licitud. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
