font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black"><strong>Quart.-</strong> Ordenar la publicació de la llista esmentada per al seu coneixement, al BOIB i a la pàgina web del Patronat.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black"><strong>Cinquè-</strong> Aprovar la&nbsp; relació complementària de persones aspirants situades a continuació de la persona proposta, per ordre de puntuació, per a la seva possible contractació en cas de renúncia en els casos a que es refereix la base 13.4 de la convocatòria. (Annex II)</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black"><strong>Sisè.</strong>-Comunicar el present acord al departament econòmic del Patronat, a l'assessoria laboral i a Registre de Personal pel seu coneixement i efectes oportuns.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="color:black"><strong>Setè.-</strong> Donar compte de la present en el proper Consell Rector del Patronat que es dugui a terme.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Contra aquesta resolució, que exhaureix la via administrativa, es pot interposar recurs de reposició davant el mateix òrgan que l'ha dictada, conformement al que disposa l'article 123 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d'octubre, de procediment administratiu comú de les administracions públiques. El termini per interposar-lo és d'un mes comptat des de l'endemà de rebre la present notificació. En aquest cas no es podrà interposar recurs contenciós administratiu fins que s'hagi resolt el de reposició. </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">El recurs de reposició potestatiu s'ha de presentar al registre general d'aquest Patronat o a les dependències a què es refereix l'article 16.4 de la Llei 39/2015, de 1 d'octubre, abans esmentada, i es considerarà desestimat quan no s'hagi resolt ni notificat la resolució, en el termini d'un mes, comptat des de l'endemà de la seva interposició. En aquest cas queda expedita la via contenciosa administrativa.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Si no s'utilitza el recurs potestatiu de reposició, es pot interposar directament recurs contenciós administratiu, conformement al que estableix l'article esmentat anteriorment, i els 45 i següents de la llei 29/98, de 13 de juliol, reguladora de la jurisdicció contenciosa administrativa, davant el Jutjat Contenciós Administratiu, en el termini de dos mesos comptats des de l'endemà de rebre la present notificació.
